Claims (8)
- Système d'injection de carburant notamment système d'injection à rampe commune comportant une zone basse pression à partir de laquelle une pompe à carburant haute pression (4) applique une haute pression au carburant et le transfère à un accumulateur de carburant haute pression (12) qui alimente les injecteurs (15), pour injecter le carburant à haute pression dans la chambre de combustion d'un moteur à combustion interne,
la pompe à haute pression de carburant (4), l'accumulateur à haute pression de carburant (12) et les injecteurs (15) sont associés à une zone haute pression,
une installation de clapet anti-retour est prévue entre la zone basse pression et la zone haute pression pour qu'une dépression dans la zone haute pression fasse passer le carburant de la zone basse pression dans la zone haute pression, et
l'installation de clapet anti-retour comporte un accès haute pression, une sortie haute pression et un branchement basse pression (40 ; 65),
caractérisé en ce que
l'installation de clapet anti-retour comporte un boîtier d'adaptateur (31 ; 44) ayant un orifice traversant, haute pression (32 ; 45) comportant à une extrémité du boîtier d'adaptateur (31 ; 44), un segment élargi (33 ; 46) logeant une douille de soupape (34 ; 47). - Système d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la douille de soupape (34) comporte un perçage borgne (36) logeant un ressort de soupape (37) qui pousse une bille de soupape (38) contre une extrémité d'un orifice traversant, basse pression (39) dont l'autre extrémité comporte le branchement basse pression (40). - Système d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé par
une rainure de liaison (41) prévue dans la douille de soupape (34) reliant le perçage borgne (36) au perçage traversant haute pression (32). - Système d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la douille de soupape (47) comporte un orifice traversant (51) s'étendant dans la direction radiale, en communication avec l'orifice traversant haute pression (45) et dans lequel est logée une douille de soupape (52) comportant une ouverture (61) vers la zone basse pression et une ouverture (58) vers la zone haute pression (45). - Système d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce qu'
une bille de soupape (57) est appliquée contre l'ouverture (58) du manchon de soupape (52) vers l'orifice traversant, haute pression (45). - Système d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que
la bille formant soupape (57) est appliquée par un ressort de soupape (56) contre l'ouverture (58) du manchon de soupape (52) du côté de l'orifice traversant, haute pression (45). - Système d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que
le ressort de soupape (56) et la bille formant soupape (57) sont prévus dans un segment (55) du manchon de soupape (52) pénétrant dans l'orifice traversant, haute pression (45), le manchon de soupape étant ouvert en direction de l'orifice traversant, haute pression (45). - Système d'injection de carburant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
le branchement basse pression (40 ; 65) est relié au retour des injecteurs.
