Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verpackung, mit Golf-Tees und anderen zum Golfspiel verwendeten Kleinartikeln nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Als Golf-Tee werden die Aufnahmen bezeichnet, auf die der Golfball zum Abschlag gelegt wird. Die Tees weisen dazu einen Schaft mit einer Spitze auf, die in die Erde gesteckt wird, und einen sich meist konisch erweiternden Kopf mit einer Vertiefung, in die der Golfball gelegt wird. Die Tees können beispielsweise aus Holz, Kunststoff oder biodegradierbarem Material bestehen. Aus GB-A 353272 ist bereits eine Verpackung für Golf-Tees aus einer aus einem Zuschnitt gebildeten Hülle gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 bekannt.
  • Weitere zum Golfspiel verwendete eher kurzlebige Kleinartikel, die aus den gleichen Materialien bestehen können, stellen Divot-Gabeln sowie Ball-Marker dar. Die Divot-Gabel wird zum Ausbessern von Einschlägen des Balles am Green verwendet. Den Ballmarker verwendet man zum Markieren des Balles am Green.
  • Golf-Tees, Divot-Gabeln und Ball-Marker werden meist in Tüten oder Schachteln aufbewahrt, die relativ groß und daher entsprechend unbequem sind. Aus US-A-6 102 201 ist bereits ein an einem Gürtel befestigbares Accessoire bekannt, das Schlaufen zum Einstecken von Golf-Tees, ein Loch zum Einstecken eines Ball-Markers und eine Tasche zur Aufnahme einer Divot-Gabel aufweist.
  • Aus US-A-1 789 910 ist eine Verpackung mit Golf-Tees aus einem Zuschnitt bekannt. Der Zuschnitt weist einen dreieckförmig gefalteten und mit Löchern zum Einstecken der Golf-Tees versehenen ersten Abschnitt und einen zweiten daran angehefteten und als Score-Karte ausgebildeten Abschnitt auf, der über die Golf-Tees geklappt wird.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine einfache, kleinvolumige Verpackung bereitzustellen, die möglichst alle zum Golfspielen verwendeten Kleinartikel gut zugänglich enthält.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß mit der im Anspruch 1 gekennzeichneten Verpackung erreicht. In den Unteransprüchen sind vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung wiedergegeben.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Verpackung besteht aus einem im wesentlichen rechteckigen Zuschnitt aus Karton, Kunststoff oder dgl. flächigem Material. Aus diesem Zuschnitt wird eine Hülle gebildet, deren wesentliche Abschnitte ein Vorderwandabschnitt, ein Rückwandabschnitt und ein Deckelabschnitt sind. Die Hülle wird durch Knicken dieser Abschnitte um Knicklinien zwischen diesen Abschnitten erhalten.
  • Im Vorderwandabschnitt, und zwar vorzugsweise in einem stufenförmigen Abschnitt im Vorderwandabschnitt, sind vorzugsweise vier bis sechs ausgestanzte Löcher vorgesehen, in die jeweils ein Golf-Tee steckbar ist. Der Deckelabschnitt wird über die in die Vorderwand gesteckten Golf-Tees geklappt, um die Verpackung zu schließen.
  • Der stufenförmige Abschnitt wird durch zwei quer verlaufende Rill- oder Knicklinien in der Vorderwand gebildet. Der Vorderwandabschnitt und der Rückwandabschnitt sind vorzugsweise durch eine quer verlaufende Knicklinie miteinander verbunden.
  • Um die Köpfe der in die Vorderwand gesteckten Golf-Tees zu übergreifen, ist ein Verbindungsabschnitt vorgesehen, der über jeweils eine quer verlaufende Rill- oder Knicklinie mit dem Deckelabschnitt und dem Rückwandabschnitt verbunden ist. Zum Schließen der Hülle kann der Deckelabschnitt an seine vorderen Ende eine Einstecklasche aufweisen, die in einen Einsteckschlitz an einer entsprechenden Gegenseite der Verpackung, beispielsweise in dem Vorderwandabschnitt, steckbar ist. Anstelle einer Einstecklasche kann jedoch z.B. auch eine Klebelasche vorgesehen sein, die an der entsprechenden Gegenseite der Verpackung anklebbar ist. Freilich können auch andere Maßnahmen zum Schließen der Verpackung getroffen sein.
  • Der Rückwandabschnitt weist vorzugsweise einen so vorgestanzten Abschnitt auf, dass aus ihm ein Aufhänger der Verpackung für einen Verkaufsständer gebildet werden kann.
  • Die Verpackung ist ferner zur Aufnahme wenigstens eines oder mehrerer Ball-Markers und wenigstens einer Divot-Gabel ausgebildet. Dazu weist der Zuschnitt wenigstens ein weiteres Loch auf, durch das ein Ball-Marker mit seiner Spitze hindurch gesteckt werden kann.
  • Die Divot-Gabel wird mit dem Ball-Marker befestigt, und zwar dadurch, dass der Ball-Marker mit seiner Spitze durch das Loch in dem Zuschnitt hindurch und dann in eine entsprechende Bohrung oder dgl. Vertiefung in der Divot-Gabel mit Klemmsitz gesteckt wird. Die Löcher zur Aufnahme der Ball-Marker in der Verpackung sind in einem Innenwandabschnitt vorgesehen, der mit dem Vorderwandabschnitt über wenigstens eine vorzugsweise jedoch zwei quer verlaufende Knicklinien verbunden ist, um einen Verbindungsabschnitt zu bilden, der sich über die zwischen dem Innenabschnitt und dem Vorderwandabschnitt angeordnete Divot-Gabel erstreckt.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Verpackung kann ferner zur Aufnahme eines Bleistifts oder dergleichen Schreibgerät ausgebildet sein.
  • Dazu kann an dem Verbindungsabschnitt zwischen dem Vorderwandabschnitt und dem Innenwandabschnitt an der Innenseite, also an der der Divot-Gabel zugewandten Seite des Verbindungsabschnitts, wenigstens eine Schlaufe vorgesehen sein.
  • Die Schlaufe wird vorzugsweise dadurch gebildet, dass an dem Verbindungsabschnitt zwei Längsschnitte vorgesehen werden, die sich über die Knicklinie zwischen dem Verbindungsabschnitt und dem Innenwandabschnitt hinweg erstrecken, wobei der Teil des Zuschnitts zwischen diesen beiden Längsschnitten zur Bildung der Schlaufe nach innen, also in Richtung der Divot-Gabel gedrückt wird.
  • Nachstehend ist eine Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung anhand der Zeichnung beispielhaft näher erläutert. Darin zeigen:

  • Gemäß Fig. 2 besteht die Verpackung aus einem im wesentlichen rechteckigen Zuschnitt, der gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 einen Vorderwandabschnitt 1, einen Rückwandabschnitt 2, einen Deckelabschnitt 3 und einen Innenwandabschnitt 4 aufweist.
  • Der Vorderwandabschnitt 1 ist mit dem Rückwandabschnitt 2 über eine Knicklinie 5 verbunden, die wie alle nachstehend genannten Knicklinien auch, quer zur Längsrichtung des Zuschnitts verläuft. Das heißt, alle Knicklinien laufen parallel zueinander. Das gilt auch für die nachstehend genannten Knicklinien.
  • Zur Verbindung des Deckelabschnitts 3 mit dem Rückwandabschnitt 2 ist ein Verbindungsabschnitt 6 vorgesehen, der mit dem Deckelabschnitt 2 bzw. dem Rückwandabschnitt 2 über eine Knicklinie 7 bzw. 8 verbunden ist. Ferner ist ein Verbindungsabschnitt 9 vorgesehen, der mit dem Innenwandabschnitt 4 über eine Knicklinie 11 und mit dem Vorderwandabschnitt 1 über eine Knicklinie 12 verbunden ist.
  • In dem Vorderwandabschnitt 1 der Verpackung (Fig. 1) ist ein stufenförmiger Abschnitt 13 vorgesehen, in dem z.B. sechs nebeneinander mit gleichem Abstand in einer quer verlaufenden Reihe angeordnete Löcher 14 zum Einstecken je eines Golf-Tees 15 vorgesehen sind. Der stufenförmige Abschnitt 13 wird durch Umknicken des Zuschnitts an den beiden Knicklinien 16, 17 in dem Vorderwandabschnitt 1 gebildet. Gemäß Fig. 1 sind die Köpfe 18 der Golf-Tees 15 mit ihrer Ausnehmung 19 auf der Oberseite des stufenförmigen Abschnitts 13 angeordnet, während sich die in der Zeichnung nicht sichtbaren Spitzen der Golf-Tees 15 zu der Knicklinie 5 zwischen dem Vorderwandabschnitt 1 und dem Innenwandabschnitt 4 der Verpackung erstrecken. Damit sind die Köpfe 18 der Golf-Tees 15 bei geöffnetem Deckelabschnitt 3 der Verpackung gemäß Fig. 1 außen angeordnet, sodass sie mit der Hand aus den Löchern 14 in dem stufenförmigen Abschnitt 13 der Verpackung herausgezogen werden können.
  • An dem Innenwandabschnitt 4 ist auf der dem Vorderwandabschnitt 1 zugewandten Seite der Verpackung eine Divot-Gabel 21 befestigt. Zur Befestigung der Divot-Gabel 21 wird wenigstens ein Ball-Marker 22 verwendet, der mit seiner Spitze 23 durch ein Loch in dem Innenwandabschnitt 4 hindurch mit Klemmsitz in eine Bohrung 25 in der Divot-Gabel 21 gesteckt wird.
  • In ein weiteres Loch 24 in dem Innenwandabschnitt 4 kann ein weiterer Ball-Marker 22 mit seiner Spitze gesteckt sein, ohne in die Divot-Gabel 21 einzugreifen. Der Kopf 30 der Ball-Marker 22 ist also zwischen dem Rückwandabschnitt 2 und dem Innenwandabschnitt 4 der Packung angeordnet. Zur Entnahme der Divot-Gabel 21 wird die Verpackung soweit aufgeklappt, dass die Ball-Marker 22 am Kopf 30 ergriffen werden können, um sie aus der Bohrung 25 in der Divot-Gabel 21 herausziehen zu können.
  • Die Breite des Verbindungsabschnitts 9 entspricht mindestens der Dicke der Divot-Gabel 21. Die Breite des Verbindungsabschnitts 6 entspricht wenigstens dem maximalen Durchmesser der Köpfe 18 der Golf-Tees 15 plus der Breite des Verbindungsabschnitts 9.
  • Zum Schließen der Packung ist eine Einstecklasche 26 an dem freien Ende des Deckelabschnitts 3 vorgesehen, die in einen beispielsweise bogenförmigen Einsteckschlitz 27 steckbar ist, der sich in dem Vorderwandabschnitt 1 zwischen dem stufenförmigen Abschnitt 13 und der Knicklinie 5 befindet, mit der der Vorderwandabschnitt 1 an dem Rückwandabschnitt 2 angelenkt ist.
  • In den Rückwandabschnitt 2 ist eine Lasche 28 gestanzt, die um die Knicklinie 7 nach außen verschwenkt werden kann. Die Lasche 28 kann als Aufhänger verwendet werden. Dazu weist sie einen vorgestanzten Schlitz 29 auf.
  • Die Verpackung ist also als Hülle ausgebildet. Dazu werden um den Innenwandabschnitt 4 die übrigen Abschnitte, 9, 1, 2, 6 und 3 des Zuschnitts (Fig. 2) durch Umknicken des Zuschnitts an den Knicklinien 11, 12, 5, 7 und 8 gewickelt. Zudem wird aus dem Abschnitt 13 des Zuschnitts durch Umknicken an den Knicklinien 16, 17 die Stufe 13 (Fig. 1) gebildet.
  • Die Verpackung weist ferner eine Aufnahme für einen Bleistift 32 oder dergleichen Schreibgerät auf. Dazu ist an dem Verbindungsabschnitt 9 zwischen dem Vorderwandabschnitt 1 und dem Innenwandabschnitt 4 an der Innenseite, also an der der Devot-Gabel 21 zugewandten Seite des Verbindungsabschnitts 9 der Verpackung, eine Schlaufe 33 vorgesehen.
  • Die Schlaufe 33 wird dadurch gebildet, dass an dem Verbindungsabschnitt 9 zwei Längsschnitte 34, 35 angebracht werden, die sich über die Knicklinie 11 zwischen dem Verbindungsabschnitt 9 und dem Innenwandabschnitt 4 hinweg erstrecken. Das Teil des Zuschnitts zwischen den beiden Querschnitten 34, 35 wird zur Bildung der Schlaufe 33 nach innen, also in Richtung der Divot-Gabel 21 der Verpackung gemäß Figur 1 gedrückt. Dazu ist die Knicklinie 36 vorgesehen, mit der die Schlaufe 33 an dem Innenwandabschnitt 4 befestigt ist, sowie die Knicklinie 37 im mittleren Bereich der Schlaufe 33.
  • Insbesondere die Außenseiten der Verpackung, wie z.B. die Außenseite des Deckelabschnitts 3 können beispielsweise mit einem Werbeaufdruck bedruckt sein.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Verpackung eignet sich besonders als Werbeträger insbesondere für sogenannte (Start-)Geschenke bei einem Turnier oder anderen Golfevents, bei denen ein Sponsor zum einen Werbung macht und gleichzeitig notwendiges Zubehör verschenkt.

Claims (10)

  1. Verpackung mit Golf-Tees und anderen zum Golfspielen verwendeten Kleinartikeln, mit einer aus einem Zuschnitt gebildeten Hülle mit einem Vorderwandabschnitt (1), einem Rückwandabschnitt (2) und einem auf den Vorderwandabschnitt (1) klappbaren Deckelabschnitt (3), die die in Löcher (14) im Vorderwandabschnitt (1) gesteckten Golf-Tees (15) umschließen, und mit einem Innenwandabschnitt (4), der mit dem Vorderwandabschnitt (1) über wenigstens eine Knicklinie (11, 12) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Innenwandabschnitt (4) wenigstens ein Loch gestanzt ist, durch das ein Ball-Marker (22) mit seiner Spitze (23) in eine Bohrung (25) oder dergleichen Vertiefung mit Klemmsitz in einer Divot-Gabel (21) gesteckt ist.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorderwandabschnitt (1) einen durch zwei Knicklinien (16, 17) gebildeten stufenförmigen Abschnitt (13) aufweist, in dem die Löcher (14) zum Einstecken der Golf-Tees (15) vorgesehen sind.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorderwandabschnitt (1) und der Rückwandabschnitt (2) durch wenigstens eine Knicklinie (5) miteinander verbunden sind.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Verbindungsabschnitt (6) vorgesehen ist, der über jeweils eine Knicklinie (7, 8) den Deckelabschnitt (3) mit dem Rückwandabschnitt (2) verbindet.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Rückwandabschnitt (2) eine Lasche (28) für einen Aufhänger gestanzt ist.
  6. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Divot-Gabel (21) an der dem Vorderwandabschnitt (1) zugewandten Seite des Innenwandabschnitts (4) der Verpackung angeordnet ist.
  7. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Verbindungsabschnitt (9) vorgesehen ist, der über jeweils eine Knicklinie (11, 12) den Innenwandabschnitt (4) mit dem Vorderwandabschnitt (1) verbindet.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt eine Schlaufe (33) aufweist, in die ein Schreibgerät (32) gesteckt ist.
  9. Verpackung nach Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlaufe (33) an dem Verbindungsabschnitt (9) zwischen dem Vorderwandabschnitt (1) und dem Innenwandabschnitt (4) vorgesehen ist.
  10. Verpackung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bildung der Schlaufe (33) an dem Verbindungsabschnitt (9) zwei Längsschnitte (34, 35) vorgesehen sind, die sich über die Knicklinie (11) zwischen dem Verbindungsabschnitt (9) und dem Innenwandabschnitt (4) hinweg erstrecken, wobei der Teil des Zuschnitts zwischen den beiden Längsschnitten (34, 35) zur Bildung der Schlaufe (33) nach innen gedrückt wird.
