Abstract
Ce dispositif de fabrication d'une bande de matière fibreuse pourvue d'une structure de surface à trois dimensions, notamment d'une bande de papier, de carton ou de tissu, comprend une amenée de matière, un élément de formage, comme notamment un cylindre de formage, une bande structurée et une bande d'égouttage. La bande structurée et la bande d'égouttage convergent en formant une fente d'entrée de matière, et elles sont dirigées sur l'élément de formage avec la bande structurée comme bande intérieure et la bande d'égouttage comme bande extérieure. Au moyen de l'amenée de matière, une suspension de matière fibreuse est introduite dans la fente d'entrée de matière. Dans la région de la fente de sortie formée entre l'élément de formage et la bande structurée quittant ce dernier, il est prévu au moins un dispositif collecteur pour l'eau, les fibres, les matières fines et/ou analogues arrivant dans la région de cette fente de sortie.
