Claims (13)
- Profilvariation an Flachschlüsseln (1) für eine hierarchisch schliessbare Schliessanlage bzw. den Schlüsselkanälen der zugehörigen Schliesszylinder, wobei die Schlüsselbreitseiten (6) in Schlüssellängsrichtung verlaufende Nuten (7) und die Schlüsselkanäle dazu korrespondierende Rippen aufweisen, wobei ferner die Individualität und insbesondere die Schliesshierarchie durch unterschiedliche Neigung der Nutflanken (7', 7") einer oder mehrerer Variierungsnuten (7) zur Schlüsselbreitfläche bestimmt sind, welche Nutflanken (7', 7") von in Schlüssellängsrichtung verlaufenden Zentrumsgeraden (Z, Z') und Abstandsmaßen dazu definiert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei sich schneidende Flanken (7', 7") einer Variierungsnut (7) auf Geraden verlaufen, die durch die Endpunkte (8) eines die Zentrumsgerade mit dem Abstandsmaß umgebenden Halbkreisbogens (B) gehen und sich in einem auf dem Halbkreisbogen (B) liegenden Punkt (P) schneiden.
- Profilvariation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endpunkte (8) in der Schlüsselbreitseitenebene (6) oder parallel versetzt zu dieser liegen.
- Profilvariation nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Radien der Halbkreisbögen (B) von zumindest zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Variierungsnuten (7) parazentrisch überlappen.
- Profilvariation nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine zur Schlüsselbreitseitenebene (B) parallel verlaufende Ebene, die von mindestens zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Nuten (7) geschnitten wird.
- Profilvariation nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbkreisbögen (B) verschiedener Variierungsnuten (7) unterschiedlich großen Durchmesser haben.
- Profilvariation nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine geradlinige Anzahl an Flanken (7', 7") einer Variierungsnut, von denen sich jeweils zwei rechtwinklig in einem auf dem Halbkreisbogen (B) liegenden Schnittpunkt (P) schneiden.
- Profilvariation nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Flanken (7', 7") einer Variierungsnut (7) in mindestens einem in der Halbkreisfläche liegenden Kamm stumpfwinklig schneiden.
- Profilvariation nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch sich teilüberlappende Halbkreisbögen (B).
- Schliessanlage mit einer Mehrzahl von Schließzylindern mit voneinander abweichenden Schließungen und dazu passenden Schlüsseln, deren Schlüsselbreitseiten (6) in Schlüssellängsrichtung verlaufende Nuten (7) und die Schlüsselkanäle dazu korrespondierende Rippen aufweisen, wobei die Individualität und insbesondere die Schließhierarchie durch unterschiedliche Neigung der Nutflanken (7', 7") einer oder mehrerer Variierungsnuten (7) zur Schlüsselbreitfläche bestimmt sind, welche Nutflanken (7', 7") von in Schlüssellängsrichtung verlaufenden Zentrumsgeraden (Z, Z') und Abstandsmaßen dazu definiert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei sich schneidende Flanken (7', 7") einer Variierungsnut (7) auf Geraden verlaufen, die durch die Endpunkte (8) eines die Zentrumsgeraden (Z, Z') mit dem Abstandsmaß umgebenden Halbkreisbogens (B) gehen und sich in einem auf dem Halbkreisbogen liegenden Punkt (P) schneiden.
- Schliessanlage nach Anspruch 9, wobei mindestens ein übergeordneter Schlüssel eine Flankengestaltung gemäß Anspruch 6 oder 7 aufweist.
- Schliessanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Schlüssel, insbesondere einem Generalhauptschlüssel das Querschnittsprofil mindestens einer Variierungsnut (7) als Polygon sich der Halbkreisfläche annähert.
- Flachschlüssel mit Schlüsselreide (3) und Schlüsselschaft (2), welcher Schliesskerben oder dergleichen zum Einordnen von Zuhaltungsstiften und Variierungsnuten (7) aufweist, welche zur Bestimmung einer Schliesshierarchie unterschiedlich querschnittsprofiliert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Individualisierung des Schlüssels (1) zu einer Schliessanlage das Querschnittsprofil des Schlüsselschaftes (2) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche profiliert ist.
- Schliesszylinder mit einem Schlüsselkanal zum Einstecken eines mit Variierungsnuten (7) ausgestatteten Flachschlüssels (1), wobei die Rippen des Schlüsselkanals mit den Nuten (7) der Schlüsselbreitseite (6) eines passenden Schlüssels korrespondieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen das Reziprokprofil der Variierungsnuten (7) nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausbilden.
