Claims (9)
- Steckbuchse (1, 101, 301, 401) zum elektrisch leitenden Verbinden mit einem Steckstift (4), insbesondere Flachsteckstift miteinem Basiselement (2, 102, 302, 402),das einen rohrförmigen Aufnahmeabschnitt (5, 105, 305, 405) aufweist, der einen umschlossenen Aufnahmeraum (6, 106, 306, 406) mit einer Einführöffnung (11) für den Steckstift (4) bildet,das einen Kontaktabschnitt (12) für den Steckstift (4) bildet,das einen Anschlussabschnitt (16) aufweist, der zum elektrisch leitenden Verbinden mit einem Leiter eines Kabels dient,einem separaten Federelement (3, 103, 303, 403),das einen Schenkelabschnitt aufweist, der von der Einführöffnung (11) weg in den Aufnahmeraum (6, 106, 306, 406) weiter hineinreicht und auf den Kontaktabschnitt (12, 112) zu verläuft,dass das Basiselement (2, 102 302, 402) aus einem Werkstoff mit hoher elektrischer Leitfähigkeit besteht, unddass das separate Federelement (3, 103, 303, 403) aus einem nichtrostenden Federstahl besteht,dass es insgesamt in dem Aufnahmeraum (6, 106, 306, 406) aufgenommen ist,dass es zwei erste Schenkelabschnitte (318) aufweist, die voneinander wegweisende Eingriffsabschnitte (322) aufweisen, welche in Befestigungsdurchbrüche (313) des Basiselementes (302, 402) eingreifen;dass es einen zum jeweiligen ersten Schenkelabschnitt (18, 318) abgebogenen und den von der Einführöffnung (11) weg in den Aufnahmeraum (6, 106, 306, 406) weiter hineinreichenden zweiten Schenkelabschnitt (19, 319) aufweist, der auf den Kontaktabschnitt (12, 112) zu verläuft.
- Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass das Federelement (3, 103, 303, 403) anschließend an den zweiten Schenkelabschnitt (19, 319) einen dritten Schenkelabschnitt (20, 320) aufweist, der zum zweiten Schenkelabschnitt (19, 219, 319) so abgebogen ist, dass er von dem Kontaktabschnitt (12, 112) wegstrebt, und dass ein Übergang (21, 321) des Federelementes (3, 103, 303, 403) zwischen dem zweiten Schenkelabschnitt (19, 319) und dem dritten Schenkelabschnitt (20, 320) die Stützbasis für den Steckstift (4) bildet. - Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basiselement (2, 102, 302, 402) einen im Querschnitt rohrförmigen Aufnahmeabschnitt (5, 105, 205) aufweist und der Aufnahmeraum (6, 106) von rechtwinklig zueinander angeordneten Wänden (7, 8, 9, 10; 109) umschlossen ist. - Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Wand (109) mit einem in den Aufnahmeraum (106) vorstehenden Abschnitt versehen ist, der den Kontaktabschnitt (112) darstellt. - Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine aus einer Wand (8, 10) ausgestanzte und in den Aufnahmeraum (6) hinein abgebogene Kontaktlasche den Kontaktabschnitt (12) bildet. - Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass das Federelement (3, 103) aus einem Runddraht gebogen ist und jeweils zwei erste Schenkelabschnitte (18), zwei zweite Schenkelabschnitte (19) und zwei dritte Schenkelabschnitte (20) umfasst, wobei die dritten Schenkelabschnitte (20) miteinander verbunden und die Eingriffsabschnitte (22) von den ersten Schenkelabschnitten (18) voneinander wegweisend abgebogen sind. - Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (303, 403) aus einem Flachmaterial gebogen ist. - Steckbuchse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basiselement (2, 302) eine Sicherungslasche (15, 315) aufweist, die zwischen die beiden ersten Schenkelabschnitte (18, 318) eingreift. - Steckbuchse an Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basiselement (2, 102, 302, 402) durch Ausstanzen und Biegen aus einem Blechmaterial hergestellt ist.
