Claims (13)

  1. Procédé pour prolonger le cycle de coulée lors de la coulée à deux cylindres d'un feuillard, comprenant des cylindres en ligne pour le feuillard d'acier, lequel est laminé dans au moins une unité de laminage (1, 2) d'un laminoir avec des cylindres de travail (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) interchangeables,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les cylindres de travail (5a, 5b ; 6a, 6b) interchangeables sont échangés pendant la coulée de façon à pouvoir être extraits au-dessous ou au-dessus du feuillard d'acier (23) ainsi que latéralement hors de l'unité de laminage (1, 2).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de deux unités de laminage successives (1, 2), pendant l'échange des cylindres de l'unité de laminage (2), on engendre avec les cylindres de travail (5a, 5b) de l'autre unité de laminage (1) qui se trouve en service, une épaisseur de feuillard plus importante qu'avant l'échange des cylindres.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de deux unités de laminage successives (1, 2), pendant l'échange des cylindres de l'unité de laminage (2), on engendre avec les cylindres de travail (5a, 5b) de l'autre unité de laminage (1) qui se trouve en service, sans transition la même épaisseur de feuillard qu'avant l'échange des cylindres, lesquels reprennent alors la totalité du taux de réduction des deux unités de laminage (1,2).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que, avec les cylindres de travail (5a, 5b) de l'unité de laminage (1) qui se trouve en service, on procède tout d'abord à une approche de l'épaisseur de feuillard respectivement parcourue, avant de détendre les cylindres de travail (6a, 6b) à échanger.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce que, pendant l'échange des cylindres, les paramètres qui influencent de façon déterminante l'épaisseur de coulée pendant le processus de coulée, comme la vitesse de coulée et/ou la hauteur du niveau du bain et/ou l'évacuation de chaleur et/ou la température de l'acier liquide introduit, sont modifiés dans le sens d'une assistance à l'unité de laminage (1) qui se trouve en service.
  6. Installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle au moins une unité de laminage (1), de préférence deux unités de laminage successives (1, 2) est/sont dotée(s) de cylindres de travail (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) interchangeables au-dessus ou au-dessous du feuillard d'acier (23),
    caractérisée en ce que les cylindres de travail (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) sont susceptibles d'être soulevés depuis le feuillard d'acier (23) au moyen de dispositifs de levage (17) est susceptibles d'être extraits latéralement.
  7. Installation selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisée en ce que les cylindres de travail (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) sont susceptibles d'être soulevés par les dispositifs de levage (17), et le laminoir est doté de rouleaux de levage (24, 25) pour le feuillard d'acier (23) devant et derrière les cylindres de travail.
  8. Installation selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux de levage (24, 25) sont agencés à l'extrémité libre de leviers pivotants (26, 27).
  9. Installation selon la revendication 7 ou 8,
    caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de travail supérieur (5a, 6a) est susceptible d'être soulevé conjointement avec le rouleau de soutien (7a, 8a) qui lui est associé.
  10. Installation selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9,
    caractérisée en ce que les cylindres de travail (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) sont susceptibles d'être soutenu sur des guidages (13, 14, 15, 16) entraînés conjointement et/ou susceptibles d'être pivotés vers l'intérieur et vers l'extérieur.
  11. Installation selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10,
    caractérisée en ce que les cylindres de travail (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) sont interchangeables individuellement ou par paires.
  12. Installation selon la revendication 11,
    caractérisée en ce que les cylindres de travail (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) interchangeables par paires sont dotés d'un dispositif d'extraction commun.
  13. Installation selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de travail supérieur (5a, 6a) est susceptible d'être soulevé conjointement avec le rouleau de soutien supérieur (7a, 8a) qui lui est associé, et/ou en ce que le cylindre de travail inférieur (5b, 6b) est susceptible d'être abaissé conjointement avec le rouleau de soutien inférieur (7b, 8b) qui lui est associé.
