Danach wird die Maschine eingeschaltet und die Deckelfolie 2 an die Verpackungsmulde 1 ' gesiegelt. Bei jedem Vorzug, der die Verpackungsmulden aufweisenden Unterfolie wird die an diese Verpackungsmulden gesiegelte Deckelfolie abgerollt und mit der Fotozelle 7 die Ist-Position der Druckmarken ermittelt. Die Differenz der Soll-Position zur Ist-Position ist das Maß für die jeweilige Recklänge. Sollte die benötigte Recklänge die für das Material zulässige maximale Recklänge überschreiten, so wird die Reckung der Deckelfolie auf diese maximale Recklänge beschränkt. Für die Reckung wird die Oberfolie nach beendetem Vorzug mittels des Klemmmittels 5 fixiert und das Verschiebemittel 6 entsprechend der vorgegebenen Recklänge entgegen der Folienlaufrichtung verschoben. Der ermittelte Soll-Wert wird in die Rezeptur der Folie bzw. des Produktes zu dieser Folie in der Maschine abgespeichert.When processing a new lidding film, the process is modified as follows. Die maximale Recklänge pro Reckung ist auch hierbei begrenzt, um ein Reißen der Deckelfolie zu vermeiden. Ansonsten gelten die Ausführungen zu Figur 1. Wie berteits erläutert ist die Fotozelle in und gegen die Folienlaufrichtung verschiebbar. Mittel der in vorliegenden Fall manuellen Verschiebung der Fotozelle wird die Sollposition der Druckmarke für die jeweilige Folienart eingestellt. Die Fotozelle registriert zunächst einmal, ob beim Folienvorzug eine Druckmarke an der Fotozelle vorbeigelaufen ist. Nach Abschluss des Vorzugs reckt die Reckeinrichung 4 die Deckelfolie 2 so lange bis die Fotozelle 7 die vorbeigelaufene Druckmarke wieder erkennt. In dem vorliegenden Fall wird die Reckeinrichtung 4 von einem Zylinder (nicht dargestellt) angetrieben, dem keine Wegvorgabe gegeben werden kann. Bei erkannter Druckmarke wird der Reckvorgang beendet und die Folie durch Siegelung an den Verpackungsmulden fixiert. Wird die Druckmarke nicht erkannt, wird der volle zur Verfügung stehende Hub des Zylinders ausgeführt. Patentansprüche: claims:

Verpackungsmaschine, mit der Verpackungsmulden (3) mit einem Verpackungsgut gefüllt und mit einer Deckelfolie (2) verschlossen werden, wobei die Verpackungsmulden taktweise entlang der Verpackungsmaschine bewegt werden und die Deckelfolie (2) zu deren genauen Positionierung auf den Verpackungsmulden gedehnt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Reckeinrichtung (4) aufweist, die nicht auf der Bewegung der Verpackungsmulden basiert.1.
