Claims (14)

  1. Automate de fermeture d'un battant (C) de porte ou de fenêtre comportant
    - un organe (1) de réglage, pouvant être mis dans la région de l'huisserie de la porte ou de la fenêtre ;
    - un levier (2) pivotant pouvant être mis sur le battant et pouvant pivoter en coopération avec l'organe (1) de réglage, le levier étant fixé sans possibilité de tourner sur un arbre dirigé verticalement à l'état monté ;
    - un dispositif de réglage couplé à l'arbre (5),
    - un élément (6) de ressort, qui est bandé à l'ouverture du battant (C) sous l'influence du dispositif de réglage ; et
    - un dispositif d'encliquetage qui empêche le battant (C) en la position d'ouverture de se fermer automatiquement sous l'influence de l'élément (6) de ressort bandé à l'avance,
    caractérisé en ce que la force élastique de l'élément (6) de ressort est efficace parallèlement à l'arbre (5) et est telle que le mouvement de pivotement du levier (C) est transformé en un mouvement linéaire du dispositif de réglage dirigé parallèlement à l'arbre (5).
  2. Automate de fermeture suivant la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réglage pour transformer le mouvement de rotation en un mouvement linéaire comporte deux éléments (7, 8 et 10, 11) de réglage inférieur et supérieur alignés entre eux, disposés dans la zone de l'arbre (5) parallèlement à celui-ci et ayant des surfaces (7.1 et 8.1, 10.1, 10.3 et 11.1, 11.2, 11.3) de glissement inclinées dans la direction radiale et axiale dans la zone des extrémités opposées, l'un des éléments de réglage pouvant tourner par rapport à l'autre de façon à ce que, lorsque le levier (2) de pivotement pivote, l'un des éléments (7) ou (10) de réglage est déplacé dans la direction axiale.
  3. Automate de fermeture suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (6) de ressort s'appuie sur une butée (9) par son extrémité inférieure à l'état monté et en ce que l'élément (7 ou 10) de réglage inférieur, réglable dans la direction axiale, s'appuie sur le côté supérieur de l'élément (6) de ressort.
  4. Automate de fermeture suivant la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux éléments (7 et ou 10 et 11) de réglage ont la forme de douilles cylindriques montées sur l'arbre.
  5. Automate de fermeture suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (8 ou 11) de réglage supérieur peut être fixé, de préférence au moyen d'un ferrure (3), de manière fixe au côté supérieur du battant (C) et en ce que l'élément (7 ou 10) de réglage inférieur est solidaire en rotation de l'arbre (5) et est monté axialement sur celui-ci en pouvant coulisser sur l'arbre.
  6. Automate de fermeture suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (7 ou 10) de réglage inférieur a une fente (7.2) de guidage, qui s'étend axialement et dans laquelle pénètre une broche (5.1) de guidage mise sur l'arbre (5) et dirigée sensiblement radialement.
  7. Automate de fermeture suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de réglage inférieur a deux fentes (7.2) de guidage diamétralement opposées, dans lesquelles pénètrent des broches (5.1) de guidage mises sur l'arbre (5).
  8. Automate de fermeture suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces (7.1, 8.1) inclinées ont sur leur extrémité extérieure des organes d'encliquetage sous la forme de creux (7.3) et de saillies (8.3) s'interpénétrant.
  9. Automate de fermeture suivant la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément (10) de réglage a au moins une saillie (10.1) dirigée axialement dans la partie de son contours extérieur et en ce que dans la surface latérale du deuxième élément (11) de réglage il est disposé pour chaque saillie deux creux (11.1, 11.2) de profondeur différente, s'étendant axialement l'un à côté de l'autre et entre lesquels se trouve une saillie (11.3) d'encliquetage.
  10. Automate de fermeture suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (6) de ressort est un ressort hélicoïdal de pression, monté sur l'arbre (5) et en ce que l'arbre a à son extrémité inférieure un filetage (5.1) pour un écrou formant la butée (9).
  11. Automate de fermeture suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort est un ressort de compression à gaz.
  12. Automate de fermeture suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre du levier (2) pivotant est en forme de fourche ayant deux dents (2.1, 2.2) entre lesquelles se trouve, à l'état fermé du battant (C), l'organe (1) de réglage, qui a la forme d'un tourillon disposé verticalement.
  13. Automate de fermeture suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les dents (2.1, 2.2) de la fourche ont des longueurs différentes.
  14. Automate de fermeture suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (7, 8) de réglage l'arbre (5) et l'élément (6) de ressort sont logés dans un manchon (10) de protection.
