Claims (11)

  1. Anordnung (1) zum Verpacken und Auftragen eines kosmetischen Produkts mit einem Behälter (2), der Folgendes umfasst:
    i) einen Abschnitt (15), der das Produkt enthalten kann und geeignet ist, mit einer Aufnahme (5) in Fluidverbindung gebracht zu werden, die durch Formen mit dem Abschnitt (15) erhalten worden ist und eine sphärische Kugel (6) enthält, die frei drehbar im Inneren der Aufnahme montiert ist, wobei ein Auftrageabschnitt (7) der Kugel durch eine Öffnung (3), die von einem Rand der Aufnahme gebildet wird, aus dem Behälter (2) hervortritt, und
    ii) einen Deckel (11), der geeignet ist, den Auftrageabschnitt (7) der Kugel abzudecken, und die Kugel (6) in dichte Anlage an mindestens zwei ringförmige Dichtungsbereiche (9, 10), die durch eine innere Oberfläche (8) der Aufnahme (5) gebildet werden, zwingt, wenn er auf dem Behälter montiert ist, wobei ein ringförmiger Bereich (19) der inneren Oberfläche (8), der zwischen den beiden Dichtungsbereichen (9, 10) liegt, nicht mit der Kugel in Kontakt steht, wenn diese sich in dichter Anlage an den beiden ringförmigen Dichtungsbereichen (9, 10) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (11) eine Stützstruktur umfasst, die bei der Montage des Deckels mit der Kugel (6) in Eingriff kommt und zwei konzentrische Schürzen (12, 13) umfasst, die auf eine Achse X des Behälter zentriert sind.
  2. Verpackungs- und Auftrageanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden ringförmigen Dichtungsbereiche aus Stegen (9, 10) oder Lippen gebildet sind, die durch Formen mit der Aufnahme erhalten worden sind.
  3. Anordnung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützstruktur (12, 13) eine innere Schürze (12) und eine äußere Schürze (13) umfasst, wobei die äußere Schürze an der Zentrierung der Kugel (6) in ihrer Aufnahme (5) beteiligt ist und weniger starr als die innere Schürze ist.
  4. Anordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (11) auf den Behälter (2) geschraubt ist.
  5. Anordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden ringförmigen Dichtungsbereiche (9, 10) auf derselben Seite wie eine mittlere Ebene der Auftragekugel (6), senkrecht zu einer Längsachse X des Behälters und von der mittleren Ebene entfernt angeordnet sind.
  6. Anordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2), die Auftragekugel (6) und der Deckel (11) aus mindestens einem thermoplastischen Material, ausgewählt unter den Polyolefinen, insbesondere Polypropylen, Polyethylen hoher Dichte oder niederer Dichte oder ihren Gemischen, gebildet sind.
  7. Anordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ringförmigen Dichtungsbereiche (9, 10) unter dem Druck der Auftragekugel (6) mindestens teilweise deformiert/gequetscht werden, wenn die Kugel (6) dicht an ihnen anliegt.
  8. Anordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Produkt um ein Körperhygieneprodukt, insbesondere ein Deodorant oder ein Schlankheitsprodukt handelt.
  9. Anordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Seitenwand der Aufnahme (5), die die Kugel (6) aufnimmt, in Richtung der Öffnung (3) abnimmt.
  10. Anordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die senkrecht zur Achse X verlaufende Breite eines ringförmigen Raums (16) zwischen der Kugel (6) und der inneren Oberfläche (8) ihrer Aufnahme kontinuierlich zwischen einem ringförmigen Dichtungsbereich (9), an dem die Kugel dicht anliegt, und einem die Öffnung (3) begrenzenden Rand abnimmt.
  11. Anordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der/die ringformige/n Dichtungsbereich/e (9, 10) in der Nähe eines Einschnürungsbereichs (14) ausgebildet ist/sind, der den Abschnitt (15), der das Produkt enthalten kann, von der die Kugel enthaltenden Aufnahme (5) trennt.
