Double-decker rail vehicle (1) according to claim 9, characterised in that, based on a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (L), the toilet (8) is arranged between a first staircase (4a), leading from the first intermediate level (3a) to the upper level, and the side wall (6), wherein the at least one staircase (4c), leading to the lower level (5), leads from the second intermediate level (3b) to the lower level (5).
  11. Double-decker rail vehicle (1) according to claim 10, characterised in that a second staircase (4b) leading to the upper level is provided which leads from the second intermediate level (3b) to the upper level.
  12. Double-decker rail vehicle (1) according to claim 9, characterised in that, based on a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (L), the toilet (8) is arranged between a first staircase, leading from the first intermediate level (3a) to the lower level (5), and the side wall (6), wherein the at least one staircase (4b), leading to the upper level, leads from the second intermediate level (3b) to the upper level.
  13. Double-decker rail vehicle (1) according to claim 12, characterised in that a second staircase (4c) leading to the lower level (5) is provided which leads from the second intermediate level (3b) to the lower level (5).
  14. Double-decker rail vehicle (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that, based on the longitudinal direction (L), the toilet (8) is arranged adjacent to the lower level (5).
  15. Double-decker rail vehicle (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a storage space (10) is provided above the first intermediate level (3a).
  16. Double-decker rail vehicle (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the first entrance (7a) and/or the second entrance (7b) is arranged above a bogie (13).
