Description

The invention relates to a method for assembling an elevator with a highly eccentric to a support means set in a loose roll 2: 1 suspended car and with a drive formed at least from a motor, a traction sheave and a brake.

Ein stark exzentrisch in sogenannter Rucksackaufhängung aufgehängter Fahrkorb ist beispielsweise aus der EP 0 706 969 B1 , EP 1 024 105 A1 , WO 99/33 742 A1 , und JP 2000-7253 , DE 195 46 590 C2 und DE 100 64 850 C2 , A bekannt.A highly eccentric in so-called backpack suspension suspended car is for example from the EP 0 706 969 B1 . EP 1 024 105 A1 . WO 99/33 742 A1 , and JP 2000-7253 . DE 195 46 590 C2 and DE 100 64 850 C2 , A known.

Carriages in rear suspension have the great advantage that they are accessible from three sides and are therefore very variable in buildings to be retrofitted with elevators.

According to WO 99/33 742 A1 . JP 2000-7253 and DE 100 64 850 C2 In the 1: 1 suspension, the cab and counterweight are suspended in a 1: 1 swing-free over one in the upper part of the shaft between an adjacent shaft wall and the rear wall of the car or the vertical extension of this area, by passing the cables over a traction sheave and struck directly on the car and on the counterweight , This requires a powerful gearless drive.

At the lifts after EP 0 706 969 B1 . EP 1 024 105 A1 and DE 195 46 590 C2 the cable guide is made so that from an upper cable stop the rope runs down, reverses on a fixed cage on the car pulley, is guided over the traction sheave back down, reverses on a fixed to the Gegenläst role and finally with the second end in the Shaft head is attached to a second cable stop. Of course, instead of only one roller on the car and the counter-load, two rollers be provided. With this suspension cable guide, a 2: 1 suspension is realized, which allows in principle to use smaller, high-speed, gearless drives with an available half-torque compared to a 1: 1 suspension. Such drives, because the torque of a motor is proportional to the square of its diameter, can be accommodated more easily in a machine roomless shaft due to the smaller diameter of the drive.

In addition, it is known for lifts with centric and 1: 1 suspension of the car and installation of the prime mover in a separate engine room, to increase the driving ability to wrap around the traction sheave using a counter pulley with a double cable set ( DE 24 41 992 A1 . EP 0100 072 A2 ).

DE 101 64 548 A1 .In addition, it is known for a Aufring in backpack suspension 2: 1 to provide a double wrap to be able to use in this way very thin suspension cables that come close in their application properties flat strands because they allow a ratio pulley diameter to nominal diameter ≤ 40, see , DE 101 64 548 A1 ,

Last but not least, it is from the JP 2002 145556 Also known as Aufzugen with centrally suspended Fahrhorb provide a double wrap around to increase the ability to drive.

The invention is based on the object, starting from a 2: 1 suspension for backpack-driven cars to offer an engine room-less installation of a gearless elevator drive for different cases cramped manhole conditions.

Vorteilhafte Weiterentwicklungen geben die abhängigen Ansprüche an.The object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Advantageous further developments indicate the dependent claims.

Due to the 2: 1 suspension and the arrangement of a counter-disc to the traction sheave, a particularly small design is also possible for backpack-style elevators, which allows a space-favorable arrangement in the shaft head, that is, without an additional engine room, preferably.

In addition, with changing the parallel axis position of the traction sheave and counter-disc in the room, with change of the attachment point of the car guide pulley and with a suitable adaptation of the counterweight between the adjacent shaft wall and the rear wall of the car, most diverse adjustments to make existing elevator shafts, which is an essential technical-economic aspect especially when replacing obsolete or worn facilities with modern facilities.

The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment. In the accompanying drawings show:
Fig. 1
schematically a first engine roomless arrangement of a drive in a lift shaft,
Fig. 2
schematically another engine roomless arrangement of a drive in a lift shaft and
Fig. 3
schematically a third engine roomless arrangement of a drive in a hoistway.

Die Gegenscheibe 6 dient zugleich als Ablenkscheibe für den Tragmittelsatz 2 bezüglich seiner Führung in Richtung Fahrkorb-Umlenkrolle 9.According to the FIGS. 1 to 3 wrapped around one in the upper part of an elevator shaft 1 at both ends battered support means 2 a fixed to a counter load 3 counter-load guide pulley 4, a traction sheave 5 of the drive, to the traction sheave 5 of the drive axially parallel arranged counter pulley 6 of the drive, again the traction sheave 5 and the Counter pulley 6 of the drive and one attached to a support frame 7 for a car 8 in backpack suspension car pulley 9. This is a 2: 1 suspension of counterweight 3 and car 8 and a double wrap the traction sheave 5 of the drive 5, 6 realized. The drive 5, 6 is formed of a non-visible gearless motor, a coaxial with the motor shaft or on a common shaft traction sheave 5, a brake device, not shown, which operates on the engine and / or the traction sheave 5, and the counter-disc 6 , The motor is controlled by means of a frequency converter and also takes over the braking and the hold of the car 8 in normal operation. The counter pulley 6 also serves as a deflection disk for the support means set 2 with respect to its guidance in the direction of the car deflection roller 9.

The carrier or carriers for the drive 5, 6 are not shown in detail. They can rest on the guide rails 10 or in the masonry of the elevator shaft 1.

In all examples, a separate engine room is omitted by the drive 5, 6 is arranged with the traction sheave 5 and the counter disk 6 in the shaft head of the elevator shaft 1. If an engine room above the shaft head is present, of course, the drive 5, 6 are installed in this same way.

The car 8 is fixedly connected to the support frame 7, which is guided in the guide rails 10 in the elevator shaft 1. The guide rails 10 are fastened in the example to an adjacent wall 12 of the elevator shaft. Parallel to the counter-load 3 is guided on the guide rails 10 in the elevator shaft 1. This is shown in plan view, with the discs 5, 6 and pulleys 4, 9 are not shown in the plan view to improve.

In FIG. 1 the traction sheave 5 and the counter-disc 6 are arranged offset at a comparatively shallow angle α to the horizontal. As a result, particularly little room height in the shaft head of the elevator shaft 1 is required. It is therefore not critical when the drive 5, 6 protrudes with the counter pulley 6, seen vertically, in the clear profile of the elevator car 8. Although the car 8 can not drive directly to the shaft ceiling of the elevator shaft 1, this is anyway prohibited for safety reasons, so as not to jeopardize a person handling the vehicle between the shaft ceiling and the car ceiling for repair or maintenance purposes. The traction sheave 5 with the counter-disc are oriented axially parallel to the cage-pulley 9, while for reasons of space, the axis of the counter-load deflection is rotated at an angle of about 70 ° -90 ° and in this way is not on the narrow counterweight 3 addition.

Fig. 2 is different Fig. 1 in that the drive 5, 6 is arranged steeper at an angle α and the car-deflecting roller 9 is not fastened above, but below the car 8 on the support frame 7. In combination of both measures, the car 8 in the elevator shaft analogous to Fig. 1 Also drive up again to a permissible minimum distance between the shaft ceiling and the car ceiling. The car deflecting roller 9 does not protrude in an advantageous manner to under the support frame 7, whereby no obstruction occurs when driving up to the buffers on the shaft bottom. For reasons of space, the car deflecting roller 7 is rotated analogously to the counter-load deflection roller 4 in this embodiment.

According to Fig. 3 is the steep arrangement of traction sheave 5 and counter-disc 6 (angle α accordingly Fig. 2 ), but also the car guide pulley 9 at the top of the support frame 7 accordingly Fig. 1 attached. Different than after Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 However, two pair of guide rails are provided, namely a pair of guide rails 10 for the support frame 7 and a pair of guide rails 11 for a cross-sectionally approximately square counter load 3. The support frame 7 is pushed into the space between the guide rails 10, 11, whereby the distance between the adjacent wall 12 of the elevator shaft 1 and the rear wall of the car 8 can be reduced to the space for the counterweight 3. The arrangement after Fig. 3 Consequently, it is particularly suitable for very narrow elevator shafts 1.
