Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur schnellen Lagekontrolle eines Druckbildes auf einer Druckform, das die folgenden Schritte aufweist:a) Anlegen der mit wenigstens einer Passstanzung (5, 6) versehenen Druckform (1) an wenigstens einen als Sensor für die wenigstens eine Passstanzung (5, 6) ausgebildeten Passstift (7, 8) :b) Auslösen eines Triggersignals für ein Kamerasystem durch den wenigstens einen Passstift (7, 8) bei Erkennung der exakten Position der Druckform (1);c) Lesen von Informationen wenigstens einer mit dem Druckbild (2) zusammenhängender Bezugsposition (3, 4) in Form einer Marke oder Codierung im oder neben dem Druckbild (2) durch das Kamerasystem;d) Weiterleitung der gelesenen Informationen als Datensatz an ein Rechnersystem;e) Bestimmen der Position der wenigstens einen die Information enthaltenden Bezugsposition (3, 4) zur wenigstens einen den Passstanzung (5, 6) durch das Rechnersystem.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom Rechnersystem errechneten Daten maschinenbezogen sind und Verstellgrößen und/oder Abweichungen in der jeweils richtigen Maßeinheit darstellen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom Rechnersystem errechneten Daten das Maß beinhalten, wie die Druckform (1) mit anderen Druckformen eines Drucksatzes übereinander passt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach der Prüfung der Druckform (1) und anderen Druckformen eines Drucksatzes alle Druckwerke einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere einer Offsetmaschine, auf gleiche Werte eingestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Abweichungen oder Toleranzen der Druckform (1) in einer numerischen Tabelle und/oder grafischen Darstellung dargestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Passstanzungen (5, 6) für zwei Passstifte (7, 8) verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Codierung auch Informationen über Abmessungen, Orientierung, Format und/oder Farbe der Druckform (1) enthält.
