Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Aussortieren von Fehlflaschen aus einem auf einer Kastenbahn (1) geförderten Flaschenkasten, mit einer Entnahmeeinrichtung für Flaschen, umfassend mehrere Greifer, wobei zur Betätigung der Greifer ein Kolbenzylinderantrieb vorgesehen ist, und wobei der Greifer einzeln ansteuerbar und einzeln vertikal verfahrbar ist., wobei die Fehlflaschen der mindestens einen Flaschensorte nach Erkennen durch eine Erkennungseinrichtung durch eine Entnahmeeinrichtung dem Kasten (10) auf der Kastenbahn (1) entnommen werden, wobei die entnommenen Fehlflaschen (12) in mindestens einen weiteren zweiten Kasten (20) eingestellt werden, der sich neben der Kastenbahn (1) befindet, wobei der zweite Kasten (20) als Zwischenspeicher dient, wobei nach einer bestimmten Anzahl von in dem Zwischenspeicherkasten gesammelter Fehlflaschen (12) solche Fehlflaschen dem Zwischenspeicherkasten entnommen und in einen Kasten auf der Kastenbahn (1) durch die Entnahmeeinrichtung eingestellt werden, wobei dieser mit Fehlflaschen besetzte Kasten von der Kastenbahn ausgeschleust wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Flaschenkasten (10) nach Passieren der Entnahmeeinrichtung auf der Kastenbahn (1) verbleibt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Zwischenspeicherkasten (20) Fehlflaschen (12) einer Sorte gespeichert werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben der Kastenbahn mindestens ein weiterer Zwischenspeicherkasten (25) vorgesehen ist, der der Aufnahme von Gutflaschen (11) von auf der Kastenbahn transportierten Flaschenkästen dient, die leergeräumt werden, um insbesondere vollständig mit Fehlflaschen (12) aus dem Zwischenspeicherkasten (20) gefüllt zu werden. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehrerer der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gutflaschen (11) im Zwischenspeicherkasten (25) dem Auffüllen von entsprechenden Flaschenkästen auf der Kastenbahn dienen. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehrerer der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Speicherkästen (20, 25) in etwa der Anzahl der Flaschensorten entspricht. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehrerer der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Kastenbahn auf einer Ebene mit der Ablage (2, 3) für die Zwischenspeicherkästen befindet. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehrerer der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der Entnahmeeinrichtung ein Kastenzwischenspeicher vorgesehen ist. - Entnahmeeinrichtung für Flachen, umfassend mehrere Greifer (70), wobei der Greifer (70) den Kolbenzylinderantrieb (76) umfasst, wobei der Greifer (70) einzeln ansteuerbar und einzeln vertikal verfahrbar ist
- Entnahmeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Greifer (70) ein Gefach (65) einer Gefacheinrichtung (60) zugeordnet ist. - Entnahmeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den Greifer (70) die Flasche in das Gefach (65) eingezogen wird. - Entnahmeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Entnahmeeinrichtung auf einem Gestell über der oder den Kastenbahnen (1) angeordnet ist, wobei die Entnahmeeinrichtung in X-und Y-Richtung in dem Gestell verfahrbar ist.
