Claims (11)

  1. Cartouche de filtre sécheur (1) pour un collecteur (15) d'un condenseur (10) comprenant une section de surrefroidissement (11) placée en haut et une section de condensation (12) disposée en dessous, en particulier pour des systèmes de climatisation de véhicules automobiles, où la cartouche (1) présente une colonne montante (2) et une paroi de séparation qui doit être disposée entre la section de surrefroidissement (11) et la section de condensation (12), ainsi qu'un ensemble formant le filtre sécheur,
    caractérisée en ce que la colonne montante (2) est configurée comme un élément support sur lequel sont disposés la paroi de séparation et l'ensemble formant le filtre sécheur.
  2. Cartouche de filtre sécheur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la paroi de séparation est configurée comme un bouchon de séparation (4) pouvant être introduit, en coulissant, et rendu étanche dans le collecteur (15).
  3. Cartouche de filtre sécheur selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon de séparation (4) présente au moins une rainure annulaire comportant un joint annulaire d'étanchéité (8).
  4. Cartouche de filtre sécheur selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble formant le filtre sécheur est configuré comme une cage (3) en matière plastique et peut être rempli d'une matière séchante (granulés).
  5. Cartouche de filtre sécheur selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la cage (3) en matière plastique forme, avec le collecteur (15), un intervalle annulaire, et en ce qu'une lèvre d'étanchéité (7) assurant l'étanchéité de l'intervalle annulaire est disposée dans la zone inférieure de la cage (3) en matière plastique.
  6. Cartouche de filtre sécheur selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que la cage (3) en matière plastique peut être montée en coulissant sur la colonne montante (2) et maintenue sur celle-ci par action de force.
  7. Cartouche de filtre sécheur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon de séparation (4) loge, d'une part, l'extrémité supérieure de la colonne montante (2) et, d'autre part, sur le côté placé à l'opposé de la colonne montante (2), une douille (5) perforée qui communique, côté entrée du fluide frigorigène, avec la section de surrefroidissement (11) et la colonne montante (2).
  8. Cartouche de filtre sécheur selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'un bouchon d'obturation (6) est fixé sur l'extrémité frontale de la douille (5), placée à l'opposé du bouchon de séparation (4).
  9. Cartouche de filtre sécheur selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon d'obturation (6) peut être rendu étanche, par rapport au collecteur (15), par au moins un joint annulaire d'étanchéité (9), et / ou peut être fixé dans le collecteur (15), par un élément de sécurité.
  10. Cartouche de filtre sécheur selon la revendication 7, 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que la cartouche (1) se composant de la colonne montante (2), de l'ensemble formant le filtre sécheur (3), du bouchon de séparation (4), de la douille (5) et du bouchon d'obturation (6) est configurée comme un ensemble unitaire et peut être montée comme tel.
  11. Condenseur (10) pour un système de climatisation d'un véhicule automobile comprenant une section de surrefroidissement (11) placée en haut et une section de condensation (12) disposée en dessous, comportant des tubes collecteurs (13, 14) et un collecteur (15) disposé parallèlement à l'un des tubes collecteurs (14), caractérisé en ce que le collecteur (15) contient une cartouche de filtre sécheur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
