- the engagement portions of the bar that engage with the drive means used for its translational movement are separated longitudinally on the active portions that engage with the sleeves, making the spinning frame compact in its structure and avoiding the structural complexities that would be due to the sharing of the spaces available between the drive means for moving the bar, and the drive means for rotating the spindles.
- Another advantageous aspect is that the release of the reserve belonging to the doffed bobbin occurs when the rail is raised, limiting the risk of the said reserve spoiling the newly forming yarn.

Claims (9)
- Dispositif de pinçage d'un fil de sous-renvidage pour un métier à filer à anneaux, ledit métier à filer comprenant une pluralité de broches (2) disposées le long d'un axe longitudinal (X-X) du métier à filer (1), chaque broche s'étendant le long d'un axe vertical de rotation (Y-Y) ;
ledit dispositif de pinçage comprenant :un collier (14) fixé à ladite broche (2) ;un manchon (24), couplé en rotation à ladite broche (2) et capable de glisser le long dudit axe de rotation (Y-Y); etune barre (40) comportant au moins une partie active (42) s'engageant avec ledit manchon (24) de la broche (2), ladite barre (40) étant capable de déplacer ledit dispositif d'une configuration fermée, dans laquelle ledit manchon (24) se trouve dans une position supérieure pour pincer le fil de sous-renvidage entre ledit collier (14) et ledit manchon (24), à une configuration ouverte, dans laquelle ledit manchon (24) se trouve dans une position inférieure pour libérer le fil de sous-renvidage;ladite barre (40) étant supportée au niveau d'une pluralité de points d'appui (70a, 70b) disposés le long d'un axe de support (Z-Z),ledit dispositif de pinçage étant caractérisé en ce que ledit axe de support (Z-Z) de la barre (40) intersecte au moins l'une desdites parties actives (42) de la barre (40). - Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit axe de support (Z-Z) de la barre (40) repose dans un plan central longitudinal (M-M) de ladite barre (40).
- Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite barre (40) comprend une partie en forme de C (43a).
- Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ladite barre (40) comprend une bande (43b) qui forme, conjointement avec la barre en forme de C, une section fermée sur ladite barre (40).
- Dispositif de pinçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite barre (40) comprend le long dudit axe longitudinal (X-X) du métier à filer (1) au moins une ouverture traversante (60) à travers ladite barre dans le sens de l'axe vertical (Y-Y), afin d'ajuster ladite barre (40) sur chaque broche (2) du métier à filer (1).
- Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ladite partie active (42) s'étend autour de ladite ouverture (60).
- Dispositif de pinçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit dispositif de pinçage comprend également un moyen d'entraînement (100) destiné à déplacer ladite barre afin d'ouvrir/de fermer ledit dispositif de pinçage, ledit moyen d'entraînement (100) s'engageant avec ladite barre (40) dans au moins une partie d'engagement (64) de ladite barre (40).
- Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 7, dans lequel au moins l'une desdites parties d'engagement (64) de la barre (40) est séparée longitudinalement d'au moins l'une desdites parties actives (42).
- Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel ledit moyen d'entraînement (100) comprend un actionneur pneumatique (102, 104).
