Abstract

Ein in ein Bett umwandelbares Sitzmöbel besitzt eine Rückenlehne (18) und einen Sitzpolster (6), wobei der Sitzpolster (6) auf einem aus dem Möbelgestell (1) ausziehbaren Wagen (2) gelagert und mit der schwenkbar gelagerten Rückenlehne (18) über einen Beschlag verbunden ist, so dass die Rückenlehne (18) beim Ausziehen des das Sitzpolster (6) tragenden Wagens (2) in die Liegestellung verschwenkt wird.
Der Beschlag weist wenigstens einen winkelig ausgebildeten Arm (20) auf, dessen eines Ende an der Rückenlehne (18) befestigt und dessen anderes Ende am Sitzpolster (6) bzw. Wagen (2) angelenkt ist. Ferner ist wenigstens ein einerseits am Möbelgestell (1), andererseits an der Rückenlehne (18) angeordneter Führungsarm (21) angeordnet.
Dadurch kann eine Beschädigung des Möbelstoffes vermieden werden.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Sitzmöbel, das in ein Bett umwandelbar ist und eine Rückenlehne sowie einen Sitzpolster aufweist, wobei der Sitzpolster auf einem aus dem Möbelgestell ausziehbaren Wagen gelagert und mit der schwenkbar gelagerten Rückenlehne über einen Beschlag verbunden ist, so dass die Rückenlehne beim Ausziehen des das Sitzpolster tragenden Wagens in die Liegestellung verschwenkt wird.
  • Es sind schon eine Reihe solcher Möbel bekannt geworden, bei denen der Beschlag seitlich an dem Rahmen befestigt ist, wobei mindestens ein Arm tief in den Sitzpolster hineinragt. Dadurch entsteht zwangsläufig ein Spalt zwischen der Rückenlehne und den Armteilen des Möbels. Auch besteht die Gefahr, dass der Möbelstoff bei der Umwandlung beschädigt wird.
  • Die Erfindung hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, ein Möbel der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, das die aufgezeigten Nachteile nicht aufweist. Erreicht wird dies dadurch, dass der Beschlag wenigstens einen winkelig ausgebildeten Arm aufweist, dessen eines Ende an der Rückenlehne befestigt und dessen anderes Ende am Sitzpolster bzw. Wagen angelenkt ist, und dass ferner wenigstens ein einerseits am Möbelgestell, andererseits an der Rückenlehne angeordneter Führungsarm angeordnet ist.
  • Bei einem erfindungsgemäßen Möbel kann der Beschlag weiter zur Mitte hin angeordnet werden, sodass Spalte zwischen Rückenlehne und den Armteilen des Möbels vermieden werden.
  • Bei einem Sitzmöbel mit einem Zusatzpolster, der unter dem Sitzpolster an einem Auszug heb- und senkbar gelagert ist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass an dem winkelig ausgebildeten Arm ein in der Liegestellung nach vorne weisender, mit dem Zusatzpolster zusammenwirkender Stoßarm befestigt ist.
  • Dadurch wird vermieden, dass der Zusatzpolster beim Einschieben des Auszuges an dem winkelig ausgebildeten Arm anschlägt und dabei beschädigt wird.
  • Bei absenkbaren Rückenteilen besteht der Nachteil, dass die Polsterungen der Sitz- bzw. Rückenpolster beim Absenken stark gequetscht werden. Erfindungsgemäß wird zur Behebung dieses Nachteiles vorgeschlagen, dass der winkelig ausgebildete Arm über einen in einem Langloch geführten Fortsatz, z. B. Bolzen, mit dem Sitzpolster verbunden ist.
  • Zweckmässig ist überdies am winkelig ausgebildeten Arm im Bereich seines Endes ein Lenker angeordnet, dessen anderes Ende an den Stützen gelenkig gelagert ist.
  • Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben, ohne auf dieses Beispiel beschränkt zu sein. Dabei zeigen in Seitenansicht teilweise geschnitten

  • Gemäß den Zeichnungen ist in einem Möbelgestell 1 ein Wagen 2 ein- und ausfahrbar. Der Wagen 2 ist dabei einerseits über Rollen 3 am Boden, andererseits über Rollen 4 im Möbelgestell 1 fahrbar. Unter Einhaltung eines Zwischenraumes ist am Wagen 2 ein Sitzpolster 6 abgestützt.
  • In den Zwischenraum ist in der Sitzstellung des Möbel (Fig. 3) ein Auszug 7 eingeschoben, der über Rollen 8 am Boden abgestützt ist. Im Auszug 7 ist ein Zusatzpolster 9 mittels eines Beschlages heb- und senkbar, der im gezeichneten Beispiel aus einer Schwinge 10 und zwei miteinander gelenkig verbundenen Armen 11 und 12 besteht. Solche Beschläge sind bekannt und es scheint sich daher eine nähere Beschreibung desselben zu erübrigen.
  • Nach vorne ist der Auszug 7 durch eine Frontblende 13 abgedeckt. Im rückwärtigen Bereich des Auszuges 7 sind beim gezeichneten Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Stützen 14 angeordnet, von denen in der Zeichnung nur eine sichtbar ist. An den oberen Enden der Stützen 14 befinden sich Rollen 15. Beim Ausziehen bzw. Einschieben des Auszuges 7 rollen diese Rollen 15 am Rahmen des Sitzpolsters 6 ab. Der Sitzpolster 6 ist im rückwärtigen Bereich an winkelförmigen Metallstützen 16 bei 17 schwenkbar gelagert.
  • Eine Rückenlehne 18 ist über ihren Rahmen 19 über einen winkelig ausgebildeten Arm 20 mit den Metallstützen 16 des Wagens 2 gelenkig verbunden. Die winkeligen Arme 20 sind am Rahmen 19 des Sitzpolsters 18 befestigt.
  • Die Rückenlehne 18 wird überdies durch einen Führungsarm 21 geführt, der einerseits am Möbelgestell 1 andererseits an der Rückenlehne 18 angelenkt ist. Eine Feder 22 unterstützt das Anheben der Rückenlehne 18.
  • An dem winkelig ausgebildeten Arm 20 ist ein in der Liegestellung (Fig. 1) nach vorne weisender, Stoßarm 23 befestigt, der beim Einschieben des Auszuges 7 mit dem Zusatzpolster 9 zusammenwirkt.
  • Die gelenkige Verbindung des Armes 20 mit den Metallstützen 16 erfolgt über einen Fortsatz 24, wie ein Bolzen od. dgl., der in einem Langloch 25 geführt ist. Das Langloch 25 ist in einer Platine angeordnet, die mit den Metallstützen 16 verbunden ist. Am Arm 20 ist überdies im Bereich seines Endes ein Lenker 26 angeordnet, dessen anderes Ende an den Stützen 16 gelenkig gelagert ist.
  • Bei der Umwandlung des Möbels von der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Liegestellung in die in Fig. 3 gezeigte Sitzstellung wird vorerst der Zusatzpolster 9 mittels des Beschlages 10, 11, 12 abgesenkt und der Auszug 7 unter den Sitzpolster 6 gefahren. Dabei schlägt der Zusatzpolster 9 an den Arm 20 an und bei weiterem Einschieben wird auch die Rückenlehne 18 in die Sitzstellung verschwenkt. In dieser Sitzstellung umgibt der bzw. die winkelig ausgebildeten Arme 20 den Sitzpolster 6.
  • Bewegt sich die Rückenlehne 18 von der Liegestellung in die Sitzstellung wird der Arm 20 nach oben gedreht und der Fortsatz 24 im Langloch 25 bewegt. Der Lenker 26 übernimmt dabei im Zusammenwirken mit dem Fortsatz 24 die Führung des Armes 20.
  • Dadurch wird die Rückenlehne 18 vom Sitzpolster 6 weg bewegt und somit ein Quetschen der Polster verhindert.
  • Im Rahmen der Erfindung sind zahlreiche Abänderungen möglich. So ist die Erfindung auch bei solchen Möbeln anwendbar, bei denen kein an einem Auszug 7 angeordneter Zusatzpolster 9 vorgesehen ist.

Claims (5)

  1. In ein Bett umwandelbares Sitzmöbel mit einer Rückenlehne (18) und einem Sitzpolster (6), wobei der Sitzpolster (6) auf einem aus dem Möbelgestell (1) ausziehbaren Wagen (2) gelagert und mit der schwenkbar gelagerten Rückenlehne (18) über einen Beschlag verbunden ist, so dass die Rückenlehne (18) beim Ausziehen des das Sitzpolster (6) tragenden Wagens (2) in die Liegestellung verschwenkt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beschlag wenigstens einen winkelig ausgebildeten Arm (20) aufweist, dessen eines Ende an der Rückenlehne (18) befestigt und dessen anderes Ende am Sitzpolster (6) bzw. Wagen (2) angelenkt ist, und dass ferner wenigstens ein einerseits am Möbelgestell (1), andererseits an der Rückenlehne (18) angeordneter Führungsarm (21) angeordnet ist.
  2. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1, mit einem Zusatzpolster (9), der unter dem Sitzpolster (6) an einem Auszug (7) heb- und senkbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem winkelig ausgebildeten Arm (20) ein in der Liegestellung nach vorne weisender, mit dem Zusatzpolster (9) zusammenwirkender Stoßarm (23) befestigt ist.
  3. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der winkelig ausgebildete Arm (20) über einen in einem Langloch (25) geführten Fortsatz (24), z.B. Bolzen, mit dem Sitzpolster (6) verbunden ist.
  4. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Arm (20) im Bereich seines Endes ein Lenker (26) angeordnet ist, dessen anderes Ende an den Stützen (16) gelenkig gelagert ist.
  5. Beschlag für ein Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4.
