Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird ein Drehstangenverschluss für eine Türverriegelung, vorzugsweise für Lkw- oder Anhängeraufbauten oder Frachtcontainer, mit einem türfest montierten Basisteil mit einer daran ausbildeten Raststruktur sowie einem zu dem Basisteil verschwenkbaren und mit dessen Raststruktur verriegelbaren Hebel (11). Der Hebel (11) an seinem einen Ende drehfest mit der Drehstange des Drehstangenverschlusses verbunden und an seinem anderen Ende mit einem Handgriff (20) versehen. In seinem Grundaufbau besteht der Hebel (11) aus einem Blechformteil. Zur Erzielung einer erhöhten Festigkeit bei zugleich einfachem Aufbau als Blechformteil weist der Hebel (11) einstückig auf:
- eine Schalenstruktur aus einer die Außenseite des Hebels (11) definierenden Außenwand und von dieser ausgehend in Richtung auf das Basisteil abgewinkelten Seitenwänden (23A, 23B),
- eine in einer Ebene parallel zu der Außenseite angeordnete und sich zwischen den beiden Seitenwänden (23A, 23B) erstreckende Innenwand (32), die gemeinsam mit den Seitenwänden (23A, 23B) und zumindest Bereichen der Außenwand einen kastenförmigen Querschnitt bildet,
wobei die Innenwand (32) mit einem Zentrierelement (39) zum Zentrieren des Hebels (11) gegenüber einem korrespondierenden Zentrierelement des Basisteils versehen ist.

In its basic structure, the lever (11) consists of a sheet metal part. To achieve increased strength and at the same time simple construction as a sheet metal part, the lever (11) in one piece on:
a shell structure comprising an outer wall defining the outer side of the lever (11) and, starting therefrom, angled in the direction of the base part side walls (23A, 23B),
an inner wall (32) arranged in a plane parallel to the outer side and extending between the two side walls (23A, 23B), forming a box-shaped cross-section together with the side walls (23A, 23B) and at least portions of the outer wall,
wherein the inner wall (32) is provided with a centering element (39) for centering the lever (11) against a corresponding centering element of the base part.
