Abstract

Winkelsteckverbinder mit einem Steckerteil und einem Flanschteil, wobei das Steckerteil gegenüber dem Flanschteil zur Festlegung der Abgangsrichtung verdrehbar ist. Das Steckerteil ist über mindestens einen Haltering, der in einer Ringnut eingreift, an dem Flansch mit Drehwiderstand befestigt. Hierzu weist die Ringnut an den beiden gegenüberliegenden Seiten in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Wellen auf, die den Haltering in die durch die Wellen gebildete Form zwängen und bei der Drehung den Haltering entsprechend der Wellenform verformen. Bei einem derartigen Winkelsteckverbinder ist das Drehmoment temperaturunabhängig und die Abgangsrichtung stufenlos einstellbar. Über die Benutzungsdauer wird ein geringer Drehmomentabfall gewährleistet und es kann ein breites Drehmomentspektrum eingestellt werden.
