Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zum Abtransport von vor einem Spulenwickler (1) abgelegten Spulen (2), welche eine an einem vor mehreren Spulenwicklern (1) verlegten Schienenstrang (5) hängend verlagerbare Fahreinheit (7) sowie eine mit der Fahreinheit (7) über mindestens ein motorisch auf- und abwickelbares Hubmittel (27) verbundene G reifereinheit (30) m it e inem G reiferrahmen ( 29) und zumindest zwei an die Oberfläche einer Spule (2) zangenartig anlegbaren Greifschenkeln (31) aufweist,
gek. durch folgende Merkmale:die Fahreinheit (7) weist einen aus einem E-Motor (12) und einer sich mindestens mittelbar am Schienenstrang (5) abwälzenden Antriebsrolle (17) bestehenden Fahrantrieb auf,die Greifschenkel (31) der Greifereinheit (30) sind durch mechanische Federn (35) an die Oberfläche einer Spule (2) anlegbar und unter Einsatz von pneumatischer oder elektrischer Energie von der Oberfläche abhebbar,die Greifereinheit (30) ist in angehobener Position in der Fahreinheit (7) lagezentriert,die Versorgungsleitungen (VL,STL,PVL) zur Zuführung von elektrischer und/oder pneumatischer Energie zur Fahreinheit (7) und zur Greifereinheit (30) s ind flexibel a usgebildet u nd e rstrecken s ich zwischen e inem E nde des Schienenstrangs (5) sowie einem Anschluss (13) an der Fahreinheit (7). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fahreinheit (7) an zwei im Querschnitt C-förmigen, nach unten offenen Schienen (6) rollend zwangsgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsrolle (17) als Zahnrolle ausgebildet ist und in eine sich mit der Fahreinheit (7) verlagernde omegaförmige Schleife (18) eines entlang des Schienenstrangs (5) fixierten Zahnriemens (19) form- und kraftschlüssig eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgungsleitungen (VL,STL,PVL) zur Zuführung von elektrischer und/oder pneumatischer Energie zur Greifereinheit (30) sich in wendelförmiger Konfiguration zwischen der Fahreinheit (7) und dem Greiferrahmen (29) sowie zwischen mindestens zwei Hubmitteln (27) erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubmittel (27) durch mindestens zwei Flachgurte gebildet sind, deren Breitseiten sich in quer zur Fahrtrichtung (FR) der Fahreinheit (7) verlaufenden Ebenen erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifschenkel (31) durch einen Pneumatikzylinder (36) von einer Spule (2) abhebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifschenkel (31) durch einen elektrisch beaufschlagbaren Linearantrieb von einer Spule (2) abhebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifschenkel (31) bogenförmig sowie flächig ausgebildet und mit stegartigen Stellschenkeln (32) gekoppelt sind, wobei den Stellschenkeln (32) zugeordnete Führungsrollen (33) horizontal verlagerbar in eine vertikal verstellbare Zwangsführung (34) fassen, die nach oben durch die mechanischen Federn (35) und nach unten durch den Pneumatikzylinder (36) oder den Linearantrieb beaufschlagbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Greifschenkeln (31) mehrere Schwenkpositionen (37) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang der freien unteren Kanten (38) der Greifschenkel (31) mit n ach außen abgeschlossenen Luftkammern ausgerüstete und elektro-sensorisch überwachte Schaltleisten (39) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekenn-zeichnet, dass entlang der freien unteren Kanten (38) der Greifschenkel (31) elektronische Bumper vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unteren Enden der Flachgurte (27) seitlich des Greiferrahmens (29) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass weitere Hubmittel (27) stirnseitig des Greiferrahmens (29) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Flachgurt (27) eine in der Fahreinheit (7) gelagerte W ickeltrommel (22) zugeordnet ist, wobei mehrere Wickeltrommeln (22) von einem E-Motor (26) in der Fahreinheit (7) synchron angetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greiferrahmen (29) einen sich nach oben erstreckenden Zentrierdorn (40) aufweist und in der Fahreinheit (7) eine Aufnahmehülse (41) für den Zentrierdorn (40) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgungsleitungen (VL,STL,PVL) zur Zuführung von elektrischer und/oder pneumatischer Energie zu der Fahreinheit (7) in eine neben dem Schienenstrang (5) ablegbare laschenartige Energiekette (14) eingebettet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Energiekette (14) in einer nach oben offenen U-förmigen Rinne (15) ablegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fahreinheit (7) von einer Haube (42) umhüllt ist, die einen nach unten offenen konkaven Aufnahmebereich (43) für die Greifereinheit (30) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fahreinheit (7) ein unter die Greifereinheit (30) verlagerbarer Fangschirm (44) zugeordnet ist.
