Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour transférer des sachets (10) non remplis à une tourelle à sachets (30) dotée de logements pour maintenir et transporter chaque sachet (10), le sachet (10) comprenant une poche (11) constituée d'une paroi avant (13) et d'une paroi arrière (14) et un rabat de fermeture ou d'enroulement (15) en tant que prolongement de la paroi arrière (14), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) un transporteur de sachets (28) doté d'un tronçon supérieur (27) horizontal pour la réception de sachets (10) non remplis juxtaposés à plat sert à transporter ces derniers jusqu'à un poste de transfert (29) en dessous de la tourelle à sachets (30),
    b) dans le poste de transfert (29), plusieurs dispositifs de préhension par aspiration (32) dotés d'une tête d'aspiration (33) plane et associés à chaque sachet (10) sont disposés au-dessus du transporteur de sachets (28) pour saisir respectivement un sachet (10) au niveau de la paroi avant exposée (13) et du rabat d'enroulement (15),
    c) les têtes d'aspiration (33) sont disposées sur un boîtier allongé (40) faisant office de support commun,
    d) le boîtier (40) peut tourner dans un sens et dans l'autre autour d'un axe orienté transversalement aux têtes d'aspiration (33) de telle sorte que les têtes d'aspiration (33) dotées respectivement d'un sachet (10) puissent être déplacées d'une position de réception horizontale à une position de transfert orientée obliquement au niveau de la tourelle à sachets (30).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) le support ou le boîtier (40) pour le dispositif de préhension par aspiration (32) peut être pivoté au moyen d'une transmission à manivelle (44),
    b) la transmission à manivelle (44) agit sur un arbre d'entraînement (43) monté sur le support ou le boîtier (40),
    c) la transmission à manivelle (44) comprend des organes de commande tournant en continu, en particulier des disques à cames (50, 51), qui agissent sur un bras de manivelle ou un support de rouleaux (45) pouvant pivoter vers l'avant et vers l'arrière et monté sur l'arbre d'entraînement (43),
    d) les organes de commande ou les disques à cames (50, 51) sont montés sur un arbre (52) qui est relié à un entraînement de machine en tant qu'arbre principal,
    e) l'arbre (52) entraîne, au moyen du bras de manivelle (53), la transmission à manivelle (44) dotée d'une tringlerie (54).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) des pièces d'arbre (60) sont disposées sur les têtes d'aspiration (33) en vue de la transmission du mouvement de rotation à ces dernières,
    b) des roues d'entraînement, en particulier des roues dentées (61), sont montées sur les pièces d'arbre (60), ces roues d'entraînement ou roues dentées pouvant être déplacées en rotation par une courroie dentée (62) de préférence commune,
    c) les roues d'entraînement ou roues dentées (61) disposées aux extrémités des pièces d'arbre (60) sont disposées à l'intérieur du boîtier (40),
    d) la courroie dentée (62) de préférence commune à tous les dispositifs de préhension par aspiration (32) ou à toutes les pièces d'arbre (60) est guidée à l'intérieur du boîtier (40), avec un entraînement en dehors du boîtier (40).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) le boîtier (40) faisant office de support commun des dispositifs de préhension par aspiration (32) peut être entraîné par une première transmission en vue d'effectuer les mouvements de pivotement,
    b) une deuxième transmission sert à produire les mouvements de rotation des têtes d'aspiration (33),
    c) la première transmission et la deuxième transmission sont reliées à un entraînement commun et entraînées par l'arbre (principal) (52),
    d) une transmission (à manivelle) (44) entraînée par l'arbre (52) est reliée par une technique d'entraînement à une roue de renvoi ou d'entraînement (58) pour la courroie dentée (62) pour produire les mouvements de rotation des pièces d'arbre (60).
