Description

The present invention relates to a door for a cooking chamber.

In general, it relates to a door adapted to close a cooking chamber of a domestic cooking appliance, such as domestic electric or gas oven.

More particularly, the present invention relates to a door for equipping an electric pyrolysis furnace, wherein the temperature inside the cooking chamber can reach 500 ° C during pyrolysis cycles.

It is known to use cooking chamber doors comprising several panels, generally glazed, mounted parallel to each other on a door frame. In particular, a cooking door generally comprises an inner panel for closing the cooking chamber, an outer panel, visible on the front of the cooking appliance and one or more intermediate panels arranged in the door frame between the panel exterior and interior panel.

The intermediate panels allow, by creating insulating air slats, and through ventilation creating cooling air flows circulating between the different panels of the door, to limit the rise in temperature of the door, particularly at the level of the door. outer panel.

We thus know in the document EP 1 291 583 a door for a cooking chamber in which the door frame is provided at the four corners with a fastening element secured to the door frame. This fastener is adapted to removably mount an intermediate door panel. In this respect, each fastening element comprises a stop and an elastic return lug making it possible to pinch an intermediate glazed panel at its corners, between the abutment and the elastic return element.

The disassembly of the intermediate panel, especially for cleaning, can be achieved by lifting the panel and by removing the resilient return elements of each fastener at the four corners of the door frame.

The disassembly of an intermediate panel thus held at its four corners by resilient elements integral with the door frame is relatively complicated to implement, the user having to both lift the intermediate panel and act on the various fixing elements arranged at the four corners to release the panel of its fasteners.

It is also known in the document DE 197 38506 a multi-glazed cooking appliance door, in which an intermediate panel is provided with frame members extending on the edges of the intermediate panel and having wings or thickenings intended to come into contact with the outer and inner panels Door.

The intermediate pane can be removed from the door structure with its frame elements. These frame members can be applied by injection, directly on the periphery of the intermediate window, or be prefabricated and then mounted and fixed by an adhesive on the edges of the intermediate window.

These frame members being integral with the intermediate window, the cleaning of the intermediate window can not be perfect in these areas.

US 2005/0028805 A1 .Another cooking appliance door is described in the document US 2005/0028805 A1 .

The present invention aims to solve the aforementioned drawbacks and to provide a door for a cooking chamber allowing in particular a simplified assembly and disassembly of an intermediate window to facilitate cleaning.

For this purpose, the present invention relates to a cooking chamber door comprising an outer panel, a door frame secured to the outer panel, an inner panel removably mounted on said door frame and adapted to close the cooking chamber, and at least one intermediate panel removably mounted in said door frame between the outer panel and the inner panel, holding means being adapted to hold said at least one intermediate panel in the door frame.

According to the invention, said holding means comprise at least two wedge-shaped holding elements adapted on the one hand to be removably housed respectively in two corners of the door frame and on the other hand to be removably mounted. respectively at two angles of said intermediate panel.

Thus, the fasteners are limited to the corners of the intermediate panel and are detachable from both the door frame and the intermediate panel.

Disassembly and mounting of the intermediate panel in the door frame can be achieved easily when the corners are moved with the intermediate panel, without requiring user intervention on these fixing corners to extract the panel.

Furthermore, these corners can be mounted and removed easily at the corners of the intermediate panel for a complete cleaning of the window before reassembly in the cooking chamber door.

In addition, the wedge shape makes it possible to ensure that the holding elements are held in position on the intermediate panel during its handling, even in the case of frictional forces exerted between the door frame and these holding elements during assembly or disassembly. of the intermediate panel, and this although these holding elements are detachable to facilitate the cleaning of the intermediate panel.

Finally, thanks to the removable mounting of the holding elements both in the door frame and on the corners of the intermediate panel or panels, these holding elements allow to absorb and withstand the deformations of the frame and intermediate panels, especially under the effect of the heat released at the cooking chamber.

In practice, each wedge-shaped holding element consists of a cross-section piece in the shape of a right-angled triangle, particularly well adapted to an angle of the door frame.

In one embodiment of the invention, each holding element comprises at least one inner slot adapted to house an angle of an intermediate panel.

Preferably, the height of this notch is a few tenths of a millimeter less than the thickness of the angle of the intermediate panel. The introduction in force of the angle of an intermediate panel in the holding member allows thereafter to ensure a reliable mounting of this holding member on the intermediate panel. In particular, the holding member is not moved in case of shock, especially during the transport of the cooking appliance.

The tight fitting of the intermediate panel in the corners also makes it possible to avoid the vibration of the intermediate panel.

According to a particular embodiment of the invention, each holding element comprises at least two internal notches arranged in two parallel planes, for holding together two intermediate panels arranged parallel to each other.

These intermediate panels can be mounted and dismounted together in the door frame.

According to another embodiment, each holding element comprises at least one inner slot disposed in a transverse plane inclined with respect to an end face adapted to come into contact with the outer panel or the inner panel.

This holding member provides an intermediate panel in a plane inclined relative to the outer panel or the inner panel of the door.

This arrangement makes it possible in particular to improve the cooling of the door by circulating an air flow.

In practice, the holding elements are made of silicone, so as to reduce the heat transfer between the various panels of the cooking chamber door.

The holding members are compressed between the outer panel and the interior panel of the door or between the door frame and the inner panel to ensure a tight fit without any functional play of the assembly consisting of the intermediate panels and the interior panels and outside the door.

According to a practical embodiment of the invention, the door frame also comprises a recess forming a gripping space of an edge of the intermediate panel or panels, allowing the user to lift the intermediate panel or panels during disassembly.

The present invention also relates to a domestic cooking oven, in particular a pyrolysis oven, comprising a door for a cooking chamber according to the invention.

Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent in the description below.

We will first describe with reference to figures 1 and 2 a door for a cooking chamber according to an embodiment of the invention.

Dans ce cas, la température à l'intérieur de l'enceinte de cuisson peut atteindre 500°C.Typically, this door for cooking chamber can equip a domestic cooking oven, and for example an electric cooking oven adapted to implement a pyrolysis cycle for cleaning the cooking chamber. In this case, the temperature inside the cooking chamber can reach 500 ° C.

For safety reasons, this type of cooking chamber is equipped with a door, called cold door, the particular structure of which limits the temperature on the front, at an outer panel of the door.

An exemplary embodiment of a door 10 for a cooking chamber is illustrated in detail in FIG. figure 1 .

The door 10 has an outer panel 11 intended to come to the front of the device. This outer panel 11 generally forms a decor and consists of a glazed panel on the entire surface or at least on most of its surface to allow viewing of the interior of the cooking chamber.

This outer panel 11 is associated with a door frame 12. This door frame 12 is integrally mounted on the outer panel 11 by means of a cross member 13 and various fixing elements of the fixing screw type which do not are not described here in detail.

In this embodiment, the door frame 12 is rectangular and is intended to house an inner panel 14. This inner panel 14 is removably mounted in the door frame 12 as will be described later. This inner panel 14 is intended to come opposite the cooking chamber and to close it.

In this embodiment, between the outer panel 11 and the inner panel 14, two intermediate panels 15, 16 are arranged in the frame 12.

Of course, only one intermediate panel or a number greater than two could be provided in the door 10.

The panels 14, 15, 16 have glazed surfaces allowing the user to observe through the door 10 the contents of the cooking chamber.

In this embodiment, the panels 14, 15, 16 are made of glazed panels.

The intermediate panels 15, 16 are mounted in the door frame by means of holding means 17 which will be described later.

The figure 2 illustrates the mounting of the intermediate panels 15, 16 in the frame 12 of the door 10.

In this embodiment, the longitudinal bar 18 is disposed along an upper edge 10a of the door 10. This upper edge 10a of the door 10 is intended to be placed horizontally and in the upper part of the cooking appliance when the door closes the cooking chamber.

The mounting of the inner panel 14 in the frame is carried out in the bar 18 and by means of a clip 19 intended to pinch the inner panel 14 in the door frame 12 at the lower edge 10b of the door 10.

This recess 20 allows the user to pass the hand to lift the intermediate panels 15, 16 during disassembly of these panels.

In order to limit the rise in temperature of the door, it is generally associated with a ventilation system adapted to draw air through the door by forced suction or Venturi effect, between the various panels 11, 14, 15, 16 juxtaposed.

To allow the circulation of the air flow, the door frame 12 comprises slots 12a, 12b at respectively the upper edge 10a and the lower edge 10b of the door 10.

Ce profilé 21 comporte des ouies 22 permettant la sortie de l'air en partie haute de la porte 10.In the upper part of the door, a profile 21 is mounted adjacent to the frame 12, and parallel to an air outlet slot 12a. This section 21 comprises louvers 22 allowing the air outlet at the top of the door 10.

We will now describe with reference to Figures 3 to 6 a first embodiment of the means for holding the intermediate panels 15, 16 in the door 10.

In this first embodiment, the intermediate panels 15, 16 are arranged parallel to the inner panel 14 and to the outer panel 11.

The holding elements 17 are wedge-shaped and intended to be mounted at the corners of the intermediate panels 15, 16.

In this embodiment, the holding elements are four in number and intended to be housed respectively at the four corners of the door frame 12. They are thus also mounted at the four corners of the intermediate panels 15, 16.

Of course, only two holding members 17, housed at two diametrically opposite angles of the door frame 12, could also be used.

Comme bien illustré à la figure 4, chaque élément de maintien 17 en forme de coin est constitué d'une pièce de section transversale en forme de triangle rectangle (voir notamment figure 6).As well illustrated at the figure 4 each wedge-shaped holding element 17 consists of a cross-sectional piece in the shape of a right-angled triangle (see in particular figure 6 ).

Each holding element 17 thus comprises two perpendicular faces 17a and a cutaway face 17d.

As illustrated in figure 3 each holding member 17 is mounted at an angle of the door frame 12 so that the two perpendicular faces 17a bear against the sides 12b of the door frame.

Each holding element 17 is adapted to be housed removably at the corners of the door frame 12.

In this embodiment, the door frame 12 has at the four corners stamped shapes 12c, as illustrated in FIG. figure 3 adapted to respectively accommodate each wedge member 17.

In this embodiment, each stamped shape 12c extends from the door frame 12 toward the outer panel 11 of the door. Thus, when one of the end faces 17b of the holding member 17 is in contact with the pressed form 12c, the other end face 17c comes into contact with the inner panel 14 when the latter is mounted in the door frame 12.

Of course, a reverse assembly could be envisaged, the holding element 17 then coming into contact at its end faces respectively with a stamped form secured to the frame 12 and the outer panel 11 of the door.

Preferably, the height of the holding elements 17 is such that these holding elements 17 are compressed between the door frame 12 and the inner panel 14, or between the door frame 12 and the outer panel 11 in an alternative arrangement.

The use of a stamped housing 12c integral with the frame allows to provide a small space between the stamped form 12c and the outer panel 11 of the door and thus avoid a direct thermal conduction between the outer panel and the inner panel through each holding member 17.

Of course, other types of mounting of the holding elements could be provided, and in particular without the use of a stamped shape at each corner of the door frame 12. Thus, the holding elements 17 can be mounted directly between the outer panel 11 and the inner panel 14 and kept in compression between these two panels 11, 14.

Le matériau utilisé pour la réalisation de ces éléments de maintien 17 doit également présenter une dureté suffisante, et par exemple comprise entre 50 et 70 Shore, et de préférence sensiblement égale à 60 Shore, afin d'éviter l'écrasement des éléments de maintien maintenus en compression dans le cadre de porte 12.Preferably, these holding elements 17 are made of silicone, resistant to a temperature of about 250 ° C. The material used for the production of these holding elements 17 must also have a sufficient hardness, for example between 50 and 70 Shore, and preferably substantially equal to 60 Shore, in order to avoid the crushing of the holding elements maintained. in compression in the door frame 12.

Thanks to this compression mounting of each holding element 17 in the door frame, it is possible to eliminate the functional gaps during assembly of the panels in the door.

The use of a material such as silicone also makes it possible to reduce the heat transfer between the various panels mounted through the holding element 17. Of course, the holding element could also be made from a plastic material having similar characteristics in terms of hardness and heat transfer.

In addition to the detachable mounting of each holding element 17 to the four door frame corners 12, each holding element 17 is also adapted to be removably mounted at the corners of the intermediate panels 15, 16.

In this embodiment in which two intermediate panels 15, 16 are mounted between the outer panel 11 and the inner panel 14 of the door, each holding element 17 as well illustrated in FIG. figure 4 comprises, opening on the cutaway face 17d, two internal notches 23 respectively adapted to accommodate an angle of each intermediate panels 15, 16.

Of course, if the door structure had only one intermediate panel, only one interior notch could be provided in the holding member 17.

Afin d'assurer le maintien en position de chaque panneaux intermédiaires, la hauteur d de chaque encoche intérieure 23 (voir notamment figure 5) est inférieure de quelques dizièmes de millimètre à l'épaisseur de l'angle de chaque panneaux intermédiaires 15, 16.In order to maintain the position of each intermediate panel, the height d of each internal notch 23 (see in particular figure 5 ) is a few tenths of a millimeter less than the thickness of the angle of each intermediate panel 15, 16.

In practice, each intermediate panel 15, 16 may have a thickness equal for example to 3 mm, the height d of each notch 23 of the holding elements 17 may be between 2.5 and 2.8 mm.

In order to ensure the parallel assembly of the intermediate panels 15, 16 and the outer 11 and inner 14 panels, each holding element 17 has internal notches 23 arranged in two parallel planes coinciding with the cross section of each holding element 17. As well illustrated at the figure 6 each notch 23 thus forms a wedge-shaped notch in a transverse plane of the holding element 17.

Since the end faces 17b, 17c of each holding element 17 are parallel, and at least one of these end faces is adapted to come into contact with the inner panel 14 in this embodiment. or the outer panel in an alternative mode, the notches 23 also extend in a plane parallel to the outer panel 11 and the inner panel 14 of the door.

Thanks to this mounting in two notches 23 of each holding element 17 of the intermediate panels 15, 16, the latter can be assembled and disassembled together, thanks to a single manipulation of the user, in the door frame 12. This operation is to facilitate the dismantling of the door for cleaning.

In addition, the removable assembly of each holding element 17 at the four corners of the intermediate panels 15, 16 then allows the user to remove these holding elements and thus separate the intermediate panels to allow a separate cleaning of each of these intermediate panels 15, 16.

Removable mounting of the holding members 17 in both the door frame 12 and the intermediate panels 15, 16, as well as at the inner panel 14, allows these holding elements to absorb the expansions of the different materials. in the presence, due in particular to the rise in temperature of the door.

A second embodiment of the invention has also been illustrated in the Figures 7 to 13 .

The elements identical to the first embodiment will not be redescribed here and bear the same numerical references.

In particular, in this embodiment two intermediate panels 15, 16 are also arranged between two outer panels 11 and inner 14 of a door 10. However, unlike the first embodiment described above, the intermediate panels 15, 16 are arranged in inclined planes with respect to the inner and outer panels mounted parallel.

Of course, only a single intermediate panel could extend in a plane inclined relative to the outer panel and the inner panel.

In this embodiment as well illustrated in the figure 7 the two intermediate panels 15, 16 extend respectively in two inclined planes relative to each other and also with respect to the outer panel and the inner panel.

The inclined disposition of these intermediate panels 15, 16 inside the door 10 makes it possible to promote the circulation of the cooling air in this door and thus to reduce the rise in temperature inside the door.

As well illustrated by the arrows on the figure 7 this door for closing a cooking chamber is associated with a ventilation system adapted to establish an air flow (arrow F) which flows from a lower edge 10b to an upper edge 10a of the door 10.

The door 10 comprises a first intermediate panel 15 disposed directly opposite the outer panel 11. The distance separating said first intermediate panel 15 from the outer panel 11 near the lower edge 10b of the door is less than the distance separating said first intermediate panel 15 the outer panel 11 near the upper edge 10a of the door.

In this embodiment, the door further comprises a second intermediate panel 16 disposed between the first intermediate panel 15 and the inner panel 14 of the door 10. The distance separating the second intermediate panel 16 from the inner panel 14 near the lower edge 10b of the door 10 is smaller than the distance separating the second intermediate panel 16 from the inner panel 14 near the upper edge 10a of the door 10.

Thus, the distance between each intermediate panel 15, 16 near the upper edge 10a of the door is less than the distance between the intermediate panels 15, 16 near the lower edge 10b of the door 10.

As non-limiting examples, when the distance separating the inner and outer panels is of the order of 26 mm, the distance separating the intermediate panels 15, 16 is for example equal to 8 mm near the upper edge 10 a of the door and equal to 10 mm near the lower edge 10b of the door.

De même, le second panneau intermédiaire 16 peut être disposé à une distance d'environ 3 mm du panneau intérieur 14 au niveau du bord inférieur 10b de la porte 10 et à une distance d'environ 5 mm au niveau du bord supérieur 10a de la porte 10.Moreover, the first intermediate panel 15 may be disposed at a distance from the outer panel 11 substantially equal to 5 mm at the lower edge 10b of the door 10 and substantially equal to 7 mm at the level of the upper edge 10a of the door 10. Similarly, the second intermediate panel 16 may be disposed at a distance of about 3 mm from the inner panel 14 at the lower edge 10b of the door 10 and at a distance of about 5 mm at the upper edge 10a of the door 10.

Of course, these distance values are in no way limiting and are only intended to illustrate an embodiment of the present invention.

The flow of air flowing inside the door 11 is adapted to cool the different panels arranged vis-à-vis and thereby limit the rise in temperature especially at the outer panel 11 directly accessible to a user.

De préférence, le flux d'air établi par le système de ventilation est adapté à circuler uniquement entre le panneau extérieur 11 et le premier panneau intermédiaire 15, ainsi qu'entre le premier panneau intermédiaire 15 et le second panneau intermédiaire 16.Preferably, the airflow established by the ventilation system is adapted to circulate only between the outer panel 11 and the first intermediate panel 15, as well as between the first intermediate panel 15 and the second intermediate panel 16.

In this respect, a baffle system may make it possible to prevent the introduction of an air flow between the inner panel 14 and the second intermediate panel 16.

Thanks to the better ventilation of the door, the cost of the door can be reduced when it is possible to limit the infrared treatments of the different juxtaposed glass panels.

Indeed, thanks to the inclination of the intermediate panels, the cooling flow is no longer laminar between the different panels but turbulent so that the convection coefficient is improved.

By increasing the spacing between two panels, the air flow between these panels is preferred. Preferably, the inclined disposition of each intermediate panel is such as to ventilate the hot face of the panel.

Furthermore, the inclination of the intermediate panels makes it possible to match the spacing of the panels at the top and bottom of the door with the width of the inlet and outlet air openings in the door.

The pressure drop of the air flow entering and leaving the door is thus limited or even eliminated, which makes it possible to increase the air flow in the door and to size the inlet and outlet openings of the door. air according to the desired air flows in the door.

The air flow thus passes from the door to the ventilation duct with a minimum of pressure drops.

As previously, the intermediate panels 15, 16 are mounted by means of holding elements 17 ', 17 "as illustrated in FIGS. figures 8 and 11 .

These holding elements have an outer shape identical to that described above with reference to the Figures 4 to 6 and are mounted identically in the door frame 12.

On the other hand, in order to ensure an inclined mounting of the two intermediate panels 15, 16, each holding element 17 ', 17 "comprises internal notches 23', 23" disposed in a transverse plane inclined with respect to one of the faces end 17'c, 17 "c adapted to come into contact with the inner panel 14 of the door.

In this embodiment, in which each holding element 17 ', 17 "has end faces 17'b, 17'c, 17" b, 17 "d parallel to one another, the internal notches 23 ', 23 "are arranged in a transverse plane inclined with respect to these two end faces.

More particularly, to ensure a different distance between the panels at the upper edge 10a of the door and the lower edge 10b of the door, the holding elements of the intermediate panels 15, 16 comprise two pairs of elements in the form of corner 17 ', 17 ".

A first pair of holding members 17 ', as illustrated on the Figures 8 to 10 , is adapted to equip the upper corners of the intermediate panels 15, 16 intended to be arranged near the upper edge 10a of the door. For this purpose, the internal notches 23 'are respectively arranged in two inclined planes with respect to each other, the minimum distance separating these notches 23', as illustrated in FIG. figure 9 , corresponding to the minimum distance between the intermediate panels 15, 16 at the upper edge 10a of the door 10.

Cette seconde paire d'éléments de maintien 17" est adaptée à équiper les coins inférieurs des panneaux intermédiaires 15, 16 destinés à venir à proximité du bord inférieur 10b de la porte 10 lorsque les panneaux intermédiaires sont montés dans le cadre de porte 12.Symmetrically, the second pair of holding elements 17 ", as illustrated on the Figures 11 to 13 , also comprise two internal notches 23 "disposed respectively in two planes inclined with respect to one another, the maximum distance separating these two internal notches 23" corresponds to the distance separating the intermediate panels 15, 16 at the level of lower edge 10b of the door 10. This second pair of holding elements 17 "is adapted to equip the lower corners of the intermediate panels 15, 16 intended to come close to the lower edge 10b of the door 10 when the intermediate panels are mounted in the door frame 12.

As previously, the removable assembly of these holding elements 17 ', 17 "makes it possible to assemble and disassemble in an assembled manner the intermediate panels 15, 16 in the door 10, in particular to facilitate the cleaning of these different panels.

In this second embodiment, all the advantages related to the characteristics of the material used and the maintenance in compression of the holding elements 17 ', 17 "in the door frame are identical to those described above with reference to the first embodiment of the invention. 'invention.

In particular, a color code can be determined to distinguish the lower corners of the upper corners and allow their proper mounting in the door frame.

Une autre solution consisterait à modifier la hauteur des formes embouties 12c et la hauteur des éléments en forme de coin 17', 17".Another solution would be to change the height of the stamped shapes 12c and the height of the wedge-shaped elements 17 ', 17 ".

We will now describe with reference to Figures 14 to 20 a third embodiment.

In this embodiment, as well illustrated in the figure 14 , the door comprises two intermediate panels 15, 16, one of them, near the inner panel 14, being parallel to the inner 14 and outer 11 panels, and the other intermediate panel 15, near the outer panel 11, being inclined with respect to this outer panel 11.

The elements common to the second embodiment described above bear the same reference numerals and will not be described below.

The first intermediate panel 15 is inclined as in the previous embodiment, so that the distance between this first intermediate panel 15 of the outer panel 11 near the lower edge 10b of the door is less than the distance between the first intermediate panel. 15 of the outer panel 11 near the upper edge 10a of the door.

En revanche, le second panneau intermédiaire 16 est disposé à une distance uniforme du panneau intérieur 14.On the other hand, the second intermediate panel 16 is arranged at a uniform distance from the inner panel 14.

For example, the second intermediate panel 16 may be disposed at a distance of about 3 mm from the inner panel 14.

As in the previous embodiment, the air flow established by the ventilation system is adapted to circulate only between the outer panel 11 and the first intermediate panel 15, and between the first intermediate panel 15 and the second intermediate panel 16 .

The intermediate panels 15, 16 are also removably mounted in the door for easy cleaning.

We have illustrated on Figures 15 to 20 wedge-shaped holding members 17 ', 17 "for mounting at the corners of the intermediate panels 15, 16.

These holding elements 17 ', 17 "are similar to those described above in connection with the Figures 8 to 13 .

In particular, the advantages related to the characteristics of the material used to maintain in compression the holding elements 17 ', 17 "in the door frame are identical to those described above.

In this embodiment, the internal notches 23 ', 23 "of the holding elements 17', 17" are modified to allow in particular the provision of the second intermediate panel 16 parallel to the inner panel 14 of the door.

Thus, as illustrated on Figures 15 to 17 , a first pair of holding elements 17 'is adapted to equip the upper corners of the intermediate panels 15, 16 intended to be arranged near the upper edge 10a of the door.

For this purpose, a first inner notch 23 'is disposed in a transverse plane inclined with respect to one of the end faces 17'c of the holding member 17' and a second inner notch 23 'is disposed in a parallel plane at the end face 17'c.

Symétriquement, la seconde paire d'éléments de maintien 17" telle qu'illustrée sur les figures 18 à 20, comporte une première encoche intérieure 23" disposée dans un plan transversal incliné par rapport à une des faces d'extrémités 17"c de l'élément de maintien 17" et une seconde encoche intérieure 23" disposée dans un plan parallèle à la face d'extrémité 17"c.Symmetrically, the second pair of holding elements 17 "as illustrated on the Figures 18 to 20 , has a first internal notch 23 "disposed in a transverse plane inclined with respect to one of the end faces 17" c of the holding member 17 "and a second inner notch 23" disposed in a plane parallel to the face d end 17 c.

This second pair of holding elements is adapted to equip the lower corners of the intermediate panels 15, 16 intended to come close to the lower edge 10b of the door 10 when the intermediate panels are mounted in the door frame 12.

This third embodiment has advantages and features similar to those described above in connection with the first and second embodiments of the invention.

Of course, many modifications can be made to the embodiments described above without departing from the scope of the invention.

In particular, only a single intermediate panel could be mounted parallel or inclined in the door frame, between the inner and outer panels of the door.

Moreover, the wedge-shaped elements could comprise a first notch for mounting an intermediate panel parallel to the door and a second notch for mounting an intermediate panel inclined relative to the door.
