Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de mise en forme d'un flan (1, 2) en un profil creux (5, 6, 13) avec au moins une plaque de base (9), sur laquelle peut être appliqué le flan à mettre en forme (1, 2), au moins un corps de poinçon (14) pour le profil creux (5, 6, 13) et au moins deux demi-moules (10, 11) pour la mise en forme du flan (1, 2) en profil creux (5, 6, 13),
    caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit au moins un poinçon de forme (15) intégré au corps de poinçon (14), à l'aide duquel une structure d'élément (3, 4) insérée dans le flan plan peut être formée et/ou fixée dans un élément de renforcement et/ou de fonction (7, 8, 16).
  2. Dispositif de mise en forme d'un flan en un profil creux selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit des moyens d'estampage et/ou de découpe de la structure d'élément (3, 4) à utiliser sur le flan plan (1, 2).

  5. Procédé de fabrication d'un profil creux avec au moins un élément de renforcement et/ou de fonction formé à partir d'un flan, dans lequel, par estampage et/ou découpe, une structure d'élément formant l'élément de renforcement et/ou de fonction ultérieur est insérée dans le flan plan,
    caractérisé en ce qu'en utilisant un dispositif de mise en forme d'un flan selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, au moins un poinçon de forme intégré au corps de poinçon façonne la structure d'élément en l'élément de renforcement et/ou de fonction, la fixe éventuellement, puis le flan est mis en forme par le biais d'au moins deux demi-moules du dispositif pour donner le profil creux.

    caractérisé en ce que l'estampage et/ou la découpe de la structure d'élément s'effectue(nt) par des moyens d'estampage et/ou de découpe du flan déplaçables prévus dans le dispositif de mise en forme du flan en un profil creux.
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un profil creux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que, lors de la mise en forme du flan en un profil creux, le flan est pressé par un corps de poinçon contre une plaque d'appui formée en fonction du profil creux, les demi-moules agencés latéralement mettent en forme le profil creux contre le corps de poinçon et, éventuellement, les arêtes longitudinales du flan façonné situées à l'opposé sont assemblées, en particulier soudées.
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'un profil creux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce qu'avant la mise en forme du flan en un profil creux, des éléments de fonction et/ou de renforcement sont assemblés sur le flan.
