Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a palletizable system for stacking and transporting plates, in particular plates of glass wool, extruded or expanded polystyrene or rock wool.
Sheets of glass wool, extruded or expanded polystyrene or rock wool are mainly used for insulation purposes. The materials are continuously made in large webs and cut into sheets of predetermined size at the end of the manufacturing process. The corresponding plates are summarized in the factory to stacks and transported as a stack to the end user. Usually, the plates are handled in pallet systems in the factory, usually four small wooden pallets with corresponding plate stacks are stacked side by side on a commercially large wooden pallet, which only serves to transport the pallet systems in the factory.
On the smaller wooden pallets, the plates are automatically stored. Subsequently, the smaller wooden pallets are separated by hand and the plates placed on the smaller wooden pallets are combined with polyethylene band that is wrapped vertically around the respective stack formed.
Then the four smaller wooden pallets with the stacked on them stacked again on the large wooden pallet and wrapped by a horizontally extending polyethylene band. In particular, when stacking polystyrene plates must be provided to avoid the destruction of the stack of plates in the corner by the incising polyethylene tape each edge protection.
Creating these pallet systems is very labor-intensive and requires additional workers to build these pallet systems. The palletizing in this prior art pallet system is also very time consuming and the wooden pallets used are not very economical. These pallet systems are also not very stable.
From US-A-2 778 491 a pallet stack is known in which bricks are summarized.Dort it is already described several sub-stacks with combined brick to summarize larger pallet stacks.
From FR-A-2 531 040 a palletless stack of blocks is known in which receiving areas for the forks of a forklift are left in the lowest deposited layer.
The object of the invention is to provide a palletizable system for stacking and transporting plates, in particular insulation boards, which is easier to handle and overall has a higher stability, at the same time the attributable to the pallet system waste should be minimized as possible.
According to the invention this object is achieved by a pallet system having the features of
Advantageous embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the subsequent claims to the main claim.
Accordingly, the respective lowest plate of the sub-stack can rest on at least two carriers, which advantageously consist of extruded or expanded polystyrene.
The partial stacks can each be wrapped vertically with stretch film, while several partial stacks can be combined side by side by horizontally wrapped stretch film to form a stack composite. In addition, a plurality of sub-stacks can be vertically stacked or a partial stack with vertically deposited on these plates or a partial stack composite with vertically deposited on these sub-stacks or plates by vertically extending Stretchfolienumwicklungen be connected.
First of all, the newly created pallet system means that it can be processed fully automatically. The cut sheets can be automatically combined with stretch film to form the corresponding sub-stacks or partial stacks without requiring additional labor. The new pallet system saves input materials because the four small wooden pallets are no longer needed for the individual part stacks. Also, the polyethylene tape used so far and the additionally provided corner protection can be saved due to the use of the stretch film and the carrier of the same material. The stability of the new pallet system is improved and the decisive advantage of the new pallet system is evident when the plates are removed from the pallet stack. Here can be released by cutting each of the various portions of the pallet system surrounding stretch film targeted the part of the stack from which the respective plates to be used are to be removed. The remaining areas of the pallet system, which consist here of the stably wrapped part stacks remain as long as their stability, until later the surrounding stretch film is separated.

Fig. 2 a) aufgelegt werden. The assembled in Fig. 1
When removing the
Of course, the exemplary embodiments illustrated here are only an exemplary arrangement or summary of packages to form a pallet. In the context of the invention, any other units can be combined, for example, a stack of pallets consist of twelve plate packs, eight packages are combined into a sub-stack, resting on the four individual packages, by a corresponding vertically extending stretch film with the sub-stack to a pallet are summarized. The number of packets that can be combined in a partial stack or stacked network and the number of boards combined in a package can be varied as desired within the scope of the invention.
