Description
The invention relates to a connection system for connecting a built-in appliance with a piece of furniture, in particular with a furniture niche, and a furniture assembly, in particular a kitchenette, with a plurality of furniture, wherein the furniture assembly comprises at least one piece of furniture with a furniture niche and at least one built-in furniture unit built-in device ,
It is known to install built-in appliances or sub-appliances in a piece of furniture furniture wall and attach them there with the furniture wall. For this purpose, the built-in device itself may have connecting elements such as. protruding metal strips which are screwed to or in the furniture niche.
With this type of attachment, problems arise in particular when the built-in appliance has slightly different dimensions than the furniture niche pretends, so that the built-in appliance must be at least partially spaced with a distance to an inner wall of the furniture niche.
To solve this problem, the furniture tables are usually fed or reduced, which usually requires further joinery work or requires comparatively much time to customize special fasteners.
In addition, the gap between the built-in appliance and the furniture niche usually has to be lined with a cladding. The cladding is usually grown separately from the actual attachment of the built-in appliance separately to the furniture tables. Again, a considerable installation effort for the creation of a suitable and appropriate trim and for their attachment to the furniture niche is required.

The cover strip on the one hand has an optical function to conceal the transition between the built-in appliance and the furniture, on the other hand, it is intended to prevent penetration of dirt, dust and other contaminants in the space between the built-in appliance and the furniture, especially in the gap therebetween become. The connection system thus has visually and functionally the function of a panel.
The cover strip can be made of plastic and / or metal. It can also include wood elements.
According to the invention, at least two cover strips are provided, and the fastening strip has at least two receptacles for fastening the two cover strips.
With the help of at least two cover strips, the versatility of the cover can be increased. In particular, with the help of two cover strips of different width gaps between the built-in device and the furniture or different width transitions can be covered. For this purpose, the cover strips are fastened parallel to one another and at least partially overlapping on the fastening strip, wherein the degree or the size of the overlapping region between the two cover strips depends on or is selected according to the gap to be bridged or the size of the transition region to be covered.
The cover strips are fastened to the fastening strip, wherein the cover strips are preferably hooked, inserted, clipped or clamped.
Advantageously, at least one of the two cover strips on connecting elements, in particular locking elements, by which the cover strips are connected to each other. Due to the connectivity of the cover strips together an additional stabilization of the cover strips is achieved. The cover strips are preferably directly with each other and connected along a line. Preferably, the cover strips touch along a line. It is also possible to connect the cover strips only partially or pointwise with each other. The cover strips can be hooked together, pushed into each other, be clipped or clamped to each other.
The two cover strips are preferably with an overlap, in particular according to a tongue and groove principle, can be arranged. The overlap extends in particular along a longitudinal side of the cover services.
Advantageously, the overlap is differently adjustable, in particular adjustable stepwise. For this purpose, at least one of the cover strips can be shortened or verschmälerbar. In particular, the coverage performance can be narrowed in terms of their width. The connecting elements are advantageously designed so that they allow attachment to different overlaps. As a result, an attachment of the cover strips is possible with each other for different widths of the transition between built-in device and furniture tables. The cover strips may in particular be spaced at different distances from each other. Differently wide gaps between the built-in device and the furniture can be bridged or disguised by a suitably chosen spacing of the cover strips, wherein the overlap of the cover strips ensures that the panel is sealing and gap-free.
Advantageously, the cover strip on cover strip side latching elements for latching connection of the cover strip with the mounting bar. With the help of the cover strip-side locking elements is a, in particular releasable, attachment of the cover strip on the mounting bar is possible. The cover strip is clipped or clamped, for example, on the mounting strip. The attachment of the cover strip on the mounting bar is in particular screw-free.
The fastening strip has in particular fastening-side latching elements for latching connection of the cover strip with the fastening strip. By the fixing side Verrastungselemente, ie provided on the mounting bar latching elements unintentional release of the cover strip is prevented by the mounting bar. Advantageously, however, the cover strip of the mounting bar be solved and replaced. The fastening-side latching elements are advantageously provided as a counterpart to the cover strip-side latching elements, so that the fastening-side and cover strip-side latching elements cooperate and enable a fixed and in particular detachable attachment of the at least one cover strip to the fastening strip.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the fastening strip on at least one device-side recess for creating a device-side groove between the mounting bar and the built-in device. In the device-side recess, the cover strip can be inserted. The device-side recess on the mounting bar acts in particular with the built-in device together to form a receptacle for the cover strip. The device-side recess can be formed for example by a projection on the mounting bar, wherein the projection is supported on the built-in device. This projection is used in particular to attach the attachment side to the built-in device. The gap formed between the fastening strip and the built-in device, which forms the device-side recess next to the projection, can then serve as a receptacle for the cover strip.
The fastening strip advantageously has at least one furniture-side recess for creating a furniture-side groove between the fastening strip and the furniture, in which the cover strip can be inserted. Analogous to the device-side jump back the furniture side creates a gap between the furniture, which can serve as a receptacle for the cover. The furniture-side recess may be formed in a corresponding manner as the device-side recess by a protrusion extending to the furniture on the mounting bar, wherein the projection is supported on the furniture and the projection is fastened in particular with the furniture. The furniture-side recess is located in a similar manner between the mounting rail and the furniture, thus offering the possibility of attachment of the cover.
Vorteilhafterweise umfassen die Befestigungselemente Löcher für Schrauben.Advantageously, the fastening elements comprise holes for screws.
In a special embodiment of the invention, the fastening strip is flat-band-shaped and has a longitudinal direction and has at least one, preferably at least two, parallel to the longitudinal direction extending fold lines for adjusting a height of the mounting bar. In particular, with the aid of the bend line, a different overall height in a range of 1 to 20 mm, preferably in a range of 1 to 10 mm, can be set. The overall height generally corresponds to the distance to be bridged by the mounting bar between the built-in device and the furniture in general. This makes it possible to permanently install the built-in appliance in a (slightly oversized) furniture tables, which is not optimally adapted to the built-in appliance. For example, a built-in device can still be installed with the mounting bar in the furniture niche, if there is a gap of 15 mm between the built-in appliance and the furniture tables. The fastening strip with the fold lines saves further measures for bridging the gap between the built-in device and the furniture.
The fold lines serve to be able to bend the mounting strip accordingly easy to effect the height adjustment. An installer can adjust the mounting strip by simply bending the mounting bar along the bend lines and quickly establish a reliable attachment of the built-in appliance to the furniture or furniture furniture for different widths of the transition between built-in appliance and furniture. This is especially still possible when the built-in device is relatively far away from the furniture.
The bend lines can be formed by recesses, in particular punched out.
Die Stärke der Befestigungsleiste, d.h. die Stärke des verwendeten Materials, insbesondere des verwendeten Blechs, liegt insbesondere in einem Bereich von 0,5 - 2 mm, insbesondere in einem Bereich von 1 mm - 1,5 mm.Ribbon-shaped means that the fastening strip is essentially a band that is at least three times as long as it is wide. The width of the fastening strip is in particular in a range of 15 mm - 100 mm, in particular in a range of 20 mm - 50 mm. The length of the fastening strip is in particular at least 100 mm, in particular at least 300 mm, preferably at least 600 mm. The strength of the fastening strip, i. the thickness of the material used, in particular of the sheet used, is in particular in a range of 0.5-2 mm, in particular in a range of 1 mm-1.5 mm.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the fastening strip is flat-band-shaped and has a longitudinal direction, wherein the fastening strip at least one perpendicular extending to the longitudinal direction transverse crease line has for fastening the fastening strip on a transverse to the longitudinal direction surface, in particular on a side wall of the furniture niche. With the help of the transverse crease line, a part of the fastening strip can be bent transversely to the longitudinal direction, so that the fastening strip can be fastened with this part to an adjacent piece of furniture or the side wall of the furniture niche. The kink angle in the plane perpendicular to the transverse kink line may be in a range of 0 ° to 180 °. For adjacent vertical surfaces and a horizontally arranged fastening strip, the bending angle is approximately 90 °.
The transverse crease lines are formed in particular by recesses, in particular punched out.
Advantageously, the cover strip has a longitudinal side, the width of which can be reduced by means of a predetermined breaking edge. By reducing the width, the cover strip can be adapted to the width of a transition to be laminated. As a result, the cover strip is narrowed. The predetermined breaking edge facilitates the reduction of the width of the cover strip, so that the cover strip can be narrowed easily and quickly by breaking off a part of the cover strip along the predetermined breaking edge. The predetermined breaking edge runs in particular along a longitudinal direction of the cover strip. In the event that two cover strips are provided, which are arranged with an overlap, it is advantageous if the predetermined breaking edge is provided on the one cover strip, which is covered by the other cover strip, so that the predetermined breaking edge after breaking off a part of the one Cover strip is no longer visible and is covered by the other cover strip.
