Claims (12)
- Setzgerät für Blindnietmuttern,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Elektromotor mit einer Antriebswelle (2), die in einem ersten Gehäuseteil (1) angeordnet ist und über eine Getriebeeinrichtung (4,10) mit einem parallel zu der Antriebswelle (2) angeordneten Werkzeuggehäuseteil (9) verbunden ist,
eine in dem Werkzeuggehäuseteil (9) angeordnete Werkzeugwelle (11), mit der ein Schraubenwerkzeug (12) drehfest verbunden ist,
eine Verriegelungseinrichtung (13,16; 35,36), mit der das Werkzeuggehäuseteil (9) und die Werkzeugwelle (11) drehfest miteinander koppelbar sind,
eine Verdrehsicherungseinrichtung (23,25; 35,36), mit der die Werkzeugwelle (11) gegen Drehung blockierbar ist und
eine Spindeleinrichtung (21,22), die bei gegen Drehung blockierter Werkzeugwelle (11) eine relative Axialbewegung zwischen der Werkzeugwelle (11) und dem Werkzeuggehäuseteil (9) hervorruft. - Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Kolben/Zylindereinrichtung (7,8), mit der das Werkzeuggehäuseteil (9) axial gegenüber dem ersten Gehäuseteil (1) bewegbar ist. - Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebeeinrichtung ein erstes Riemenrad (4) aufweist, das über einen Zahnriemen (10) mit einem mit dem Werkzeuggehäuseteil (9) verbundenen zweiten Riemenrand verbunden ist und daß das erste Riemenrad (4) auf einem Abschnitt (3) der Antriebswelle (2) axial verschieblich angeordnet ist. - Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spindeleinrichtung eine Kugelrollmutter (21) und eine Kugelrollspindel (22) aufweist und daß die Kugelrollmutter (21) fest mit dem Werkzeuggehäuseteil (9) verbunden ist, während die Werkzeugwelle (11) die Kugelrollspindel (22) aufweist. - Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinrichtung eine das Werkzeuggehäuseteil (9) umgebende Verriegelungshülse (16), die durch eine Betätigungseinrichtung zwischen einer Verriegelungsstellung und einer Entriegelungsstellung axial verschiebbar ist, und Kugeln (13) aufweist, die mit einem Kugelabschnitt in Fenstern (15) in der Wand des Werkzeuggehäuseteils (9) sitzen und mit dem übrigen Kugelabschnitt entweder radial innen in Taschen (14) der Werkzeugwelle (11) eingreifen oder radial nach außen ragen. - Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdrehsicherungseinrichtung eine an einem stationären Gehäuseteil (5) angebrachte Kolben-/Zylindereinrichtung (24,25) ist, mit der ein Mehrkant (23) der Werkzeugwelle gegen Drehung blockierbar ist. - Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinrichtung und die Verdrehsicherungseinrichtung durch eine Kupplungseinrichtung (35,36) gebildet sind, durch die in einer ersten axialen Position eines Kupplungselementes (35) die Werkzeugwelle (11) drehfest mit dem drehbaren Werkzeuggehäuseteil (9) und in einer zweiten axialen Position mit einem stationären Gehäuseteil (39) koppelbar ist. - Setzgerät nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeugwelle (11) mit einem Mehr-Kant-Ansatz (33) verschieblich eine entsprechend geformte Durchgangsbohrung des Kupplungselementes (35) durchgreift. - Setzgerät nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungselement (35) mit einem Pneumatikkolben (36) zur gemeinsamen axialen Verschiebung drehbar verbunden ist. - Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungselement (35) eine vordere konische Kupplungsfläche (37), die in der ersten axialen Position gegen eine entsprechend konische Fläche des drehbaren Gehäuseteils (9) andrückbar ist, und eine rückwärtige konische Kupplungsfläche (38) aufweist, die in der zweiten axialen Position gegen eine entsprechende konische Fläche eines stationären Gehäuseteils (39) andrückbar ist. - Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Kopfende des Werkzeuggehäuseteils (9) eine Stützhülse (46) vorgesehen ist, aus der das Schraubenwerkzeug (12) herausragt, und dass die Stützhülse (46) drehfest mit der Werkzeugwelle (47) und axial gegenüber dieser verschieblich verbunden ist. - Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Drehmomentprüfung mittels des einen Elektromotors durchführbar ist.
