Claims (5)

  1. Condensateur soudé pour une climatisation de véhicule comprenant un tuyau/bloc nervuré et des tuyaux collecteurs disposés des deux côtés, qui reçoivent les extrémités des tuyaux, et un collecteur disposé parallèlement à l'un des tuyaux collecteurs, qui est en liaison fluidique au moyen de deux ouvertures avec le tuyau collecteur voisin et reçoit une cartouche filtrante de dessiccateur, le collecteur (1) présentant une première plaque de fermeture (5) soudée à l'intérieur, caractérisé en ce que la cartouche filtrante de dessiccateur (7) est reliée mécaniquement à la première plaque de fermeture (5) et en ce qu'une seconde plaque de fermeture (6) est reliée de façon inamovible au collecteur (1, 4), la cartouche filtrante de dessiccateur (7) étant reliée à la plaque de fermeture (5) côté sol au moyen d'un assemblage clipsé (19, 22, 23), l'assemblage clipsé présentant un induit (19) soudé à l'intérieur de la plaque de fermeture (5), qui est saisi en arrière par des éléments d'encliquetage (22, 23) faisant ressort de la cartouche filtrante de dessiccateur (7, 8).
  2. Condensateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cartouche filtrante de dessiccateur (7) est constituée d'une cage plastique (8) avec une partie de fond (9), sur laquelle les éléments d'encliquetage (22, 23) sont formés.
  3. Condensateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérise en ce que la cartouche filtrante de dessiccateur (7, 8) présente une lèvre d'étanchéité (15) périphérique dans la zone située entre les ouvertures (2, 3) .
  4. Condensateur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un tamis (16) est disposé sur la cage plastique (8) dans la zone située au-dessous de la lèvre d'étanchéité (15) côté périphérique.
  5. Condensateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une fente (12), qui est surmontée partiellement par des écarteurs (13, 14) en forme de renflement, est laissée entre la cartouche filtrante de dessiccateur (7, 8) et la paroi intérieure du collecteur (4).
