Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an assembly for distribution of a pasty product or gel.
  • variable volume container may be a rigid container containing a rising piston towards the pump as and when dispensing, as described in document EP 0 380 183, or a container for deformable wall made of flexible plastic, or folded into shape accordion.
  • the pump is generally fixed by crimping the body pump on a crimp cup or tray; the pump has a hollow emerging rod, which allows both to activate the pump and take out the product.
  • the pump is operated using a dispensing head by pushing in the emerging rod, the dispensing head distribution containing distribution channels opening to outside.
  • This type of distribution set as described in document WO 90 15567, is generally used for liquid or slightly viscous products and the product is sprayed from the dispensing head.
  • the present invention relates to a dispenser assembly which allows the use of a pump for the distribution of a fluid product relatively viscous, i.e. in the form of paste and gel, and which has the advantage of requiring only one gesture for distribution and the application of the product.
  • variable volume container is used equipped with a pump associated with a distribution head which allows, in one single gesture, activate the pump and apply, pressure exercised by the user on the dispensing head during application, for example during its friction on the skin, actuating the pump and causing the distribution.
  • the present invention relates to an assembly for the distribution of a viscous fluid product, in particular a paste or a gel, comprising a variable volume container containing the product to distribute, the distribution taking place by means of a pump without recovery of air which includes a pump body in free communication with the interior of the container and a product outlet member, said product distribution being implemented by means of a distribution head with distribution channels, which open to the outside and are supplied by the pump outlet, characterized by the fact that the distribution head comprises, first of all, a plate, which is provided with an assembly means on the pump outlet member and an opening to the right of said pump outlet member, and, secondly place, an applicator element, which is, on the one hand, integral with the plate, on the other hand, arranged on the side of the plate where the container and, finally, provided with openings opening towards the outside, the distribution channels, which connect the pump outlet member to the openings of the applicator element being arranged between the plate and said applicator element.
  • the pump when the element is pressed applicator on the skin, the pump is activated simultaneously, because the applicator element and the plate are integral.
  • the product comes out by the openings of the applicator element thanks to the connecting channels the pump outlet member and the openings of the applicator element. According to the invention, therefore, the pressure exerted on the head is used. dispensing during application to activate the pump.
