Claims (8)
- Spaltrohrmotorpumpe mit einer dem Rotorraum (15) des Motors (2) vorgeschalteten Einrichtung zur Verhinderung eines Übertritts von in der Förderflüssigkeit enthaltenen Feststoffen und einem Flüssigkeitskreislauf zur Kühlung der im Rotorraum (15) vorhandenen Flüssigkeit, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination folgender Merkmale:a) vor dem Übertritt des Radseitenraums (16) der Pumpe (1 ) in den Motorbereich (2) ist eine auf der Welle (6) der Spaltrohrmotorpumpe befestigte Schleuderscheibe (19; 26) angeordnet;b) die Schleuderscheibe (19; 26) ist umgeben von einem Raum (21), der sich zur Pumpenseite hin konisch erweitert;c) die Schleuderscheibe (19; 26) bildet einen Axialspalt (22) mit einem zwischen Pumpenteil (1) und Motorteil (2) angeordneten Gehäuseteil (9);d) über einen außerhalb des Motors (2) angeordneten Wärmeaustauscher (3) wird die im Rotorraum (15) vorhandene Flüssigkeit in einem Kreislauf geführt.
- Spaltrohrmotorpumpe nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch mehrere auf der Rückseite des Pumpenlaufrades (7) vorgesehene Rückenschaufeln (17).
- Spaltrohrmotorpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch ein im Rotorraum (15) auf der zur Pumpe (1) hin gerichteten Seite angeordnetes Axiallager (12), welches einen engen Radialspalt (23) mit dem das Axiallager (12) umgebenden Gehäuseteil (9) bildet.
- Spaltrohrmotorpumpe nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch ein auf einem mit der Welle (6) rotierenden Axiallager (12) angeordnetes, in Richtung der Pumpenseite förderndes Gewinde (24).
- Spaltrohrmotorpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch ein auf der Welle (6) angeordnetes Pumpenrad (14) zur Aufrechterhaltung des über den Wärmeaustauscher (3) geführten Kreislaufes.
- Spaltrohrmotorpumpe nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch ein auf der Welle angeordnetes Keramik-Gleitlager (10,11,12,13), welches einerseits unmittelbar und anderseits mittelbar über in der Welle (6) angeordnete Bohrungen (27) durch die im Rotorraum (15) der Spaltrohrmotorpumpe befindliche Flüssigkeit geschmiert wird.
- Spaltrohrmotorpumpe nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine federnd ausgebildete Schleuderscheibe (19), mit welcher die Lagerhülse (13) mit Vorspannung auf der Welle (6) befestigt ist.
- Spaltrohrmotorpumpe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleuderscheibe (26) aus mehreren Federscheiben (25) zusammengesetzt ist.
