Claims (20)
- Wärmeübertrager, insbesondere gelöteter Heizkörper (1) für Kraftfahrzeuge mit mindestens einem zwei Anschlussstutzen (3, 4) aufweisenden Sammelkasten (2), wobei in die Anschlussstutzen (3, 4), die benachbart in einem Abstand a zueinander angeordnet sind, ein brillenförmiger Flansch (7) zum Befestigen von Rohranschlussleitungen einsetzbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (7, 18) aus Kunststoff herstellbar und zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, indem er im Wesentlichen in einer Ebene T geteilt ist, die zwischen, vorzugsweise auf halbem Abstand a zwischen den Anschlussstutzen (3, 4) angeordnet ist.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (7, 18) aus zwei gleich ausgebildeten, miteinander verrastbaren Flanschhälften (8, 9; 19, 20) besteht.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flanschhälften (8, 9; 19, 20) als gleiche Spritzteile aus einem Werkzeug herstellbar sind.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (7, 18) aus PPA herstellbar ist.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils eine Flanschhälfte (8, 9) umfangseitig eine über die Teilungsebene T hinausragende Lasche (8d) und auf der diametral gegenüberliegenden Umfangsseite einen Rasthaken (9e) aufweist und dass beide Flanschhälfte (8, 9) über Lasche (8d) und Rasthaken (9e) verrastbar sind.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Teilungsebene T Passstifte (19a) und Passbohrungen (19b) angeordnet sind und dass beide Flanschhälften (19, 20) über die Passstifte und Passbohrungen zueinander positionierbar sind.
- Wärmeübertrager nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flanschhälften (8, 9) Verbindungsstutzen (8b) aufweisen, welche von den Anschlussstutzen (3, 4) aufnehmbar sind.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstutzen (8b) über Halteelemente, vorzugsweise elastisch verformbare Klammerelemente (5) in axialer Richtung fixierbar sind.
- Wärmeübertrager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (7, 18) im Bereich der Teilungsebene T eine eingelegte Mutter (10, 21) zur Verschraubung mit einem Gegenflansch für die Rohranschlussleitungen aufweist.
- Wärmeübertrager nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstutzen (8b) einen Abstand a' zueinander aufweisen, der dem Abstand a der Anschlussstutzen (3, 4) entspricht und durch die Rastmittel respektive Lasche und Rasthaken (8d, 9e) einstellbar ist.
- Rohranschlußelement mit einem brillenförmiger Flansch (7) zum Befestigen von Rohranschlussleitungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (7, 18) aus Kunststoff herstellbar und zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, indem er im Wesentlichen in einer Ebene T geteilt ist, die zwischen, vorzugsweise auf halbem Abstand a zwischen den Anschlussstutzen (3, 4) angeordnet ist.
- Rohranschlußelement nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (7, 18) aus zwei gleich ausgebildeten, miteinander verrastbaren Flanschhälften (8, 9; 19, 20) besteht.
- Rohranschlußelement nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flanschhälften (8, 9; 19, 20) als gleiche Spritzteile aus einem Werkzeug herstellbar sind.
- Rohranschlußelement nach Anspruch 11, 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (7, 18) aus PPA herstellbar ist.
- Rohranschlußelement nach Anspruch 12, 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils eine Flanschhälfte (8, 9) umfangseitig eine über die Teilungsebene T hinausragende Lasche (8d) und auf der diametral gegenüberliegenden Umfangsseite einen Rasthaken (9e) aufweist und dass beide Flanschhälfte (8, 9) über Lasche (8d) und Rasthaken (9e) verrastbar sind.
- Rohranschlußelement nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Teilungsebene T Passstifte (19a) und Passbohrungen (19b) angeordnet sind und dass beide Flanschhälften (19, 20) über die Passstifte und Passbohrungen zueinander positionierbar sind.
- Rohranschlußelement nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flanschhälften (8, 9) Verbindungsstutzen (8b) aufweisen, welche von Rohranschlussstutzen aufnehmbar sind.
- Rohranschlußelement nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstutzen (8b) über Halteelemente, vorzugsweise elastisch verformbare Klammerelemente (5) in axialer Richtung fixierbar sind.
- Rohranschlußelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (7, 18) im Bereich der Teilungsebene T eine eingelegte Mutter (10, 21) zur Verschraubung mit einem Gegenflansch für die Rohranschlussleitungen aufweist.
- Rohranschlußelement nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstutzen (8b) einen Abstand a' zueinander aufweisen, der dem Abstand a der Anschlussstutzen entspricht und durch die Rastmittel respektive Lasche und Rasthaken (8d, 9e) einstellbar ist.
