Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wickelvorrichtung zum Umwickeln von Gegenständen, insbesondere Paletten, mit Folie.The invention relates to a winding device for wrapping objects, in particular pallets, with film.
Zum Transport von beispielsweise auf Paletten gestapelten Gegenständen, wie Kartons oder dgl., ist es bekannt, die Palette zusammen mit den Gegenständen mit einer Folie, insbesondere einer vorgestreckten Folie, zu umwickeln. Hierdurch sind die Gegenstände auf der Palette sicher gehalten. Das Umwickeln von Paletten erfolgt häufig von Hand. Da dies jedoch äußerst personal- und damit kostenintensiv ist, sind ferner Wickelvorrichtungen, d.h. automatisch arbeitende Wickelmaschinen, bekannt. Diese weisen einen Drehtisch auf, auf den die zu umwickelnde Palette gestellt wird. Zum Umwickeln der Palette wird der Drehtisch um eine vertikale Achse gedreht. Ferner ist die Folienrolle auf einem vertikal verschiebbaren Rollenhalter gehalten. Von der Folienrolle wird durch das Drehen der Palette die Folie abgezogen bzw. abgewickelt. Während dieses Abwickelvorgangs erfolgt ein vertikales Verschieben der Folienrolle, so dass die Palette, bzw. die auf der Palette gestapelten Gegenstände, über ihre gesamt Höhe mit Folie umwickelt werden.For transporting, for example, objects stacked on pallets, such as cartons or the like, it is known to wrap the pallet together with the articles with a film, in particular a pre-stretched film. Mit dem Wickelarm ist wiederum ein Rollenhalter zur Aufnahme einer Folienrolle verbunden, wobei der Wickelarm zum Umwickeln der Gegenstände gedreht wird, so dass die Folienrolle um die Gegenstände herum geführt wird. Bei der in JP 03111214 beschriebenen Wickelvorrichtung ist der Haltearm mit einem Hubwagen verbunden. Hierdurch ist es möglich, mit Hilfe von kabelförmigen Auflageelementen des Hubwagens Paletten zu transportieren und diese, ohne sie beispielsweise auf eine Wickelvorrichtung mit Drehtisch absetzen zu müssen, zu umwickeln. Ein derartiger Hubwagen mit Wickelvorrichtung hat allerdings den Nachteil, dass insbesondere der Haltearm und der Wickelarm beim herkömmlichen Verwenden des Hubwagens, d.h. beim Transport von Paletten, die nicht umwickelt werden sollen, störend sind. Insbesondere ist es stets erforderlich, ein relativ großes Gewicht mitzuführen, wodurch das Handling des Hubwagens beeinträchtigt wird. Des Weiteren ist insbesondere der horizontale Teil des Haltearms störend, da hierdurch die Stapelhöhe von Gegenständen auf der Palette begrenzt ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Wickelvorrichtung weist einen Basiskörper auf, in dem beispielsweise Steuergeräte und dgl. untergebracht sind. Mit dem Haltearm, insbesondere dem horizontalen Arm, ist ein Wickelarm zum Umwickeln von insbesondere auf einer Palette angeordneten Gegenständen drehbar verbunden. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Basiskörper mit einem Befestigungselement verbunden. Das Befestigungselement dient zum Befestigen der erfindungsgemäßen Wickelvorrichtung an Auflageelementen eines Hubwagens, die üblicherweise gabelförmig ausgebildet sind. Es ist somit möglich, die erfindungsgemäße Wickelvorrichtung mit Hilfe der Befestigungselemente an den Auflageelementen bzw. Gabeln eines herkömmlichen Hubwagens zu befestigen. Es ist somit möglich, durch Befestigen der Wickelvorrichtung an einem Hubwagen eine mobile Wickelvorrichtung zu schaffen, mit der beispielsweise Paletten transportiert und umwickelt werden können. Hierdurch ist ein Absetzen der Palette beispielsweise auf einen Drehteller einer stationären Wickelvorrichtung nicht mehr erforderlich. Ferner weist die Erfindung den Vorteil auf, dass die Wickelvorrichtung auf einfache Weise von dem Hubwagen gelöst werden kann, so dass der Hubwagen zum herkömmlichen Transport etc. von Paletten eingesetzt werden kann, wobei die Funktionsfähigkeit und Einsatzmöglichkeit des Hubwagens nicht durch die Wickelvorrichtung beeinträchtigt ist.The winding device according to the invention has a base body in which, for example, control devices and the like are housed. Diese Ausführungsform der Befestigungselemente hat ferner den Vorteil, dass die Lage der Wickelvorrichtung bezogen auf den Hubwagen auf einfache Weise, nämlich durch einfaches Einstecken der Auflageelemente in die Befestigungselemente definiert ist.
