Claims (4)

  1. Ruhemöbel (1), wie ein Sofa, Sessel oder Sitz, das verwandlungsfähig ist, umfassend ein festes Gestell (2), das sich insbesondere aus einer allgemein senkrechten Lehne (21) zusammen setzt, die mit einer waagerechten Basis (22) und seitlichen Elementen (23, 24), die die Wangen des Möbels bilden, verbunden ist, wobei die Wangen ihrerseits mit der Basis (22) verbunden sind und wobei das Gestell (2) zumindest folgendes trägt:
    - ein mobiles Grundelement (3), das fast waagerecht ist, und nach einer Vor-Rück-Achse parallel zur Basis (22) gleitet,
    - ein erstes mobiles Stützelement (4), das schräg im Verhältnis zur Waagerechten ist und das derart durch sein unteres Ende am hinteren Ende des Grundelements (3) angelenkt ist, dass es sich von oben nach unten und von hinten nach vorne neigt,
    - ein zweites mobiles Stützelement (5), das schräg im Verhältnis zur Waagerechten ist und das am oberen Ende des ersten Stützelementes (4) angelenkt ist, wobei sich jedes der mobilen Elemente (3, 4, 5) aus zumindest einem Kissen (32, 42, 52), das mit einem Träger (31, 41, 51) verbunden ist, zusammen setzt, wobei es das Möbel (1) dank einer Translation des Grundelements (3) erlaubt, von einer ursprünglichen Position, in der das Grundelement (3) zum hinteren Anschlag zurückgesetzt wird und sich der Benutzer in der Sitzposition befindet, in eine Ruheposition über zu gehen, in der sich der Benutzer in einer halb-liegenden Position befindet, und umgekehrt, und wobei das Möbel (1) mit seitlichen geradlinigen Schienen (6) versehen ist, die fest im Verhältnis zum Gestell (2) sind, verbunden mit den seitlichen Elementen (23, 24) des Gestells (2), die die Wangen des Ruhemöbels bilden und die fähig sind, gemeinsam mit Rollen (7) zu wirken, die an den Trägern der Kopfstütze (51) und der Lehne (41) in der Nähe der Gelenkverbindung zwischen diesen beiden mobilen Elementen (4, 5) befestigt sind, wobei diese Rollen (7) des Weiteren eine Drehachse in der Vor-Rück-Richtung für jeden Kissenträger (41, 51), die mit diesen Rollen (7) versehen sind, verschaffen, so dass von der ursprünglichen Position, in der die Kissenträger (41, 51) des ersten und des zweiten Stützelements (4, 5) aligniert sind, eine Translation nach vorne des Grundelements (3) eine Translation nach unten und nach den seitlichen geradlinigen Schienen (6) der Rollen (7) bewirkt, was das relative Schwenken des ersten Stützelements (4) im Verhältnis zum Grundelement (3) und des zweiten Stützelements (5) im Verhältnis zum ersten Stützelement (4) bewirkt, wobei der Winkel zwischen den Kissenträgern (41, 51) des ersten und des zweiten Stützelements (4, 5) kleiner als 180° ist und die Gelenkverbindung (9) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Stützelement (4, 5) allgemein von oben nach unten und von vorne nach hinten verschoben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (7) des ersten und des zweiten Stützelements (4, 5) beiderseitig in derselben seitlichen geradlinigen Schiene (6), die schräge von oben nach unten und von hinten nach vorne ist, fahren.
  2. Ruhemöbel (1) nach vorhergehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich jede Rolle (7) aus einem L-förmigen Metallprofil zusammen setzt, von dem ein erster Zweig (71) fähig ist, an den Kissenträgern (41, 51) des ersten und des zweiten Stützelements (4, 5) befestigt zu werden, und der zweite Zweig (72) ein Rollelement (73) trägt, das drehend um eine Achse (74) montiert ist, die im rechten Winkel zur Fläche des zweiten Zweigs (72) befestigt ist.
  3. Ruhemöbel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkverbindung (9) einerseits zwischen dem Grundelement (3) und dem ersten Stützelement (4) und andererseits zwischen dem ersten Stützelement (4) und dem zweiten Stützelement (5) mit Hilfe von Scharnieren gebildet ist.
  4. Ruhemöbel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Stützelement (4) und das zweite Stützelement (5) jeweils eine Lehne und eine Kopfstütze bilden.
