Abstract
Eine einwellige Vakuum-Verdrängerpumpe (10) weist zwei Pumpenstufen (12, 14) mit jeweils einem Pumpenrotor (13, 15) und einem Antriebsmotor (16) auf. Der Antriebsmotor (16) ist axial zwischen den beiden Pumpenstufen (12, 14) angeordnet, wobei die Welle (22) die Pumpenrotore (13, 15) und den Motorrotor (17) trägt.
Description
Einwellige Vaku u m -Verdrä n gerpumpe
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine einwellige Vakuum-Verdrängerpumpe mit zwei oder mehreren hintereinander geschalteten Pumpenstufen und einem Antriebsmotor.
Herkömmliche einwellige Vakuum-Verdrängerpumpen mit zwei Pumpenstufen sind beispielsweise als zweistufige Sperrschieber- oder Drehschieber-Pumpen ausgestaltet. Üblicherweise sind die beiden Pumpenstufen axial hintereinander liegend angeordnet, wobei der Antriebsmotor an einem Längsende einer der beiden Pumpenstufen angeordnet ist und die gemeinsame Welle der beiden Pumpenstufen antreibt. Sowohl der Antriebsmotor als auch die beiden Pumpenstufen sind in eigenen Gehäusen angeordnet, so dass die Welle eine
Vielzahl von Gehäuse-Öffnungen durchdringt. Für die Wellenlagerung sind in dem Antriebsmotor mindestens zwei und im Bereich der beiden Pumpenstufen in der Regel drei Wellenlager vorgesehen,
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine vereinfachte einwellige Vakuum- Verdrängerpumpe zu schaffen.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Verdrängerpumpe ist der Antriebsmotor axial zwischen den beiden Pumpenstufen angeordnet, wobei eine einzige gemeinsame Welle die beiden Pumpenrotore und den Motorrotor trägt, Die Vakuum- Verdrängerpumpe weist also nur noch eine einzige cinstuckige Welle auf, woraus sich eine Reihe von konstruktiven Vorteilen ergibt. Insbesondere können für die Lagerung des Antriebsmotor-Rotors und der beiden axial angrenzenden Pumpenrotore zwei gemeinsame Wellenlager genutzt werden. Auf diese Weise kann die Anzahl der Wellenlager auf wenige Lager reduziert werden. Bei fliegender Lagerung der beiden Pumpenrotore kommt die gesamte Verdrängerpumpe mit zwei Wellenlagern aus. Durch die einwellige Konstruktion wird eine Kupplung vermieden, was den Aufbau weiter vereinfacht. Hierdurch wird eine einfache, kompakt aufgebaute und preiswert herstellbare zweistufige Verdrängerpumpe zur Verfügung gestellt. An die beiden an den Antriebsmotor angrenzenden Pumpenstufen können sich antriebsmotorabgewandt axial jeweils weitere Pumpenstufen anschließen.
Vorzugsweise wird die Gasverbindung zwischen den beiden Pumpenstufen von dem Motorrotor-Stator-Spalt gebildet. Zwischen dem Motorrotor und dem Motor ist ein Spalt unvermeidbar. Dieser Spalt dient als Verbindungsleitung zwischen den beiden Pumpenstufen, also zwischen der Vorvakuumstufe und der Hochvakuumstufe. Eine gesonderte Verbindungsleitung zwischen den beiden
Pumpenstufen braucht nicht mehr vorgesehen werden. Hierdurch ist die
Konstruktion einfach und die Herstellung preiswert Eine gesonderte
Verbindungsleitung ist lediglich bei größerem Saugvermögen zusätzlich vorzusehen.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist der Spalt zwischen dem Motorrotor und dem Motorstator zylindrisch, d. h. ist der Motorrotor außenseitig und der Motorstator innenseitig jeweils zylindrisch ausgebildet.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung weist der Motorrotor eine schraubenförmige Pumpnut auf. Durch die schraubenförmige und rotierende Pumpnut wird der Gastransport axial durch den Motorrotor-Stator-Spalt von der Hochvakuumstufe zu der Vorvakuum stufe verbessert.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung wirkt der Motorrotor als Schmiermittelpumpe, die das Schmiermittel von der vorgeordneten zu der nachgeordneten Pumpenstufe pumpt Die Pumpnut ist dazu geeignet, bei nassen Vakuum-Verdrängerpumpen, d. h, bei mit einem fließenden Schmiermittel geschmierten Verdrängerpumpen, auch das flüssige Schmiermittel von der Hochvakuumstufe zu der Vorvakuumstufe zu transportieren. Auf diese Weise kann auf eine gesonderte Schmiermittelpumpe verzichtet werden. Durch das Schmiermittel wird gleichzeitig der Antriebsmotor und insbesondere der Motorrotor gekühlt, so dass eine gesonderte Motorkuhlung u U entfallen kann.
Vorzugsweise umgibt ein einziges Statorgehäuse die Welle, wobei das Statorgehäuse wellendichtungsfrei ist. Das Statorgehäuse umgibt also beide Pumpenstufen und den Motor-Rotor und bildet ggf. die Statore der Pumpenstufen und des Antriebsmotors. Durch Vermeidung jeder Wellendichtung werden alle hiermit verbundenen Probleme und Kosten vermieden. Insbesondere unerwünschter Öl- und Gasaustritt können auf diese Weise weitgehend vermieden werden.

Vorzugsweise ist das Statorgehäuse von einem Schmiermittelgehäuse umgeben. Das Statorgehäuse liegt beabstandet in dem Schmiermittelgehäuse, so dass das Schmiermittel zwischen dem Statorgehäuse und dem Schmiermittelgehäuse gelagert wird und vom Auslass zu einer Schmiermittelpumpe fließen kann.
Vorzugsweise sind beide Pumpenstufen als Sperrschieber- oder Drehschieber-- Pumpenstufen ausgebildet. Hier können auch mehrstufige Rotorstufen vorgesehen werden, oder Klauen-Pumpenstufen oder andere Arten von Pumpenstufen.
Im Folgenden wird unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert.
Die Figur zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße einwellige Vakuum-Verdrängerpumpe mit zwei Drehschieber-Pumpenstufen im Längsschnitt.
Die Figur zeigt eine Vakuum-Verdrängerpumpe 10 mit zwei Pumpenstufen 12,14, die jeweils als Drehschieber-Pumpenstufen ausgebildet sind und einem Antriebsmotor 16, der axial zwischen den beiden Pumpenstufen 12,14 angeordnet ist. Die einlassseitige Pumpenstufe 14 ist. mit einem Gaseinlass 18 verbunden und bildet die Hochvakuum-Stufe. Die in Gasströmungsrichtung betrachtet nachgeordnete Pumpenstufe 12 ist die Vorvakuum-Stufe, die in einen Gasauslass 20 gegen Atmosphärendruck abpumpt. Die beiden Pumpenstufen 12,14 weisen jeweils einen Pumpenrotor 13,15 und der Antriebsmotor 16 einen Motorrotor 17 auf, Die Pumpenrotore 13,15 und der Motorrotor 17 sind auf einer gemeinsamen einstuckigen Welle 22 fest montiert. Der Motorrotor 17 ist permanent erregt.
Die Gasverbindung zwischen den beiden Pumpenstufen 12,14 wird von einem zylinderförmigen Spalt 24 gebildet, der innenseitig von dem Motorrotor 17 und
außenseitig von einem Motorstator 28 begrenzt ist. Der Motorrotor 17 weist eine schraubenförmige Nut 30 auf, die in die zylinderförmige Außenseite des Motorrotors 17 eingelassen ist. Die Gasverbindung kann auch über einen externen Kanal realisiert werden, z. B. wenn größere Saugvermögen dies erforderlich machen.
Die Welle 22 wird von zwei Wellenlagern 32,34 gehalten, die als Wälzlager ausgebildet sind. Als Wellenlager kommen auch Gleitlager oder Gaslager in Frage . Die Pumprotore 13,15 sind fliegend gelagert, so dass die Welle 21 alleine von den zwei Wellenlagern 32,34 gehalten wird.
Die beiden Pumpenstufen 12,14 sowie der Antriebs motor 16 werden einschließlich der Welle 22 gehalten und vollständig umgeben von einem Statorgehäuse 40. Das Statorgehäuse 40 weist keine Wellendϊchtungen auf. Das Statorgehäuse 40 wiederum ist in einem Schnniermittelgehäuse 41 angeordnet, das der Aufnahme und dem Transport des Schmiermittels von der Vorvakuum- Seite zur Hochvakuum-Seite dient.
Am hochvakuumseitϊgen Ende der Welle 22 ist eine Zahnradpumpe 44 angeordnet, die das flussige Schmiermittel 46 über einen Kanal 48 in den Motorrotor-Stator-Spalt 24 pumpt. Über einen entsprechenden Einlass gelangt ein geringer Anteil des von der Zahnradpumpe 44 geförderten Schmiermittels direkt in den Arbeitsraum der Hochvakuum-Pumpenstufe 14. Das Gemisch des aus der Hochvakuum-Pumpenstufe 14 austretenden Gases und Schmiermittels wird durch die schraubenförmige Pumpnut 30 zur Vorvakuum-Pumpenstufe 12 gepumpt, wodurch der Motorrotor 17 und der Motorstator 28 geschmiert und gekühlt werden.
An den Pumpkammerauslass der Vorvakuum-Pumpenstufe 12 schließt sich ein Ölabscheider 50 an, der das nach unten abtropfende Schmiermittel und das gegen Atmosphäre abgepumpte Gas voneinander trennt Das Schmiermittel fließt

Claims
1. Einwellige Vakuum-Verdrängerpumpe (10) mit zwei Pumpenstufen (12,14) und einem Antrϊebsmotor ( 16),

dass der Antriebsmotor (16) axial zwischen den beiden Pumpenstufen (12,14) angeordnet ist und die Welle (22) zwei Pumpenrotore (13,15) der Pumpenstufen (12,14) und den Motorrotor (17) trägt.
2. Einwelligc Verdrängerpumpe (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gasverbindung zwischen den beiden Pumpenstufen (12,14) von einem Motorrotor-Stator-Spalt (24) gebildet wird.
3. Einwellige Verdrängerpumpe (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motorrotor-Stator-Spalt (24) zylindrisch ist.
4. Eϊnwellϊge Verdrängerpumpe (10) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motorrotor (17) eine schraubenförmige Pumpnut (30) aufweist.
5. Einwellige Verdrängerpumpe ( 10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Statorgehäuse die Welle (22) umgibt, wobei das Statorgehäuse wellendichtungsfrei ist.
6. Einwellige Verdrängerpumpe (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass genau zwei Wälzlager (32,34) zwischen dem Motorrotor (17) und den Pumprotoren ( 13,15) vorgesehen sind.
7. Einwellige Verdrängerpumpe (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Statorgehäuse (40) von einem Schmiermittelgehäuse (41) umgeben ist.
8. Einwellige Verdrängerpumpe (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motorrotor (17) als Schmiermittelpumpe wirkt, die ein Schmiermittel von der Hochvakuum-Pumpcnstufe (14) zu der nachgeordneten Vorvakuum-Pumpenstufe ( 12) pumpt.
9. Einwellige Verdrängerpumpe (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Pumpenstufen (12,14) als Sperrschieber- oder Drehschieber-Pumpenstufen ausgebildet sind.
