Claims (20)
- Hecklader-Straßenfräsmaschine (2) mit einer Fräswalze (20), die in einem nach unten offenen Walzengehäuse (16) angeordnet ist, wobei eine in Fahrtrichtung (a) weisende Öffnung (B) zwischen dem vorderen Teil (28) des Walzengehäuses (16) und dem Straßenbelag (18) mit einer höhenverstellbaren Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) verschließbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) zur Höhenverstellung um eine Achse (C) in Fahrtrichtung (a) vor der Fräswalze (20) verschwenkbar ist. - Straßenfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) ein der Öffnung (B) zugewandtes Prallschild (30) aufweist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) mindestens einen Schwenkarm (32) aufweist, der einerseits an dem Prallschild (30) befestigt ist und sich andererseits bis zu der Achse (C) erstreckt, um die die Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) verschwenkbar ist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Prallschild (30) einen kreisbogenförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Radius des kreisbogenförmigen Querschnitts der Entfernung (D) zwischen der Achse (C) und dem Prallschild (30) entspricht.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) unter dauerhafter Ausbildung einer Kontaktlinie (42) mit dem vorderen Teil (28) des Walzengehäuses (16) um die Achse (C) verschwenkbar ist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Walzengehäuse (16) entlang der Kontaktlinie (42) ein langgestrecktes Abdichtungs- oder Abstreifelement (44) vorgesehen ist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) mindestens eine dem Straßenbelag (18) zugewandte Gleitkufe (46) aufweist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Gleitkufe (46) in Fahrtrichtung (a) erstreckt.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Gleitkufe (46) über die gesamte Breite der Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) erstreckt.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitkufe (46) nach unten gewölbt ist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) unter Ausbildung einer Kontaktlinie (48) mit dem Straßenbelag (18) gegen den Straßenbelag (18) verschwenkbar ist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) entlang der Kontaktlinie (48) eine Gleitleiste (50) vorgesehen ist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitkufe (46) und/oder die Gleitleiste (50) auswechselbar ist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitkufe (46) und/oder die Gleitleiste (50) aus gehärtetem Werkstoff besteht, der eine größere Härte als der Werkstoff der übrigen Bestandteile der Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) aufweist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) mit einem vorbestimmten Druck gegen den Straßenbelag (18) verschwenkbar ist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) bei Übersteigen des vorbestimmten Drucks zurückschwenkbar ist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) mittels einer Hydraulik um die Achse (C) verschwenkbar ist.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein konstanter Hydraulikdruck einstellbar ist, wobei die Hydraulik ein Zurückschwenken der Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) ermöglicht, wenn der vorbestimmte Druck überschritten wird.
- Straßenfräsmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtungseinrichtung (26) in unterschiedlichen Schwenkpositionen arretierbar ist.
