Definitions
- the invention relates to a switch, in particular a micro-switch, with at least one contact element and at least one on the Contact element acting actuator.
- Switches are needed to open and close electrical circuits can and to connect electrical circuits with each other or to separate.
- Such circuits are used in appliances of household electronics and increasingly arranged in motor vehicles.
- Vehicles are used for electronic drives, such as servomotors and like, providing a number of convenience features.
- switches In electronic devices and in motor vehicles stands for arranging electronic components and thus also for the arrangement of switches often only a small space available. This small space forces manufacturers of electronic components to miniaturize. Out For this reason, switches are also miniaturized by their dimensions be significantly reduced. Such micro-switches can then For example, in the dashboard of a passenger car be used.
- the invention is based on the object, a switch of the beginning mentioned genus, which is given a preferably given Miniaturization has a high switching safety, where it consists of a few Components should be designed.
- the Actuator is a rotatably mounted actuator rocker, which in two Situations can be brought, wherein they in a state of the state Contact element transferred to a first stable switching state and in the another situation, the contact element in a second stable Switching state transferred.
- the switching function of the switch according to the invention is characterized by the Contact element taken over, which can be brought into various switching states is. By transferring the contact element into another Switching state, a circuit can be opened or closed or can be switched between different circuits.
- the Conversion of the contact element in one or the other state is at the switch according to the invention achieved by the actuator, the the inventive training as actuator rocker has.
- the actuator rocker is rotatable, preferably in rotary recordings, recorded, in which it can be brought into two states. In each Situation state, the actuator rocker acts on the contact element, wherein z. B. is reached, that the actuator rocker in a position state, the contact element opens and closes the contact element in the other position state.
- the few components of the switch according to the invention namely the Contact element and the actuator are miniaturized. A very small trained actuator rocker can thereby still trained and be taken that with her a safe influence of the Contact element is achievable. Despite the few components is a high Switching security ensured.
- the Actuator rocker is an elongated profile body, which at its free ends Having coaxially aligned bearing pin. Through the training the actuator rocker as profile body is this with a sufficient provided mechanical strength. About the at the free ends of the Profile body arranged bearing pin, the actuator rocker rotatable be recorded.
- a the journal has a double cam-like design and that this Bearing pin is clamped between two holding members, said the distance between the holding members is less than the length of the Journal.
- the double cam bearing journal is not radially symmetrical forms, but unbalanced.
- the length of this Bearing pin is larger than its width, so that the scope of this Bearing about the formation of an ellipse has. Is this journal in certain angular positions recorded between two holding organs, whose distance is less than the length of the journal, so this is Bearing pin between the holding organs clamped recordable recordable.
- a next development of the invention provides that the actuator rocker carries the contact element, wherein the contact element as a metal strip is trained. Due to the rotary movement of the actuator rocker is the of this actuator rocker carried contact element moved. It can do that be approached or removed from other electrical conductors be, whereby an electrical line connection can be produced or canceled or switching between different circuits takes place.
- the Training of the contact element as a sheet metal strip justifies a certain elasticity of the contact element, for a safe electrical conductive system of the contact element to other electrical conductive components is advantageous.
- both Journal have a radially symmetrical design and that the Actuator rocker is positively connected to a contact element, as Contact rocker is formed and can be brought into two stable position states.
- This embodiment of the invention will not be the actuator rocker in two transferred mechanically fixed tilting conditions, but the contact element is also formed as a rocker, the two mechanically fixed position states can take.
- the transfer of the contact element of the one Position in the other position is carried out with the actuator rocker, which is positively connected to the contact element.
- the contact element of a Condition brought out and transferred to the other position state become.
- each contact area is preferably formed as a recess.
- a Deepening can engage the key cap form-fitting and thereby a exercise defined pressure on the actuator rocker.
- the keycap points to one Next training at least one Profilelementfuß, the one in the recesses has engaging arm portion.
- the arm portion of a recess on the flanks be transferred into the other well, while a tilting the actuator rocker takes place.
- this actuator rocker By the action of this actuator rocker on the contact element is a safe switching of the contact element allows.
- actuator rocker and contact element are doing a small number of components needed, which are robust and yet can be minimized.
- the tilting of the actuator rocker causes only little switching noise.
- the Actuator rocker about a vertical axis rotatable profile body, which has at least one acting on the contact element projection.
- rotation or pivoting of the actuator rocker does not occur a horizontal axis but around a vertical axis Axis.
- the contact element on a survey with two edges and the projection acts in the divergent Drehlagezurentn the profile body on the flanks.
