Claims (10)

  1. Agencement de presse pour l'essorage d'une bande de papier, de carton, d'essuie-tout ou d'une autre bande de matière fibreuse (1) dans une machine pour la fabrication et/ou le traitement de cette bande, avec au moins une fente de pressage, à travers laquelle la bande de matière fibreuse (1) est guidée en même temps qu'au moins une bande d'essorage absorbant l'eau (2), dans lequel la bande d'essorage (2) entoure un rouleau élargisseur (3) avant ou après la fente de pressage, dans lequel il ne se trouve aucun autre rouleau entre la fente de pressage et le rouleau élargisseur (3), caractérisé en ce que le rouleau élargisseur (3) présente une enveloppe de rouleau en matière plastique, dont le diamètre se situe entre 130 et 800 mm.
  2. Agencement de presse selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'essorage (2) entoure le rouleau élargisseur (3) dans une zone périphérique comprise entre 90° et 180°.
  3. Agencement de presse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que seule une bande d'essorage (2) circule à travers la fente de pressage.
  4. Agencement de presse selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la fente de pressage est formée entre un rouleau de pressage (5) entouré par la bande d'essorage (2) et un rouleau central (11), dans lequel le rouleau central (11) est impliqué dans plusieurs fentes de pressage.
  5. Agencement de presse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande de matière fibreuse (1) circule à travers la fente de pressage avec une bande d'essorage absorbant l'eau (2, 4) sur les deux faces.
  6. Agencement de presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau élargisseur (3) est disposé avant la fente de pressage et la bande d'essorage (2) ne vient en contact avec la bande de matière fibreuse (1) qu'après le rouleau élargisseur (3).
  7. Agencement de presse selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la fente de pressage est formée par un rouleau de pressage (5) entouré par la bande d'essorage (2) avec le rouleau élargisseur (3) et un rouleau d'appui (6), dans lequel le rouleau d'appui (6) forme encore une fente de pressage avec un autre rouleau de pressage (19) après la fente de pressage.
  8. Agencement de presse selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau élargisseur (3) est disposé après la fente de pressage, les bandes d'essorage (2, 4) guident ensemble la bande de matière fibreuse (1) après la fente de pressage jusqu'au rouleau élargisseur (3), et la bande de matière fibreuse (1) circule après le rouleau élargisseur (3) avec la bande d'essorage (4) disposée sur la face de la bande de matière fibreuse (1) opposée au rouleau élargisseur (3).
  9. Agencement de presse selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'essorage (4) guidant seule la bande de matière fibreuse (1) après le rouleau élargisseur (3) entoure un rouleau de déviation aspirant (7) pendant l'enlèvement de l'autre bande d'essorage (2).
  10. Agencement de presse selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'essorage (4) guidant seule la bande de matière fibreuse (1) après le rouleau élargisseur (3) transmet la bande de matière fibreuse (1) à une bande mobile sans fin (8) d'une unité qui suit.
