Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Beheizung eines wärmetechnischen Gerätes, insbesondere eines Heizkessels, mit festem, schüttfähigem Brennmaterial, insbesondere Holzpellets, mit einem Brenner (7), der eine oberhalb eines Ascheraums (2) angeordnete, mit dem Brennmaterial und mit Verbrennungsluft beaufschlagbare Brennkammer (19) enthält, die eine nach oben weisende Flammaustrittsöffnung (20) aufweist und über eine bodenseitige Entsorgungsluke (21), der ein bewegliches, mit Durchtrittsöffnungen (34) für Primärluft versehenes Verschlussorgan (22) zugeordnet ist, in den Ascheraum (2) entleerbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das der Entsorgungsluke (21) zugeordnete Verschlussorgan (22) als doppelwandige, einen Hohlraum enthaltende Platte ausgebildet ist, deren obere Wandung als die Durchtrittsöffnungen (34) für die Primärluft enthaltende Rostplatte (36) und deren untere hiervon distanzierte Wandung als öffnungslose, den Ascheraum (2) gegenüber der Brennkammer (19) verschließende Verschlussplatte (37) ausgebildet ist, und dass der zwischen der Rostplatte (36) und der Verschlussplatte (37) ausgebildete Hohlraum als mit einem durch eine Trennwand (16) von der benachbarten Brennkammer (19) getrennten, mit Luft beaufschlagbaren Druckraum (18) kommunizierender Luftkanal (44) ausgebildet ist, von dem die Durchtrittsöffnungen (34) für die Primärluft abgehen und der mit einem zu einer Sekundärluftöffnung (35) führenden Strömungskanal (45) kommuniziert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussorgan (22) als im Bereich seiner Seitenkanten verschiebbar gelagerter Schieber ausgebildet ist, der vorzugsweise mit einer rückwärtigen Schubstange (25) verbunden ist, die mittels eines im Bereich der Brennerrückseite angeordneten Linearmotors (23) betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brenner (7) ein kastenförmiges Gehäuse (9) aufweist, das zumindest im der Entsorgungsluke (21) zugeordneten, unteren Bereich doppelwandig ausgebildet ist, wobei der lichte Abstand der jeweils eine zur Bildung der Entsorgungsluke (21) vorgesehene Fensterausnehmung (40) enthaltenden Wände (38, 39) dieses Doppelwandbereichs der Dicke des das Verschlussorgan (22) bildenden Schiebers entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem das Verschlussorgan (22) bildenden Schieber eine mit seiner Oberseite zusammenwirkende Abstreifeinrichtung (56) zugeordnet ist, die vorzugsweise durch den die Fensterausnehmung (40) der oberen Wand (39) begrenzenden, unteren Randbereich der Trennwand (16) gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (9) einen an den unteren doppelwandigen Bereich anschließenden, vorderen doppelwandigen Bereich aufweist, dessen Innenraum den den Luftkanal (44) des Verschlussorgans (22) mit der im Bereich des vorderen Rands der Flammaustrittsöffnung (20) vorgesehenen Sekundärluftöffnung (35) verbindenden Strömungskanal (45) bildet, wobei vorzugsweise zumindest die obere Rostplatte (36) des Verschlussorgans (22) im Bereich ihres vorderen Rands eine Zahnkontur (47) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (9) in seinem oberen Bereich doppelwandig ausbildet ist, dessen Innenraum (49) einen den Druckraum (18) mit einer im Bereich der hinteren Kante der Flammaustrittsöffnung (20) vorgesehenen Sekundärluftöffnung (35) verbindenden Strömungskanal bildet und der vorzugsweise von einem Zuführschacht (13) für das Brennmaterial durchgriffen ist, der im Bereich des Zwischenraums (49) mit wenigstens einer Lufteintrittsöffnung (50) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brenner (7) ein kastenförmiges, als Stahl-Bauteil ausgebildetes Gehäuse (9) aufweist, das mit einem umfangsseitigen Befestigungsflansch (10) versehen und hiermit an einem zugeordneten Anbauflansch (8) des wärmetechnischen Gerätes anbringbar ist und dass die außerhalb des wärmetechnischen Gerätes (1) sich befindende Rückwand (24) des Gehäuses (9) als Träger für dem Brenner (7) zugeordnete Hilfsaggregate ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der unter dem in das wärmetechnische Gerät (1) hineinragenden Bereich des Brenners (7) vorgesehene Ascheraum (2) über dem ganzen Querschnitt des wärmetechnischen Gerätes (1) ungeteilt ist und dass das wärmetechnische Gerät (1) wenigstens zwei vorzugsweise einander gegenüberliegende, von einem Anbauflansch (8) umfasste Brennereinschuböffnungen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (41) und die der Trennwand (16) gegenüberliegende Vorderwand des Brennraums (19) durch jeweils eine Schamotteplatte (51 bzw. 53) abgedeckt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem aus dem wärmetechnischen Gerät (1) herausragenden Bereich des Brenners (7) eine an das wärmetechnische Gerät (1) anschließende Einhausung (57) zugeordnet ist.
