Claims (20)
- Verpackungs- und Ausgabevorrichtung (1), die aufweist:i) einen unter Druck stehenden Behälter (2);ii) ein den Behälter bestückendes Ventil (11), das eine Ventilstange (12) aufweist, von der ein Abschnitt aus einem Ventilkörper (8) vorsteht; undiii) einen Ausgabekopf (10) für die Betätigung des Ventils, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgabekopf aufweist:a) ein erstes Element (20), von dem ein erstes Ende mit der Ventilstange derart gekoppelt ist, dass ein die Ventilstange axial durchquerender Kanal (19) mit einem Kanal (23) verbunden wird, der axial im ersten Element ausgebildet ist und über mindestens eine innere Ausgangsöffnung (36) mündet, die in einem axialen Abstand ungleich Null von einem freien Ende der Ventilstange (12) angeordnet ist; undb) ein zweites Element (40), das eine Ausgabeöffnung (48) begrenzt und in der Lage ist, von einer ersten Stellung bezüglich des ersten Elements, die die Betätigung des Ventils verhindert und in der die Ausgabeöffnung vom ersten Element (20) verschlossen wird, in eine zweite Stellung überzugehen, die die Betätigung des Ventils erlaubt und in der die Ausgabeöffnung (48) zumindest zum Teil freigegeben ist und mit der inneren Ausgangsöffnung (36) in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigung des Ventils (11) aus einer Steuerung des zweiten Elements (40) besteht, die auf dieses ausgeübt wird, wenn es in der zweiten Stellung ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass der Übergang des zweiten Elements (40) von der ersten in die zweite Stellung aus einer Bewegung des zweiten Elements bezüglich des ersten entsteht, deren Ausrichtung und/oder Richtung sich von der Betätigungsbewegung des Ventils (11) unterscheidet.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übergang des zweiten Elements (40) von der ersten in die zweite Stellung aus einer Bewegung des zweiten Elements bezüglich des ersten gemäß einer Achse X des ersten Elements entsteht, wobei die Betätigungsbewegung des Ventils (11) eine Bewegung quer zur Achse X ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übergang des zweiten Elements (40) von der ersten in die zweite Stellung aus einer Bewegung des zweiten Elements bezüglich des ersten (20) gemäß einer Achse X des ersten Elements entsteht, wobei die Betätigungsbewegung des Ventils (11) eine Bewegung gemäß der Achse X in einer zweiten, zur ersten entgegengesetzten Richtung ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung des zweiten Elements (40) bezüglich des ersten (20) eine Bewegung des Festschraubens/Losschraubens ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übergang von der ersten in die zweite Stellung aus einer Drehung des zweiten Elements (40) bezüglich des ersten um etwa 360° entsteht.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass die innere(n) Ausgangsöffnung(en) (36) eine Achse hat (haben), die nicht parallel zu einer Achse der Ausgabeöffnung (48) ist (sind).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabeöffnung (48) gemäß einer Achse X des ersten Elements ausgerichtet ist, während die innere(n) Ausgangsöffnung(en) (36) quer zu dieser Achse ausgerichtet ist (sind).
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgabekopf (10) einen Montage-Mantelring (13) aufweist, der fest mit dem Behälter (2) verbunden ist, wobei das erste Element (20) bezüglich des Montage-Mantelrings in Drehung blockiert ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montage-Mantelring (13) fest auf den Behälter montiert ist, insbesondere durch klemmendes Einrasten.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element (20) bezüglich des Montage-Mantelrings mittels einer oder mehrerer Rasten (32) in Drehung blockiert wird, die vom ersten Element (bzw. dem Montage-Mantelring) gebildet werden und in der Lage sind, sich in eine entsprechende Anzahl von Rillen (9) einzufügen, die vom Montage-Mantelring (bzw. dem ersten Element) gebildet werden.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Element (40) einen insbesondere ringförmigen Rand (43) aufweist, der, wenn das zweite Element in der ersten Stellung ist, sich im Wesentlichen in Kontakt mit dem Montage-Mantelring (13) befindet, um die Betätigung des Ventils zu verhindern.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel, insbesondere in Form eines axialen Anschlags (27, 45), vorgesehen sind, um in der auf den Behälter montierten Stellung des Ausgabekopfes das Lösen des zweiten Elements vom ersten zu verhindern.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (37, 38) aufweist, um zumindest, wenn das zweite Element sich in der zweiten Stellung befindet, eine Dichtheit zwischen dem ersten Element (20) und dem zweiten (40) herzustellen, um den Transport der Gesamtheit des aus der (den) inneren Ausgangöffnung(en) (36) austretenden Produkts zur Ausgabeöffnung (48) zu gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsmittel aus einer ringförmigen Lippe (37) bestehen, von der ein freier Rand (38), zumindest wenn das zweite Element (40) in der zweiten Stellung ist, sich dicht gegen eine ringförmige Innenfläche des zweiten Elements (40) anlegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (37, 38) aufweist, die, wenn das zweite Element (40) in der ersten Stellung bezüglich des ersten ist, elastisch zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Element (20, 40) beansprucht werden.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 15 und 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsmittel von den elastischen Mitteln gebildet werden.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 16 und 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn das zweite Element (40) in der ersten Stellung ist, der freie Rand (38) elastisch gegen die Innenfläche einer Endwand (47) des zweiten Elements anliegt, die die Ausgabeöffnung (48) begrenzt, wobei der freie Rand (38) sich dicht gegen die Innenfläche einer Seitenwand (41) des zweiten Elements (41) anlegt, wenn dieses in der zweiten Stellung ist.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines kosmetischen Produkts unter Druck, insbesondere eines Pflege-, Schmink-, Körperhygiene-, Haarbehandlungs- oder Sonnenschutzprodukts für die Haut.
