Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Aufbrechen und Belüften von blattartigen Materialstapeln, insbesondere von Papierstapeln, bei dem die Blattbogen einzelner Lagen des Materialstapels in ihrer Lage zueinander verschoben werden und anschließend abgelegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Verschiebung der einzelnen Blattbogen (14) einer Lage (5) des Materialstapels (1) in ihren Positionen zueinander und das Belüften dadurch erfolgt, dass die Lage (5) geführt oder geführt und wenigstens einseitig fixiert unter einem vorgegebenen Winkel durch einen von wenigstens einem Ober- und einem Unterteil (10, 11) einer zangenartigen Vorrichtung (8) gebildeten Durchgang (7) gefördert oder gezogen und danach unter einem vorgegebenen Winkel abgelegt wird, wobei die Lage (5) beim Durchlaufen des Durchgangs (7) auf dem Unterteil (11) der zangenartigen Vorrichtung (8) und das Oberteil (10) der zangenartigen Vorrichtung (8) auf der Lage (5) aufliegt, so dass die einzelnen Blattbogen (14) in ihrer Position zueinander verschoben und voneinander getrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage (5) von einer Klemmvorrichtung (12) erfasst wird, dass die Klemmvorrichtung (12) die Lage (5) von einem Führungselement (6) schräg nach unten durch den Durchgang (7) zieht, dass unmittelbar nach dem Durchlauf der Klemmzange (13) der Klemmvorrichtung (12) durch den Durchgang (7) das Oberteil (10) der zangenartigen Vorrichtung (8) auf die Lage (5) abgesetzt wird, dass sich beim weiteren Durchlauf der Lage (5) die einzelnen Blattbogen (14) voneinander lösen und dass die Lage (5) so auf die Ablegevorrichtung (4) abgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Lagen (5) im beidseitig fixierten Zustand auf die Ablegevorrichtung (4) abgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage (5) nach der Förderung durch den Durchgang (7) der zangenartigen Vorrichtung (8) in aufgefächerter Form abgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 4, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass wenigstens das Ober- oder das Unterteil (10 oder 11) der zangenartigen Vorrichtung (8) angetrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage (5) vom Materialstapel (1) mittels einer Greifereinheit ergriffen und zum Führungselement (6) oder über das Führungselement (6) zum Durchgang (7) transportiert wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbrechen und Belüften von blattartigen Materialstapeln, insbesondere von Papierstapeln, wenigstens bestehend aus Mitteln zum Lösen der Blattbogen jeweils einer Lage des Materialstapels voneinander und Belüften der Lage vor deren Ablegen und Fördermitteln zum Transport der Lage auf eine Ablegevorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein axial umlaufendes Führungselement (6) angeordnet ist, über das die Lage (5) nach Entnahme vom Materialstapel (1) geführt wird, dass die Mittel zum Aufbrechen und Belüften der Lage (5) aus einer zangenartigen Vorrichtung (8) mit wenigstens einem vertikal verfahrbaren, walzenartig ausgebildeten und axial umlaufenden Oberteil (10) und einem ebenfalls axial umlaufend ausgebildeten Unterteil (11) bestehen, wobei Ober- und Unterteil (10, 11) zueinander einen Durchgang (7) bilden, durch den die Lage (5) gefördert oder mittels einer Klemmvorrichtung (12), die die Lage (5) einseitig fixiert, gezogen wird und dass Ober- und Unterteil (10, 11) zum Führungselement (6) einen derartigen horizontalen und vertikalen Abstand aufweisen und das Führungselement (6) und/oder die zangenartige Vorrichtung (8) derart ausgebildet sind, dass die Lage (5) unter einem vorgegebenen Winkel zum Durchgang (7) gefördert oder gezogen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (6) sowie das Oberund das Unterteil (10, 11) der zangenartigen Vorrichtung (8) walzenartig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Ober- und Unterteil (10, 11) der zangenartigen Vorrichtung (8) parallel übereinander angeordnet und gegensinnig umlaufend ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (11) bandartig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (11) einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als das Oberteil (10) und aus einem elastischen Material besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens das Ober- oder das Unterteil (10 oder 11) einen Antrieb besitzt und dass beide Teile (10, 11) unterschiedliche Umlaufgeschwindigkeiten aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (11) mit einer Beschichtung versehen ist oder aus einem Material besteht, die bzw. das eine weichere Oberfläche als die Lage (5) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung (12) eine Klemmzange (13) aufweist und derart horizontal und vertikal verfahrbar ist, dass sie nach einseitiger Klemmung der Lage (5) diese über das Führungselement (6) zum und durch den Durchgang (7) hindurch zu der Ablegevorrichtung (4) zieht und dort ablegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablegevorrichtung (4) ein Rüttelautomat ist und dass die Vorrichtung (3) mit dem Rüttelautomat (4) eine Einheit bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der zangenartigen Vorrichtung (8) wenigstens eine Luftdüse angeordnet ist, die zusätzlich Luft zwischen die einzelnen Blattbogen (14) der Lage (5) bläst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Transport der Lage (5) vom Materialstapel (1) zum Führungselement (6) oder über das Führungselement (6) zum Durchgang (7) eine Greifereinheit angeordnet ist.
