Abstract

The invention relates to a display device, particularly of use for holding electronic displays, or also for the arrangement of simple labels. Said device is of application in shops, stores or other places, for the presentation of information to customers, and, in particular, the price of articles. The display device may be directed upwards or downwards, according to a suitable viewing angle and may, furthermore, be of modular construction, according to the type of fixing clamp ( 11 ) for the shelving and the element for display.

Description

TITRE : Dispositif d'affichage, notamment pour l'affichage électronique des prix. La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage, notamment utilisé pour maintenir des afficheurs électroniques ou encore pour disposer de simples étiquettes. Les dispositifs et systèmes d'affichage sont utilisés principalement dans les magasins, grandes surfaces ou autres, afin de présenter des étiquettes comportant des informations, notamment le prix des articles à la vue des clients. En général, les articles sont stockés sur deux types de rayonnage dans les surfaces de vente. Ils peuvent être simplement posés sur un étage de rayon ou encore être pendus à des crochets se présentant sous la forme d'une barre supportrice montée en porte-à-faux à une paroi ou un mur et présentant à son extrémité une barre arrêtoir perpendiculaire. Les dispositifs d'affichage sont alors généralement solidarisés sur deux types de crampons de solidarisation correspondants. Ils sont, soit fixés dans un rail encore appelé crampon à rayon, dans le cas d'une simple étagère, ou ils sont fixés à ladite barre perpendiculaire desdits crochets, encore appelés crampon à crochet. Suivant la hauteur du support des articles, dans un souci d'ergonomie et de visibilité, lesdits dispositifs d'affichage doivent idéalement pouvoir être vus par les consommateurs suivant une position moyenne qui doit rester la même pour tous les articles. Le consommateur doit pouvoir avoir accès à l'information sans devoir se baisser pour lire l'étiquette et notamment le prix des articles présentés sur un support inférieur, ou encore s'approcher du support le plus haut. Il est donc avantageux que les prix soient donc affichés et orientés vers le bas dans le cas des étagères supérieures et orientés vers le haut dans le cas des étagères inférieures pour être vus d'une position moyenne. On connaît un dispositif d'affichage, apte à être fixé à un rail ou crampon de rayon, et présentant des moyens pour être inclinés suivant une position intermédiaire orientée vers le haut. Néanmoins, dans le cas des étagères à plusieurs rayons, telles que l'on en trouve dans les grandes surfaces, ce dispositif présente une variabilité d'orientation trop limitée. En outre, s'il est adapté pour orienter l'étiquette de prix suivant un angle convenable de vision pour certaines des étagères inférieures, il ne permet pas d'orienter notamment vers le bas, l'étiquette de prix pour les étagères supérieures. De plus, de tels dispositifs d'affichage ne sont compatibles qu'avec un crampon de solidarisation avec un rail et ne permet pas d'être adapté aux autres supports de fixation existants, tels que des crochets de suspension. Par ailleurs, le prix et autres informations peuvent être désormais exposés par des afficheurs électroniques, pouvant avoir des dimensions différentes suivant le dispositif. De tels dispositifs d'affichage électroniques n'ont pas de moyen pour être adaptés suivant les différentes configurations d'afficheurs. Ainsi, un chef de rayon, ayant plusieurs éléments de structures différentes à afficher sur différents types de crampon de fixation, devrait suivant les dispositifs disponibles de l'état de la technique, disposer un dispositif d'affichage différent pour chaque combinaison ; élément à afficher, crampon de rayon. La présente invention se propose donc de pallier les inconvénients précités. En particulier, un but de l'invention est de fournir un dispositif d'affichage, apte à s'orienter vers le haut ou vers le bas suivant un angle de vision convenable, et pouvant, en outre, être modulable suivant le type de crampon de fixation et d'élément à exposer. Un autre but de l'invention est de proposer un dispositif d'affichage qui peut être facilement et rapidement assemblé. Un autre but de l'invention est de proposer un dispositif d'affichage présentant des moyens de fixation antivol. D'autres buts et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront au cours de la description qui va suivre, qui n'est donnée qu'à titre indicatif, et qui n'a pas pour but de la limiter. Selon l'invention, le dispositif d'affichage, notamment pour l'affichage électronique des prix, apte à pouvoir orienter un élément à afficher suivant un angle de vision, présentant : - des premiers moyens de fixation à un crampon de solidarisation au rayonnage, - des seconds moyens de fixation, notamment à l'élément à afficher, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens indépendants de rotation et/ou des moyens d'indexation faisant interface entre lesdits premiers moyens de fixation au crampon de solidarisation et lesdits seconds moyens de fixation à l'élément à afficher. L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description suivante, accompagnée des dessins en annexe qui en font partie intégrante et parmi lesquels : - la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un dispositif d'affichage selon l'invention monté sur un rail suivant un premier mode de réalisation, - la figure 2 est une vue en perspective d'un dispositif conforme à l'invention monté sur un crampon à crochets suivant un deuxième mode de réalisation, - la figure 3 est une vue en perspective de dessus d'un dispositif conforme à l'invention suivant un troisième mode de réalisation, - la figure 4 est une vue en perspective de dessous du dispositif conforme à l'invention illustré à la figure 3, - la figure 5 est une vue de côté du dispositif conforme à l'invention illustré à la figure 3, - la figure 6 est une vue suivant la coupe VI-VI conforme à l'invention illustré à la figure 5, - la figure 7 est une vue de côté d'un dispositif monté sur un crampon à crochets conforme à l'invention suivant un quatrième mode de réalisation, - la figure 8 est une vue en perspective du dessous du dispositif conforme à l'invention illustré à la figure 7, - la figure 9 est une vue en perspective du dessus du dispositif conforme à l'invention illustré à la figure 7, - la figure 10 est une vue en perspective de moyens de fixation à un rail par came pivotante, - la figure 11 est une vue en perspective d'un cavalier illustré à la figure 10, - la figure 12 est une en perspective d'une came pivotante illustrée à la figure 10. L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage, notamment pour l'affichage électronique des prix, apte à pouvoir orienter un élément à afficher suivant un angle de vision. Le dispositif comprend, tout d'abord d'une part, des premiers moyens de fixation 1 , 3, 30 à un crampon de solidarisation 11 , 23, 24 au rayonnage, et d'autre part, des seconds moyens de fixation 18, notamment à l'élément affiché,. En outre, selon l'invention, le dispositif comporte des moyens indépendants de rotation 4, 5 et/ou des moyens d'indexation 17, 22 faisant interface entre lesdits premiers moyens de fixation au crampon de solidarisation et lesdits seconds moyens de fixation à l'élément à afficher. Selon un premier mode de réalisation du dispositif conforme à l'invention, notamment illustré à la figure 1 , lesdits premiers moyens de fixation comportent un cavalier 1 présentant une structure en C 2, 17, maintenu et apte à coulisser avec une structure en Ω d'un rail 11 fixé au rayonnage. La structure en C peut notamment se présenter sous la forme de deux jambes 2 s'éloignant du dos d'un cavalier 1 , l'extrémité des jambes 2 étant maintenue avec la structure en Ω d'un rail 11 par des profilés 12. Ce système de fixation à un crampon de rayon peut avantageusement, lors de la mise en œuvre de l'information à afficher, notamment des étiquettes de prix, être déplacé et coulisser sur le rail, le dispositif d'affichage étant positionné devant la rangée d'articles concernés. Selon un mode de réalisation illustré aux figures 3 à 6 notamment, lorsque le dispositif est correctement positionné sur le crampon à rayon, les premiers moyens de fixation 1 peuvent être solidarisés de façon à interdire tout déplacement dudit cavalier 1 suivant ledit rail 11 avec des moyens de freinage 13. Ces moyens de freinage 13 constituent par ailleurs un moyen antivol. Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, les moyens de freinage se présentent sous la forme d'une serrure rotative 13 interdisant tout déplacement dudit cavalier 1 suivant le rail 11. Ladite serrure rotative 13 est constituée d'un corps cylindrique 15 présentant à son extrémité basse une base 14 de dimension supérieure. Ladite base 14 est de forme générale rectangulaire avec deux grands côtés de longueur légèrement supérieure à la distance séparant les jambes 2 du cavalier 1. Les deux petits côtés sont de longueur inférieure à la distance séparant les bords des profilés 12 du rail 11. Cette serrure rotative 13 est située dans l'évidement créé entre les jambes 2 du cavalier 1 , le dos du cavalier 17 et le rail 11. Ledit corps cylindrique 15 de la serrure rotative 13 traverse et dépasse du dos du cavalier 17 par l'extrémité haute du corps cylindrique 15. La serrure rotative 13 présente à cette extrémité une tête apte à recevoir une clé d'actionnement. Ladite tête peut notamment présenter une empreinte 16, notamment de forme hexagonale, apte à coopérer avec une clé Allen. Ladite serrure 13 vient, lorsqu'elle est tournée presser l'extrémité basse desdites jambes 2 contre les profilés 12 dudit rail 11 , par l'intermédiaire d'un chanfrein au niveau de la base 14. L'action exercée par les jambes 2 sur lesdits profilés 12 engendre, grâce au phénomène de friction, des efforts transversaux à cette ligne d'action, qui s'opposent à tout déplacement du cavalier 1 suivant ledit rail 11. Selon un autre mode de réalisation de fixation à un rail, illustré aux figures 10 à 12, le cavalier Y n'est pas maintenu directement par les profilés 12 du rail 11. Les moyens de fixation du cavalier Y au rail 11 sont alors constitués, de manière connue, par une came pivotante 30 présentant une base 32 de forme générale rectangulaire, et apte à se bloquer dans le rail 11. Ladite base 32 présente deux petits côtés de longueur inférieure à la distance séparant les bords des profilés 12 du rail 11 , de telle façon à pouvoir être insérés longitudinalement dans le rail. Ladite base 32 présente deux grands côtés de longueur supérieure à la distance séparant les bords des profilés 12 du rail 11 et inférieure à la largeur maximale dans le rail. Selon un mode de réalisation, ladite base 32 présente, notamment au niveau de ses extrémités, des moyens 33 de rehaussement constitués par des parties chanfreinées et aptes à coopérer, lorsque la came 30 est tournée de 90 °, par friction avec les ailes inférieures des profilés 12 du rail 11. Un corps cylindrique en deux parties 34, 26 s'élève de ladite base 32 et constitue au niveau d'un rétrécissement de section 35 une surface d'appui pour le cavalier l'. La partie supérieure 36 du corps cylindrique présente radialement deux oreilles diamétralement opposées, qui peuvent traverser une ouverture correspondante 40 dans le dos du cavalier Y. Lorsque la came 30 est tournée, lesdites oreilles 31 font saillie avec le dos du cavalier Y pour retenir ce dernier. L'extrémité de la partie supérieure 36 du corps cylindrique, peut présenter avantageusement une empreinte 16, notamment apte à recevoir une clé Allen. Avantageusement, le cavalier Y peut présenter deux bords 2' longitudinaux aptes à coopérer avec les bords des profilés12 du rail 11, afin de centrer ledit cavalier Y au rail 11. Selon un autre mode de réalisation du dispositif conforme à l'invention, notamment illustré à la figure 2, lesdits premiers moyens de fixation sont aptes à être fixés à un crampon à crochets. Ils se présentent alors sous la forme d'une mâchoire élastique 3 à l'intérieur de laquelle est insérée par déformation élastique la barre arrêtoir 23 perpendiculaire de la barre supportrice 24 d'un crampon à crochets. Cette mâchoire élastique 3 a une forme générale cylindrique et présente une ouverture dans le sens de la longueur de dimension inférieure au diamètre intérieur de la mâchoire cylindrique 3. Le diamètre intérieur de ladite mâchoire 3 peut être avantageusement légèrement inférieur au diamètre de la barre arrêtoir 23, afin de maintenir une pression contre cette dernière. De plus, selon un mode de réalisation, afin d'interdire toute rotation des premiers moyens de fixation 3 autour de ladite barre arrêtoir 23, la mâchoire 3 présente une surface 20 sur laquelle vient s'appuyer l'extrémité de la barre supportrice 24 et une butée 19 pour interdire la rotation dans l'autre sens qui vient de même en contact avec ladite barre supportrice 24. Le dispositif conforme à l'invention présente des moyens indépendants de rotation faisant interface entre les premiers et les seconds moyens de fixation. Selon un mode de réalisation du dispositif conforme à l'invention, les moyens indépendants de rotation sont constitués par un axe d'articulation 5 solidaire des premiers moyens de fixation 1 , 3 et une pièce d'articulation 4, en libre rotation autour dudit axe d'articulation 5. Selon ce mode de réalisation, l'élément à afficher peut être orienté de façon continue par rapport auxdits premiers moyens de fixation. Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, l'axe d'articulation se présente sous la forme d'une barre 5 transversale à deux flancs 6 s'éloignant des premiers moyens de fixation. Le dispositif conforme à l'invention peut présenter des moyens d'indexation 7, 22 faisant interface entre les premiers et seconds moyens de fixation. Selon un mode de réalisation, les moyens d'indexation sont situés sur la pièce d'articulation 4, qui prend la forme d'un pignon denté 7, monté en libre rotation autour d'un axe d'articulation, notamment la barre 5 solidaire des premiers moyens de fixation, les dents dudit pignon 7 coopérant avec un cliquet 22 assujetti aux premiers moyens de fixation. Ainsi, le nombre de dents définit le nombre de positions angulaires d'indexation de l'élément à afficher. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, afin de pouvoir être assemblé par déformation élastique, encore appelé système de clip, le pignon denté présente une ouverture droite 8 suivant l'axe de rotation de dimension 9, inférieure au diamètre 11 intérieur dudit pignon denté 7, de telle façon que ladite barre transversale 5 peut être insérée par déformation élastique à l'intérieur dudit pignon 7. Selon un mode de réalisation tel qu'illustré à la figure 3 ou 7, lesdits seconds moyens de fixation 18 sont solidaires à au moins une projection 25 s'éloignant de ladite pièce d'articulation. Dans le cas où la pièce d'articulation se présente sous la forme d'un pignon denté 7 avec une ouverture 8, là au moins une projection est avantageusement située près du bord de l'ouverture 8 afin de préserver un débattement angulaire maximum. Malgré la présence de cette ouverture 8, ledit pignon denté 7 peut présenter avantageusement une denture radiale suffisante au moins sur un arc de cercle supérieur à la moitié de la circonférence dudit pignon 7 pour l'indexation de position angulaire autorisant un débattement supérieur à 180 °. Cette caractéristique permet une grande variabilité de l'élément à afficher et notamment des orientations vers le bas et vers le haut en référence à un plan horizontal. Ainsi l'élément à afficher peut être orienté vers le bas pour des étagères hautes et vers le haut pour des étagères basses. Le dispositif conforme à l'invention présente des seconds moyens de fixation 18. Selon un mode de réalisation tel qu'illustré à la figure 7, lesdits seconds moyens de fixation 18 se présentent sous la forme d'un système de clip. Ce système de clip peut être avantageusement irréversible afin de prévenir contre le vol. Selon ce mode réalisation, le système de clip, pour chaque projection 25 prend la forme de deux dents 29 opposées dépassant de l'avant et de chaque côté de ladite projection 25, de forme générale triangulaire rectangle. La pièce coopérant avec ce système de clip présente alors deux prises femelles coopérant avec les dents 29 et deux flancs 28, lesdits flancs présentant un rebord 32 coopérant avec les dents 29. Ce système de clip est alors inséré par déformation des deux flancs 28, ledit rebord 32 laissant passer et faisant contact avec l'hypoténuse des dents 29, et venant en fin de course en butée contre l'arête perpendiculaire à la projection 25 des dents 29 afin d'interdire tout recul. Selon un autre mode de réalisation tel qu'illustré à la figure 3, les seconds moyens de fixation 18 se présentent sous la forme d'une pièce rectangulaire 27 perpendiculaire à une projection 25. L'élément à fixer présente alors deux profilés 21 , la pièce rectangulaire étant insérée entre ces profilés 21 et le dos de l'élément à afficher et est apte à coulisser jusqu'à une position convenable. Les seconds moyens de fixation 18 peuvent se présenter sous plusieurs formes et coopérer avec un élément à afficher. Cela suppose que lesdits éléments à afficher présentent des moyens de fixation compatibles avec lesdits seconds moyens de fixation 18. Pour pallier à ce problème, selon un autre mode de réalisation du dispositif conforme à l'invention, une pièce intermédiaire 26 faisant interface entre la pièce d'articulation et l'élément à afficher coopère avec les seconds moyens de fixation 8 et présente des moyens pour maintenir un élément à afficher. Cette pièce intermédiaire 26 est adaptable suivant l'élément à afficher. Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, la pièce intermédiaire présente un fond 30 et deux flancs 31 , l'élément à afficher étant encastré par déformation des flancs 31 contre ledit fond 30. Ainsi, le dispositif conforme à l'invention permet d'orienter un élément à afficher suivant un angle de vision convenable, vers le haut ou vers le bas, et peut être avantageusement modulable, pouvant être décliné indéfiniment suivant le crampon de solidarisation et l'élément à afficher. Un chef de rayon peut notamment disposer d'un choix de pièces présentant les premiers moyens de fixation suivant le crampon de solidarisation, d'un choix de pièces intermédiaires 6 suivant l'élément à afficher et d'un stock de pièces d'articulation 4 standard. Il peut alors assembler un dispositif d'affichage en fonction du crampon de solidarisation et de l'élément à afficher. Une matière plastique peut être utilisée pour la fabrication des pièces de ce dispositif, la matière plastique ayant des caractéristiques élastiques adaptées au système de clip. The invention relates to a display device, in particular for the electronic display of prices, able to orient an element to be displayed according to a viewing angle. The device comprises, first of all on the one hand, first fastening means 1, 3, 30 to a fastening clamp 11, 23, 24 to the shelving, and on the other hand, second fastening means 18, in particular to the displayed item ,.
