Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif destiné à ombrager des ouvertures de bâtiment, comprenant un tablier (6) qui est formé par des lamelles (5) jointes les unes aux autres et qui peut être actionné au moyen d'un moteur (9), audit moteur (9) étant associé un dispositif de commande (10) qui présente au moins une entrée pour un signal délivré par au moins un capteur de temps (11) et qui est réalisé de manière à ce que, en fonction du signal de temps, le moteur (9) omette et/ou exerce des mouvements associés à des fonctions prédéterminées du tablier (6), outre une fonction de base du tablier (6) étant prévue au moins une fonction partielle, et dans ledit dispositif de commande (10) pouvant être prédéterminée une valeur limite pour le signal de temps délivré par ledit capteur de temps (11), caractérisé par le fait que ladite au moins une fonction partielle est une autre fonction critique choisissable lors du maniement du dispositif et prévue en plus de la fonction principale, et que le dispositif de commande (10) est réalisé de telle manière que, en présence de la valeur limite prédéterminée pour le signal de temps, le tablier (6) peut être actionné encore dans sa fonction de base au moyen du moteur (9) et que seulement ladite au moins une fonction partielle critique est bloquée.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif de commande (10) est réalisé en tant que commande programmable librement.

  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que ledit capteur de temps (11) réalisé en tant que palpeur de température est disposé de manière à être situé à l'extérieur.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 3 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de commande (10) est réalisé de telle manière que, à une valeur limite de température de 4°C, le moteur (9) omet et/ou exerce des mouvements associés à des fonctions prédéterminées du tablier (6).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de commande (10) est réalisé de telle manière que le tablier (6) se trouvant dans la fonction partielle critique lorsqu'une valeur limite apte à être prédéterminée est atteinte, est ramené au moyen du moteur (9) dans la fonction de base.

  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les lamelles (5) formant le tablier (6) sont orientables autour de leur axe longitudinal et que cette fonction de lamelles orientables est la fonction partielle critique en cas de gel.
