Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Versorgung von Materialverbrauchern mit unterschiedlichen Materialien über Molchstrecken, insbesondere zur Farbversorgung von Beschichtungsvorrichtungen für die Beschichtung von Werkstücken mit Material unterschiedlicher Farbe, bei dem wahlweise
Material einer ersten Materialgruppe
oder aus Einzelversorgungssystemen (A1, A2, An) durch eine gemolchte Leitungsanordnung (ML11) mindestens zwei unterschiedliche Materialien einer zusätzlichen zweiten Materialgruppe
zu einer Entnahmestelle (E1) der Verbraucher geleitet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei zusätzlichen Materialien aus ihren Einzelversorgungssystemen (A1, A2, An) in eine zur Auswahl des jeweils gewünschten Materials gesteuerte Ventileinrichtung (FA) geleitet und von dort durch die ihnen gemeinsame gemolchte Leitung (ML11) der Entnahmestelle (E1) zugeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Ventilsteuerung die Einzelversorgungssysteme (A1, A2, An; P; Z1, Z2; Zn) und die gemolchte Leitung (ML11) jeweils autark gespült und mit Material befüllt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material von an Materialbehälter (A1, A2, An) der zusätzlichen Einzelversorgungssysteme angeschlossenen Pumpen (P) unmittelbar in die Ventileinrichtung (FA) gepumpt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der zusätzlichen Einzelversorgungssysteme aus der Ventileinrichtung (FA) über je eine gemolchte Leitung (ML11, ML12) einer Mehrzahl von Entnahmestellen (E1, E2) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Entnahmestelle (E1) über je eine gemolchte Leitung (ML11, ML21) aus mindestens zwei jeweils an Einzelversorgungssysteme (A1, A2, An; B1, B2, Bn) angeschlossenen Ventileinrichtungen (FA, FB) versorgt wird.
- System zur Versorgung von Materialverbrauchern mit unterschiedlichen Materialien über Molchstrecken, insbesondere zur Farbversorgung von Beschichtungsvorrichtungen für die Beschichtung von Werkstücken mit Material unterschiedlicher Farbe, bei dem wahlweise
Material einer ersten Materialgruppe
oder aus Einzelversorgungssystemen (A1, A2, An) durch eine gemolchte Leitungsanordnung (ML11) mindestens zwei unterschiedliche Materialien einer zusätzlichen zweiten Materialgruppe
zu einer Entnahmestelle (E1) der Verbraucher geleitet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den zusätzlichen Einzelversorgungssystemen (A1, A2, An) und der gemolchten Leitung (ML11) eine Ventileinrichtung (FA) angeordnet ist, durch die die zusätzlichen Einzelversorgungssysteme (A1, A2, An) wahlweise an die ihnen gemeinsame gemolchte Leitung (ML11) anschließbar sind. - System nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventileinrichtung (FA) zwei oder mehr an jeweils eines der Einzelversorgungssysteme angeschlossene Kanäle (Z1, Z2, Zn) enthält, mit denen die gemolchte Leitung (ML11) über gesteuerte Ventile (QFa, QFb, QFc) selektiv verbindbar ist, und dass durch die Ventilsteuerung die gemolchte Leitung (ML11) und die Kanäle (Z1, Z2, Zn) jeweils unabhängig voneinander spülbar und mit Material befüllbar sind.
- System nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventileinrichtung (FA) außerhalb einer Sprühkabine, in der sich die Entnahmestelle (E1) und/oder eine an die Entnahmestelle angeschlossene Applikationsvorrichtung befindet, in der Nähe der Materialbehälter (A1, A2, An) der zusätzlichen Einzelversorgungssysteme angeordnet ist und zwischen die Materialbehälter (A1, A2, An) und die Ventileinrichtung (FA) eine Pumpe (P) geschaltet ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventileinrichtung (FA) als Materialverteiler ausgebildet ist, von dem zu mehreren Entnahmestellen (E1, E2) je eine gemolchte Leitung (ML11, ML12) führt.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Entnahmestelle (E1, E2) mit mindestens zwei jeweils an zusätzliche Einzelversorgungssysteme (A1, A2, An; B1, B2, Bn) angeschlossenen Ventileinheiten (FA, FB) verbunden ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventileinrichtung (FA, FB) mindestens eine Molchquellstation (MQ11) für die angeschlossene gemolchte Leitung (ML11) enthält.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an oder in der Entnahmestelle (E1, E2) eine an Ringleitungen für die erste Materialgruppe angeschlossene Farbwechselventilanordnung (Za, Zb) vorgesehen ist, und dass die Entnahmestelle gesteuerte Ventile enthält, über die der oder jeder angeschlossene Verbraucher wahlweise mit den Materialien der ersten oder zweiten Gruppe versorgt wird.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventileinrichtung (FA) gesteuerte Ventile (QFa, QFb, QFc, QFM) enthält, mit denen von den angeschlossenen Materialbehältern (A1, A2, An) gespeiste Kanäle (Z1, Z2, Zn) der Ventileinrichtung (FA) wahlweise mit jeder von mehreren an die Ventileinrichtung (FA) angeschlossenen gemolchten Leitungen (ML11, ML12) verbindbar sind.
- Ventileinrichtung für ein System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie gesteuerte Ventile (QFa, QFb, QFc, QFM) enthält, mit denen in der Ventileinrichtung ferner enthaltene Kanäle (Z1, Z2, Zn) wahlweise mit dem Ausgangskanal (ML11) einer oder mehrerer in der Ventileinrichtung enthaltener Molchstationen (MQ11) verbindbar sind.
