Claims (12)

  1. Capsule de bouchage (1) en matériau synthétique pour un récipient muni d'un goulot (2), le goulot (2) présentant au moins une saillie de maintien (H) sur une zone d'extrémité (E) opposée à l'orifice de versement (7),
    avec une partie principale (3) formée sensiblement en symétrie de rotation autour d'un axe longitudinal(Z) et avec un élément sécurisé d'inviolabilité (5) relié à celle-ci,
    dans laquelle la partie principale (3) et l'élément sécurisé d'inviolabilité (5) sont formés d'une pièce d'un seul tenant et reliés l'un à l'autre par au moins un pont sécable (9),
    caractérisée en ce que
    une jupe annulaire (11) formant une pièce d'un seul tenant avec le l'élément sécurisé d'inviolabilité (5) se joint au côté inférieur de ce dernier, laquelle peut être coulissée dans le sens de l'axe longitudinal (Z) pour solliciter, par le biais de ce mouvement, au moins une zone (13) de l'élément sécurisé d'inviolabilité (5) et la déplacer d'une position d'ouverture (O) vers une position de fermeture (S) s'engageant derrière la saillie de maintien (H) de la zone d'extrémité (E).
  2. Capsule de bouchage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, après glissement de la jupe (11) par-dessus l'élément sécurisé (5), au moins un ergot d'arrêt (13), comme zone de l'élément sécurisé (5), est déplacé d'une position de montage vers une position de blocage s'engageant derrière la saillie de maintien (H) de la zone d'extrémité (E) du récipient.
  3. Capsule de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément sécurisé (5) présente plusieurs ergots d'arrêt (13) répartis sur la circonférence.
  4. Capsule de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie principale (3) est reliée à l'élément de sécurisé (5) par plusieurs ponts sécables (9) répartis sur la circonférence de la partie principale (3).
  5. Capsule de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la jupe (11) présente une longueur (L), qui correspond sensiblement à la longueur totale de l'élément sécurisé (5) avec les ponts sécables (9), de sorte que la jupe (11) glissée par-dessus l'élément sécurisé (5) couvre l'élément sécurisé sur sa hauteur dans le sens Z.
  6. Capsule de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la jupe (11) présente du côté interne un épaulement (15), qui englobe, en position fermée, la circonférence externe d'une section supérieure (17), de préférence annulaire, de l'élément sécurisé (5).
  7. Capsule de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la jupe (11) présente un ergot sur la circonférence (23) saillant vers l'intérieur, qui, en position de fermeture, s'engage en-dessous de l'élément de sécurisé (5) comme butée dans le sens Z.
  8. Capsule de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque ergot d'arrêt (13) peut être déplacé, via un point de flexion (21) situé dans la zone inférieure, de la position de montage vers la position de blocage.
  9. Capsule de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque ergot d'arrêt (13) présente une coupe transversale plus ou moins triangulaire.
  10. Capsule de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la partie principale (3) présente un filet interne (35), qui peut être vissé sur un filet externe situé au-dessus de la zone d'extrémité (E) du goulot (2) du récipient, dans laquelle les ponts sécables (9) et l'élément sécurisé (5) sont joints aux zones de filetage interne (35) de la partie principale (3).
  11. Capsule de bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone de terminaison supérieure de la partie principale (3) présente, du côté intérieur, un épaulement sur la circonférence (25), dans laquelle le rebord de terminaison (27) du récipient est logé entre l'épaulement sur la circonférence (25) et un rebord intérieur sur la circonférence (29) de la zone de terminaison de la partie principale (3).
  12. Capsule de bouchage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce qu'une lèvre d'étanchéité (31) est disposée sur le côté inférieur de la partie principale (3), dans l'interstice situé entre le rebord intérieur (29) et l'épaulement (25).
