Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer reproduzierbaren Ringfärbung auf Geweben aus cellulosischen Fasern und Mischgeweben enthaltend cellulosische Fasern mit Schwefelfarbstoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Applikation der Schwefelfarbstoffküpe auf das Gewebe diese bei einer Temperatur von 80 bis 160°C, bevorzugt bei einer Temperatur von 120 bis 130°C und einem Feuchtgehalt von 5 % bis 50%, vorzugsweise 20% bis 35%, in einem Schritt fixiert und anoxidiert wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl eine ungefärbte, als auch eine mit Reaktivfarbstoffen, mit Küpenfarbstoffen, mit Indigo, mit Schwefelfarbstoffen, Direktfarbstoffen, Pigmentfarbstoffen oder mit Naphtolfarbstoffen vorgefärbte cellulosische Faser eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Schwefelfarbstoff vorreduzierte beziehungsweise anreduzierte Schwefelflüssigmarken, beispielsweise Cassulfon® oder Cassulfon-C® Marken, sowie Pulvermarken vom Typ Hydron ®, Stabilisol®, sowie Hydron®-Flüssigmarken, ebenso wie wasserlösliche Schwefelfarbstoffe vom Typ Hydrosol® eingesetzt werden.
- Verfahren gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit oder ohne Netzmittel, Sequestriermittel und oder Dispergiermittel durchgeführt wird.
- Gewebe aus cellulosischen Fasern und Mischgeweben enthaltend cellulosische Fasern, die nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren erhalten werden.
