Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sliding board, in particular a ski, z.
  • a sliding board in particular a ski, z.
  • a ski As an alpine ski, cross-country skis, jumping skis or a snowboard with a facing away on the tread of the ski side decorative device.
  • the DE-A-101 30 392 and the corresponding one WO 03/000984 disclose such sliding devices whose entire surfaces or parts thereof are provided by structuring in the form of body-longitudinal elevations with intervening depressions combined with direction-independent microstructures with hydrophobic elevations.
  • the sliding devices according to DE-A-101 30 392 should be advantageous in terms of aerodynamic and hydrodynamic frictional resistance, in addition, the pollution and icing tendency should be reduced.
  • DE-A-102 43 310 discloses a board-like sliding device in which a plurality of layers arranged between a tread surface and the cover layer are provided which form a sandwich element with a core arranged therebetween.
  • An outer side of the cover layer facing away from the core and / or of the tread covering has at least partially a structured surface with a multiplicity of depressions or elevations. The depth of the recesses is smaller than the thickness of the structured cover layer or the structured tread covering.
  • the cw value or drag coefficient of the sliding device can be improved by the finely structured surface of at least the cover layer. This should be compared to sliding devices with completely smooth cover layers improved performance possible.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a sliding device with a visually appealing and easy to handle manufacturing decoration device. This object is achieved with the features of the claims.
  • the invention is based on the basic idea of providing the gliding board, in particular the ski or the snowboard, with a decoration device on the side facing away from the running surface, wherein the decoration device is designed like a film and has a substantially smooth outer surface and an opposite structured surface ,
  • the decorative element is attached to the structured surface on the ski body.
  • one or more intermediate layers is arranged between the gliding board body and the decoration device, e.g. Example in the form of a metal foil, a metal-containing coating or metal coating.
  • the ski construction according to the invention is particularly advantageous in that the outer surface, i. H. the side facing away from the tread side of the ski is smooth, while at the same time given by the structuring of the decoration device on the side facing the ski inside the opportunity to achieve three-dimensional effects. These occur, for example, especially when a metal layer (eg metal foil, metal-containing coating and / or metal coating) is arranged between the ski body and the decoration device.
  • the decoration device is preferably designed to achieve this effect at least translucent and in particular transparent.
  • Another advantage of the present invention is that an enlargement of the surface and the surface roughness is achieved by the structuring of the decoration device on the ski core side, so that a better and safer adhesion of the decoration device is made possible on the ski body.
  • Fig. 1 an inventive sliding board in the form of a ski 2 is shown schematically.
  • the sliding board according to the invention is preferably in the form of alpine skis, cross-country skis, jump skis or snowboards.
  • the sliding board 2 has, as is known, a multi-layered sandwich construction which has individual non-positively and / or positively connected elements. This sandwich construction is hereinafter referred to as "Skikern".
  • the gliding board also has a tread with which the gliding board is usually in contact with the ground in use.
  • the tread opposite top 4 of the sliding board 2 is provided with a decoration device 6.
  • This decoration device 6 extends at least in sections, but preferably substantially completely over the surface 4 of the gliding board 2. It is also preferable to arrange the decoration device over the sides of the gliding board 2. For this purpose, the decoration device is preferably folded over from the surface 4 to the tread over the side surfaces.
  • FIG. 2 An embodiment of a decoration device 6 is shown in FIG Fig. 2 reproduced roughly to scale.
  • the arrow in Fig. 2 shows the preferred orientation of the decoration device 6 on the sliding board 2 towards the top.
  • Fig. 3 is the in Fig. 2 shown decorating device 6 shown enlarged.
  • the decoration device 6 is preferably flat in the form of a translucent plastic material. Particularly preferably, the decoration device is formed from a substantially transparent material.
  • the decoration device 6 has a first, substantially smooth surface, as well as a second, structured surface opposite it. This textured surface of the decorator 6 is attached to the surface 4 of the core of the gliding board.
  • the decoration device is preferably glued to the core or the individual sliding board components are pressed together. Due to the structured surface procurement unit of the decoration device, the decoration device 6 adheres particularly advantageously to the core of the sliding board.
  • the structuring not only provides an increased surface area to the adhesive contact, but also increases the adhesion by its roughness.
  • the decoration device 6 is formed according to a preferred embodiment as a transparent plastic film which can be produced and processed as web material of any width and length.
  • the in the FIGS. 2 and 3 illustrated embodiment of the Decoration device 6 has a pattern of a plurality of substantially identical hexagonal elements, which extends substantially over the entire underside of the decoration device, that is, the side facing the sliding board surface 4 side. Some of these hexagon elements are in Fig. 3 provided with the reference numeral 8.
  • the hexagonal elements 8 are slightly distorted and spaced apart by about 0.1-0.5 mm, preferably about 0.3 mm.
  • Each of the hexagonal elements 8 has the in Fig. 3 illustrated embodiment, four differently structured segments 8a to 8d. The structuring of the individual segments 8a to 8d may differ, for example, by groove formation in different directions.
  • the segments 8a to 8c are provided with structural grooves in respective different directions, while the segment 8d has no substantial structuring, ie has a substantially smooth and shiny surface.
  • the segments 8a and 8c may also have substantially identical structuring.
  • a preferred embodiment of the decoration device has hexagonal structural elements 8 according to the Fig. 3 configuration shown, wherein the segments 8a and 8c has a groove pattern extending in the first direction, the segment 8b has a groove pattern extending in a second direction and the segment 8d no structuring.
  • the direction of the grooves in the segments 8a and 8c extends for example at an angle of 45-65 °, preferably about 57 ° to the in Fig. 3 indicated x-direction.
  • the direction of the groove structure in the segment 8b extends for example at an angle of 140-160 °, preferably about 150 °, to the x-direction.
  • Such a structure pattern is for the segment 8 * in Fig. 3 indicated schematically.
  • the decoration device 6 has a diamond-shaped structuring with first and second diamond elements 10 and 12, respectively.
  • the first diamond elements 10 are made larger in comparison to the second diamond elements 12.
  • the length l 1 of the diamond pattern 10 is for example about 3-7 mm, preferably about 5 mm.
