Im Folgenden soll dies anhand eines Beispiels verdeutlicht werden. Eine Verstellung des Flügelanzugsanschlags wäre z. B. dann nötig, wenn der Ausstellarm in einem ersten Verbindungsbereich über ein Drehlager, dessen Drehlagerband auf eine Nutlage von 9 mm ausgelegt ist am Blendrahmen und in einem zweiten Verbindungsbereich an einem Treibstangenbeschlag eines Fensters mit einer tatsächlichen Nutlage von 13 mm befestigt ist. Der dadurch entstehende Versatz von 4 mm führt zu einer leichten Schrägstellung des Ausstellarms gegenüber der Beschlagsnut bzw. dem darin liegenden Treibstangenbeschlag. Dies rührt daher, da die Position des Ausstellarms in Bezug auf den Blendrahmen und den Flügelrahmen im ersten Verbindungsbereich wegen des unveränderten Drehlagerbands die selbe bleibt. Dahingegen entfernt sich, wegen der vergrößerten Nutlage, die Mittellinie der Beschlagsnut und somit auch der in der Beschlagsnut liegende Treibstangenbeschlag und der daran befestigte zweite Verbindungsbereich des Ausstellarms von der zum Flügel weisenden Oberfläche des Blendrahmens. In diesem Fall beträgt diese Entfernung 4 mm. Dadurch ergibt sich ein Versatz zwischen rahmenseitiger ersten und flügelseitiger zweiten Verbindungsbereich, der durch eine Schräglage des Ausstellarms gegenüber dem Treibstangenbeschlag bzw. der Beschlagsnut ausgeglichen wird.
Daraus ergibt sich weiter, dass der am Ausstellarm befestigte Flügelanzugsanschlag durch den Versatz der Nutlage und der daraus resultierenden Schrägstellung des Ausstellarms nicht mehr mit dem, an der Treibstange befestigten Flügelanzugsorgans in Wechselwirkung gebracht werden kann. Das Flügelanzugsorgan würde also mit dem Flügelanzugsanschlag in seiner ursprünglichen Position am Ausstellarm wegen des oben beschriebenen Versatzes nicht mehr in Eingriff gebracht werden können.
Erfindungsgemäß wird deshalb der verstellbare Flügelanzugsanschlag auf die neue Nutlage insofern angepasst, dass er im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längsausdehnung des Ausstellarms in Richtung des Versatzes so weit entlang seines Langlochs verschoben wird, dass er in einer Drehstellung des Treibstangenbeschlags mit dem Flügelanzugsorgan in Wechselwirkung steht.An adjustment of the Flügelanzugsanschlags relative to the extension arm is necessary if the actual groove position deviates from the Nutlage to which the pivot bearing or the pivot bearing band has been adjusted in terms of its dimensions. Claims (6)
- Casement draw-in device for a window, a door or the like, comprising a casement draw-in stop (20) attached to an underside, facing towards a casement frame (2), of a stay arm (10) of rectangular cross-section, and comprising a casement draw-in member (40), which is connected to a drive rod (5) attached to the casement frame (2) and which, by means of ramps (41) associated therewith in interaction with the casement draw-in stop (20), causes the casement to be drawn in, the casement draw-in stop (20) being adjustable along the underside (13), facing the casement frame (2), of the stay arm (10), substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal extent thereof, and the casement draw-in stop (20) being lockable in a predefined position relative to the stay arm (10) by means of a catch device (30), characterised in that the catch device (30) comprises a metal catch sheet (31) which is manufactured from spring steel or another resilient material, and in that the metal catch sheet (31) comprises cavities (32), which are engaged with protrusions (15) projecting from the underside (13) of the stay arm (10), catch tabs (33), which are engaged with catch ribs (22) arranged on the upper side (21) of the casement draw-in stop (20), and a hole (34) for receiving a fastening member, it only being possible to adjust the casement draw-in stop (20) in one direction relative to the stay arm (10) because of the catch tabs (33) which engage in the catch ribs (22).
- Casement draw-in device according to claim 1, characterised in that the metal catch sheet (31) is in engagement on the one hand with the underside (13), facing towards the casement frame (2), of the stay arm (10) and on the other hand with an upper side (21), facing away from the casement frame (2), of the casement draw-in stop (20).
- Casement draw-in device according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the stay arm (10) comprises a hole (14) in a region to which the casement draw-in stop (20) is attached, and the casement draw-in stop (20) comprises a slot (24) for receiving the fastening member.
- Casement draw-in device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the fastening member is formed by a rivet (50) and the riveting is carried out in such a way that the casement draw-in stop (20) can be displaced relative to the stay arm (10).
