Definitions
- the present invention relates to a compound according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a compound is from the DE-U-200 03 705 known
- the present invention is based on the object to achieve a higher load capacity and a greater connection stiffness in a compound of the above type.
- the full-thread screws are drilled in such a way that they are subjected to essentially normal force.
- the screw assembly according to the invention is carried out according to a truss model, which is designed for the internal stresses by longitudinal force and bending.
- the use of self-tapping full-thread screws results in advantages of the simpler and faster Assembly of the screw connection, since a pre-drilling is eliminated and also the requirement for the precision of the position of the connecting means - accuracy of fit - are lower.
- the practically missing slippage of the screw connection is a significant improvement over the dowel connection. Due to the axial load of the full-thread screws according to the invention, significantly higher connection stiffnesses can be achieved than for the previously customary shearing-hole reveal connections.
- transverse and perpendicular full-thread screws are provided in pairs.
- three or more pairs of vertical and transverse full-thread screws are drilled one behind the other.
- a pair of vertically extending screws is preferably arranged in each case first per timber carrier.
- the vertically and transversely extending full-thread screws are suitably arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction in such a way that the points of intersection of the perpendicular and transverse full thread screws lying next to each other from the joint lie in the abutment plane between the wooden beam tongue and the wooden beams.
- the other full-thread screws abutting wooden beams and the wooden beam tab are screwed over the entire width thereof.
- the angle of inclination of the transverse screws ie the screwing-in angle, is preferably 30 ° and their arrangement with intersection in the joint area allows an almost direct transmission of the tensile forces by the transversal screws.
- the power flow through the wooden beam tab so steered that a significantly lower eccentricity of the force occurs.
- the bending moments in the wooden beam lug are significantly reduced. Due to the centering of the force flow, in the connection according to the invention, the lateral deflections relative to a dowel connection are also significantly reduced.
- the additional arrangement of rectangular screws introduced at right angles to the direction of force is useful not only for reasons of the split tensile reinforcement, but this screw arrangement also causes a high residual capacity of the cross section.
- a tongue and groove connection 1 consists of two wooden beams 3, 4 lying one behind the other in the longitudinal direction X and abutting against one another at an abutment point 2. Below the joint 2, bridging these, a wooden beam tongue 6 is arranged adjacent to both wooden beams 3, 4. The wooden beams 3, 4 are connected to the Holzbafkenlasche 6 via mechanical connecting means 7, 8, 9. These mechanical connecting means 7, 8, 9 are designed as self-tapping full-thread screws. Such self-tapping full-thread screws used in accordance with the invention enable high screw-in depths without pre-drilling. Due to the existing full thread a power transmission over the entire screw length is possible.
- full thread screws 8 are provided according to the invention, the perpendicular to the surface of the wooden beams 3, 4 are screwed.
- these full-thread screws 8 are on both sides of the joint 11 so screwed into the wooden beams 3, 4 that they end within the wooden bar plate 6, wherein also a leakage of these full-thread screws 8 is to be avoided from the wooden bar plate 6.
- the full-thread screws 8 are also arranged on each wooden beam 3, 4 in three consecutively arranged pairs of two adjacent full-threaded screws 8. The distance between the pairs of fully threaded screws 8 is equal to each other in the longitudinal direction of the wooden beams 3, 4.
- the assignment of the full-thread screws 8 to the full-thread screws 7 is such that starting from the joint 2, first a pair of full-thread screws 8 in each wooden beam 3, 4 is screwed.
- the full-length screws 7 extending obliquely to the longitudinal axis have a diameter of 8 mm and have a total length of 600 mm in length.
- the screwing distance between the individual full-thread screws 7 in the longitudinal direction is for example 17.6 cm.
- the mutual distance of the full-thread screws 8, which are screwed in perpendicular to the beam surface, is also 17.6 cm.
- the full-thread screws 8 have a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 300 mm.
- the cross section of the wooden beams 3, 4 and the wooden beam tab 6 has a width of 16 cm and a height of 16 cm.
- full-thread screws 9 are screwed in the tab abutment region perpendicular to the screw-in plane of the full-thread screws 7, 8 for splitting reinforcement. These full-thread screws 9 are each offset from each other screwed close to the beam and bar upper and lower edges. These full-thread screws 9 preferably have a length of 16 cm corresponding to the width of the wooden beams 3, 4 and the beam tab 6 and a diameter of 8 mm.
- this compound of the invention Due to the inventive design of the compound this is much higher load capacity than comparable traditional types of connection. The occurring forces are removed under much lower deformations, in particular, the permanent deformations due to slip are greatly reduced.
- the compound of the invention is significantly easier to produce, with less material and labor.
- this compound of the invention can constructively interpret so that by the arrangement of the screws in the overall configuration a quasi-ductile load bearing behavior of the joint with announced failure is induced by visible deformations.
- the screws are essentially applied according to the frictional connection, so that they are predominantly normal force.
- the butt joints according to the invention are significantly more resilient than comparable traditional types of connection. The forces are removed under significantly lower deformations, in particular, the permanent deformation due to the connecting means are greatly reduced. In addition, a much easier manufacturability results with less material and labor.

Description
- Fig. 1
- eine Seitenansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Laschenstoßverbindung,
- Fig. 2
Fig. 1 .
