Description

The invention relates to a pool type pool, designed to be immersed in a course or body of water, comprising a load-bearing structure on which are fixed and / or stretched flexible or rigid panels forming the peripheral walls and the bottom of the pool said structure having a floating portion comprising one or more floats and a submerged portion provided with ballast elements.

The present invention will find its application more particularly in the field of pools swimming-type amenity having the particularity in that such a pool is located in an aquatic environment which it can use water.

At present, there are very few secure structures that can accommodate a large public for bathing activities during the summer months.

Many municipalities would like to be able to build such structures in the form of traditional public swimming pools, but can not do so because of the large investments required and which usually exceed the means at their disposal.

This lack of installation leads the public to frequent natural bathing sites of the type of water or body of water that are not able to offer them equivalent safety.

Although it is more and more common practice to develop bathing facilities on these natural sites, such These developments do not allow the delimitation of restricted, perfectly controllable secure spaces.

In particular, there are very few perfectly defined sites, not only at the surface but also at depth in these courses or water bodies, not to mention that it is very easy for a user to escape the vigilance of the user. security personnel to cross the delimitation zones and reach open and dangerous waters.

In addition, these waters in natural sites, even if they are of suitable quality for swimming, are very often loaded with particles that do not make it possible to visualize the bottom and to distinguish a person in drowning situation.

We have already designed floating pool type pools as described in the document FR-2860819 . Such swimming pools comprise a bearing structure consisting essentially of an assembly of modular floats forming a peripheral beach to the basin, on the outer periphery of this beach being provided a protective barrier. The pelvis itself is defined by a pocket-shaped net attached to the inside of the supporting structure, the net being weighted in its part forming the bottom of the basin.

It seems obvious that the design of the pool from a single net is very insecure.

If, theoretically, such a net "floating" is likely to be cleaned, this operation can be completed after removal of the net to bring it to a suitable cleaning site.

It is still known swimming pools with similar characteristics whose basin, instead of being designed by a net, is made from assembled perforated panels. If such panels give the structure of the basin a certain rigidity, they confer a certain heaviness on the whole besides that these panels must be conceived in materials answering certain qualities, such as the resistance to the oxidation, without counting that with the contact of these panels, there is a risk of injury.

Ce bassin comporte toutes les caractéristiques du préambule de la revendication 1.We also know from the document DE-U-203 00 710 , a floating basin consisting of peripheral walls and a bottom secured to a load-bearing structure defining a peripheral bridge and comprising floating elements. Hollow bodies in the form of ballasts are still distributed around the peripheral walls of the basin, extending from the upper edge of the latter towards the bottom. Through these ballasts that can be inflated with air or filled with water, the depth of mmersion of the basin can be adjusted as its plate. This basin has all the features of the preamble of claim 1.

These known designs of pool-type floating tanks clearly pose the problem of cleaning.

In reality, this cleaning is a crucial problem for these pools immersed in water courses or bodies, especially as it is very often used water in the middle of which is immersed the pool because of the perforated structure of walls. If, through such a structure, the water is systematically renewed, all the particles suspended in the natural environment are necessarily found inside the basin, particles that are then deposited along the walls by promoting the development algae often stubborn and difficult to remove.

Another problem of these basins is their manufacture in view of their launching. In the case of public pools, they are necessarily large and of significant use exceptional means of transport and handling.

In fact, these tanks can not be transported assembled, precisely because of their dimensions outside standards. It is therefore customary to design them on the edge or near the plan or watercourse in which are planned to be installed.

This raises the access not only to the assembly site, but also to the plan or watercourse to lifting gear of size adapted to the size and weight of these basins for their launching. Obviously one can conceive adapted works of civil engineering. However, the main interest of these floating basins is to be of economic design in comparison to hard basins, interest which is reduced through the obligation to design adapted access to lifting gear or works specially intended for launching.

Note that to answer the problem of cleaning, these pools must be regularly removed from the water. It is therefore periodically that these handling problems arise.

The present invention is intended to meet the drawbacks of pools type submerged swimming pool known by providing an advantageous solution able to meet both the constraints of cleaning and the quality of water to be respected on such a site to be open to the public .

For this purpose, the invention relates to a swimming pool, designed to be immersed in a course or body of water, comprising a supporting structure on which are fixed and / or stretched flexible or rigid panels forming the peripheral walls and the bottom of the basin, said structure comprising a floating portion comprising one or more floats and a normally submerged portion provided with ballast elements. All particularly, said submerged portion comprises a vertical peripheral structure surmounting a substantially horizontal structure designed in the manner of a raft and comprising at least partly the ballast elements to make emerge or float said basin on the plane or stream of water in such a way that the pool just emerges out of the water in its entirety and the floating part is supported by the normally submerged part.

According to an advantageous feature of the present invention, it is associated with this pool of water filtration means. In particular, these filtration means are designed to filter the water taken externally to the basin to inject it into the latter.

One of the advantages of the present invention is that through the ballast that includes the immersed part of the supporting structure, said basin can be emerged not only to facilitate its cleaning, but also its emptying and, especially, its filling at the bottom. using filtered water, although taken from the medium in which the pond is installed.

In addition, the basin comes to emerge out of the water in its entirety and the floating part is supported by the normally submerged part which allows to preserve, around the basin even out of the water, a range of circulation facilitating interventions maintenance.

As for the walls, they may or may not be perforated, just as only part of these walls may have such perforations. Similarly, in the case of adoption of a filtration, they may not be perforated to avoid a renewal of water through these walls but through filtration systems. It is still possible, through this filtration and one or the other wall perforated, to create, through the basin a flow of water renewal.

However, these walls are, as the case, not sealed one or more openings to promote the evacuation of the water in the emergence phase of the basin. Optionally, this or these openings may be designed to be closed.

Another advantage is that once emerged, the basin has a shallow draft facilitating its movement or its setting out of water.

The design according to the invention of the basin allows the implementation, advantageously, of a mounting method which greatly facilitates the launching of the pool.

  • à assembler à terre ou directement sur l'eau la structure horizontale en forme de radeau de la partie immergée, intégrant des éléments formant ballasts ;
  • après mise à l'eau de cette structure horizontale, à monter sur cette dernière ladite structure verticale de la partie immergée;
Thus, the invention also relates to a mounting method in view of the launching of a floating basin consisting of:
  • to assemble on the ground or directly on the water the horizontal structure in the form of a raft of the immersed part, integrating elements forming ballasts;
  • after launching this horizontal structure, to mount on said latter said vertical structure of the immersed part;
  • to report to said submerged portion, the floating portion of the bearing structure of the basin.

Other advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description relating to an exemplary embodiment given by way of indication and not limitation.

As shown in the figures of the accompanying drawings, the present invention relates to a basin 1 type swimming pool designed to be immersed in a plan or stream 2 that we wanted to illustrate in the figure 1 .

In particular, the latter reveals the bank 3 to which can be braced such basins 1, 1A, 1B, 1C with connecting piers 4 known per se.

More particularly, such a basin 1 comprises a self-supporting structure 5 provided adapted to receive, stretched or fixed panels 6, 7, 8 designing the peripheral walls and the bottom of this basin 1.

Une telle liaison souple facilite encore les opérations de montage et de démontage sur le plan ou cours d'eau 2.More particularly, with respect to said supporting structure 5, it is composed of a floating part 9 and a part designed to be immersed 10. With regard to said floating part 9, it is defined by a float, preferably a succession of modular floats 11 assembled to each other advantageously using means flexible connection more adapted to the movable surface on which this floating portion 9 rests. Such a flexible connection further facilitates assembly and disassembly operations on the plane or stream 2.

As it is visible on this figure 1 , the assembly of these modular floats 11 can give the basin 1 various shapes, rectangular or other, including circular 1A, 1B, 1C.

Said floating part 9, defined by the floats 11 is also advantageously a peripheral circulation range which is preferably bordered externally by a protective barrier 12 adapted. Especially on modular floats 11 can be applied a cladding type wood or other type. As for the protective barrier 12, it can be defined by a net stretched between a succession of designed posts adapted to be fixed on said floats 11 on the external side to the basin 1.

As regards the immersed part 10, it comprises a substantially horizontal structure 13 and a vertical peripheral structure 14 surmounting the preceding one and receiving, in the upper part, the floating part 9.

To return to the horizontal structure 13, it consists of a plurality of longitudinal members 15 connected transversely, two by two, by connecting beams 16. As for the vertical peripheral structure 14, it is defined by a plurality of elements V 17 fixed to their base, as the case, the longitudinal members 15 or connecting beams 16, and whose vertices join the floating part 9 in this case the modular floats 11.

The panels 6, 7 and 8 designing the peripheral walls and the bottom of the basin 1 can be designed in a rigid material or in soft cloth. They may be perforated or perforated, just as one or the other wall may be perforated or others not.

In an advantageous embodiment, these panels 6, 7, 8 constitute a pocket of flexible material whose upper edge 18 is designed capable of being fixed in particular thanks to a hooking profile 19 at the floating portion 9 of the structure 5. Furthermore, this pocket comprises, on the periphery of the panel 8 designing the bottom of the basin 1, hooking means 21 to tensioning means 22.

According to the invention, these tensioning means 22 are designed to exert at the periphery at the level of the bottom of the flexible bag, tensile forces towards the outside of the basin with essentially horizontal components. The objective is that, while being flexible, to obtain a low deformation of the fund 8 under the influence of users relying on the latter.

According to a feature of the present invention, the bottom 8 is stretched above the horizontal structure 13 which receives a protective screen 23 to prevent a user from crossing the bottom of the basin 1 even in case of breakage of the panel 8 normally designing this background.

As an exemplary embodiment, the protective screen 23 may be designed by a network of straps stretched between the longitudinal members 15.

Selon l'invention, ladite partie immergée 10 de la structure portante 5 comporte des éléments formant ballasts 15 pour faire émerger ou surnager sur le plan ou cours d'eau ledit bassin 1.According to the invention, said submerged portion 10 of the supporting structure 5 comprises ballast elements 15 for emitting or floating on the plane or stream of said pond 1.

In particular, the horizontal structure 13 of the immersed part 10 is designed in the manner of a raft and comprises less in part the ballast elements 15, precisely so that the basin can float on the surface of the water for the purpose of facilitating cleaning, but also, previously, the design, assembly and launching of the basin .

  • à assembler à terre ou directement sur l'eau la structure horizontale 13 en forme de radeau de la partie immergée 10, intégrant les éléments formant ballasts 15;
  • après mise à l'eau de cette structure horizontale 13 à monter sur cette dernière ladite structure verticale 14 de la partie immergée 10;
In this regard, the invention also relates to a mounting method in view of the launching of a floating basin, consisting of:
  • to assemble on the ground or directly on the water the horizontal structure 13 in the form of a raft of the immersed part 10, integrating the ballast elements 15;
  • after launching of this horizontal structure 13 to mount on the latter said vertical structure 14 of the immersed part 10;
  • to report to said submerged portion 10, the floating portion 9 of the bearing structure 5 of the basin.

In an exemplary embodiment according to the accompanying drawings, the ballast elements consist substantially of the longitudinal members 15 designed in the form of oblong tanks capable of containing, alternately water or air, depending on whether This is to immerse, to make emerge or float the basin 1.

Thus, each of these longitudinal members 15 is designed capable of being connected to air blowing means and furthermore comprises means for controlling the entry of water.

Preferably, the air blowing means 24 and water inlet control 25 are formed at each of the ends 26, 27 of a spar 15, so as to ensure a balancing of the basin 1 in phase d immersion and more particularly emersion.

Moreover, according to another feature of the invention, the spars 15 forming ballast are compartmentalized, more precisely subdivided into compartments that can be individually filled with air or water, this in a controlled manner. The advantage of such a subdivision of ballasts is that it is possible to manage the balancing of the basin in the immersion phase and emersion, this through means of management of filling and emptying of these ballasts. According to an advantageous embodiment, the longitudinal members 15 are subdivided, in the longitudinal direction, into two compartments. Preferably, one represents about one-third and the other two-thirds of the volume. These side members 15 also adopt a staggered arrangement with respect to each other. In other words, seen from one side of the basin, a compartment representing only one third of the volume of a spar adjoins one or more compartments of larger volume of adjacent spars.

It will be noted, with regard to the water inlet control means 25, that these may constitute means for discharging water in the air filling phase 2. In particular, such means can be defined by a simple connecting pipe at each end of a spar 15 so that, alternatively, by lowering or raising a pipe, it promotes, by communicating vase effect, the flow water in one direction or the other to ensure the balance of the structure.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the basin 1 comprises means for automated management of the filling and emptying of these ballast elements 15 to manage the balancing of the basin 1. According to an exemplary embodiment, these management means are designed apt controlling the means for blowing air 24 and controlling the water inlet 25, the latter being in particular in the form of a motorized valve.

Advantageously, these automated management means comprise means for measuring the pressure in said ballast elements and means for comparing measured pressures with one another to manage the attitude of the basin during the immersion and emergence phase. Through these management means it can be further adjusted the immersion depth of the basin to limit the water level in the latter as appropriate.

According to another particularity of the invention, this pond 1 further comprises filtration means 28 for filtering the water taken externally to the basin 1 to inject it into the latter.

Such filtration means 28 advantageously constitute means for filling the basin 1 in the immersion phase.

It should be noted that, in the case of using filtering means, the panels 6, 7, 8, defining the peripheral walls and the bottom of the basin 1, may be chosen without perforations to prevent the water outside the unfiltered basin mixture to that contained in the latter. However, these filtration means can still create a flow of water renewal through or other wall retaining openings.

However, these panels 6, 7, 8 may include openings, particularly in the lower part, near the bottom of the basin 1 to facilitate the evacuation of the water contained in the latter in the emergence phase.

However, it will be noted that the present invention is in no way limited to such a design since the filtering means designed to inject into the pond filtered water taken out externally can still define, through a suitable branch circuit, means for emptying the latter.

According to another particularity of the present invention, between the upper edge 18 of the peripheral panels 6, 7, and the floating part 9, an overflow opening 29 is preserved, which makes it possible, even after filling the basin 1, to continue to inject into the latter filtered water taken externally for a constant or periodic renewal of the water contained in said basin 1, the excess water being discharged by pouring through overflow openings 29.

In the illustrated embodiment, this overflow opening 29 is defined by a space preserved between the hooking profile 19 and the floats 11.

In a particular embodiment of the invention, the protective barrier 12 may be constituted by a canvas or tarpaulin. In the same way, the protective barrier 12 and the circulation range around the basin 1 may consist of a single fabric. It is still possible to imagine that this fabric also constitutes said basin 1.
