Claims (11)
- Ausgabepumpe zur Ausgabe eines flüssigen Produkts, aufweisend ein Pumpengehäuse (10), das eine Dosierkammer (20) enthält, die zwischen einem oberen Kolben (30), der in einem oberen Teil (11) des Pumpengehäuses (10) gleitet, und einem unteren Kolben (40), der in einem unteren Teil (12) des Pumpengehäuses (10) gleitet, begrenzt ist, wobei der untere Kolben (40) mit einer Feder (50) zusammenwirkt, die in dem unteren Teil (12) des Pumpengehäuses (10) angeordnet ist, wobei der untere Teil (12) des Pumpengehäuses Mittel zur Aufnahme oder Abgabe von Luft (15) aufweist, die das Eintreten und/oder Austreten von Luft während der Betätigung der Pumpe ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (50) von jeglichem Kontakt mit dem flüssigen Produkt isoliert ist, wobei Isolierungsmittel (60) vorgesehen sind, um das Eindringen des flüssigen Produkts in die Mittel zur Aufnahme oder Abgabe von Luft (15) zu verhindern.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Mittel zur Aufnahme oder Abgabe von Luft (15) durch ein Loch gebildet sind, das in dem unteren Teil (12) des Pumpengehäuses (10) gebildet ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Isolierungsmittel (60) eine äußere Hülle aufweisen, die um das Pumpengehäuse (10) angeordnet ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 3, wobei ein Luftdurchgang (61) zwischen der Hülle (60) und dem Pumpengehäuse (10) begrenzt ist, wobei der Luftdurchgang (61) mit dem Luftloch (100) der Pumpe verbunden ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Luftloch (100) einen Filter (80) aufweist, der zum Filtern der eingehenden Luft geeignet ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei die Hülle (60) um das Pumpengehäuse (10) aufgedrückt bzw. aufgeschrumpft ist, wobei der Luftdurchgang (61) durch mindestens eine Nut begrenzt ist, die in der Außenwand des Pumpengehäuses (10) und/oder in der Innenwand der Hülle (60) angeordnet ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, wobei die Hülle (60) einen Radialflansch (65) aufweist, der die Dichtigkeit mit einem Behälter, auf dem die Pumpe angebracht ist, bildet.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Radialflansch (65) eine Kragendichtung bildet.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, wobei die Hülle (60) ein kurzes Rohr (62) aufweist, das die Dichtigkeit mit der Außenwand des Pumpengehäuses (10) bildet.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 9, wobei das kurze Rohr (62) elastisch verformbar ist, um Luft durchzulassen, die aus dem Inneren des Pumpengehäuses (10) durch die Mittel zur Aufnahme oder Abgabe von Luft (15) austritt.
- Ausgabevorrichtung für ein flüssiges Produkt, aufweisend eine Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Pumpe mittels eines Rings oder einer Befestigungskapsel (70) auf einem Behälter angebracht ist.
