Description
The invention relates to a fuel injection system, in particular a common rail system, according to the preamble of claim 1.
The object of the invention is to provide an advantageous embodiment of the check valve device, which allows a simple arrangement in the fuel injection system without special adjustments and a simple structure.
The fuel injection system according to the invention with the features of claim 1 has the advantage that the check valve device can be arranged easily and without special adjustments in the fuel injection system and has a simple structure.
In the dependent claims advantageous refinements and developments of the fuel injection system according to the invention are given.
A preferred embodiment of the fuel injection system is characterized in that the valve sleeve has a blind hole in which a valve spring is arranged, through which a valve ball is pressed against one end of a low pressure passage hole whose other end has the low pressure port. The shape and dimensions of the low-pressure passage hole and the valve ball are adjusted so that the valve ball closes the low-pressure passage hole at one end when in abutment therewith.
Another preferred embodiment of the fuel injection system is characterized in that in the valve sleeve, a connecting groove is attached, which the blind hole with the high-pressure passage hole combines. When a negative pressure is generated in the high-pressure passage hole, the pressure in the low-pressure passage hole causes the spring-biased valve ball to lift from the low-pressure passage hole, so that fuel can flow from the low-pressure region through the low-pressure passage hole and the communication groove into the high-pressure passage hole.
Another preferred embodiment of the fuel injection system is characterized in that the valve sleeve has a radially extending through-hole communicating with the high-pressure passage hole and having disposed therein a valve sleeve having an opening to the low-pressure area and an opening to the high-pressure passage hole. A connection between the low-pressure region and the high-pressure region is created via the two openings of the valve sleeve.
Another preferred exemplary embodiment of the fuel injection system is characterized in that a valve ball bears against the opening of the valve sleeve to the high-pressure passage hole. The shape and dimensions of the opening and the valve ball are adjusted so that the opening is closed when the valve ball abuts the opening.
A further preferred embodiment of the fuel injection system is characterized in that the valve ball by a valve spring in contact with the opening of the valve sleeve to the high-pressure passage hole is held. When negative pressure is generated in the high-pressure passage hole, the pressure in the low-pressure region ensures that the valve ball lifts against the biasing force of the valve spring from the opening, so that fuel can flow from the low-pressure region into the high-pressure region.
Another preferred embodiment of the fuel injection system is characterized in that the valve spring and the valve ball are disposed in an extended portion of the valve sleeve projecting into the high-pressure passage hole, which is opened to the high-pressure passage hole. This simplifies the assembly of the check valve device. The valve spring and valve ball can be preassembled in the valve sleeve. The pre-assembled valve sleeve then only needs to be pressed into the valve sleeve.
Another preferred exemplary embodiment of the fuel injection system is characterized in that the low-pressure connection of the non-return valve device is connected to a return of the injectors. As a result, line length can be saved.
Further advantages, features and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description in which, with reference to the drawings, various embodiments are described in detail.
From the

In order to avoid underpressure formation in the high-pressure system, which entails an undesirable start-up time delay, a defined connection between high and low pressure region is produced according to the present invention, without impairing the system efficiency during operation by leakage.
According to the present invention, a defined connection between high-pressure and low-pressure region is produced by means of a check valve device. By the check valve device ensures that during the cooling of the system, for example, during system standstill, a connection between the low pressure and high pressure range is opened, can flow through which fuel from the low pressure area in the high pressure area.

At one end, the central high-
In the normal operation of the fuel injection system, a larger pressure prevails in the high-

The central high-
In the radial through
At the end of the
In the normal operation of the fuel injection system, there is a higher one in the high-
