Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement for holding a tubular Luminous body in a reflector device.
- brackets make it easier to clean a dirty one Reflector surface as well as the inexpensive adaptation to other tube diameters by simply exchanging brackets. But it shows that sometimes with improper handling when replacing tubes the clips can unintentionally come loose.
- the present invention has for its object an advantageous one Specify arrangement, which in particular also the aforementioned Disadvantage eliminated.
- the invention uses the for holding one in the recordings of the brackets given elastic deformability advantageously for the process inserting (or removing) a clip into the holding surface by the clip, typically from the fingers of one hand, is elastically deformed, and in the deformed position through an opening in the holding surface to be led. After removal of the deforming force for insertion the clip relaxes again and strives back to its original shape, the size and shape of the bracket and opening in the holding surface also prevent complete relaxation and application of the clip force against the edges of the opening and / or the holding surface under pretension can.
- the clamp In the relaxed or partially relaxed form of the clip after the force acting on insertion is no longer present, the clamp is removed held captive in the opening of the holding surface, if necessary Bearing on the holding surface and / or edges of the opening also position stable. To remove the clip, it is elastically deformed again removed from the opening of the holding surface.
- the holding surface is preferred a part of the reflector surface, which advantageously as a curved and / or folded sheet, in particular made of aluminum.
- Deformation of the clip for insertion preferably closes a movement in such a way that the two legs of the bracket are on top of each other to be moved, a. This results in a similar release deformation advantageously the deformation when inserting a tubular Luminous body in the bracket opposite, so that the insertion of a Luminous body in the bracket supports its reliability and one any pre-tensioning of the clamp is reinforced.
- the opening is in the holding surface smaller than the projection of the middle part of the bracket onto the plane of the holding surface or the surface projection overlaps when the bracket is inserted at least partially with the holding surface.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment is preferred, according to which the Bracket from the side of the holding surface facing away from the reflector, hereinafter also referred to as the back, inserted through the opening of the holding surface becomes.
- the movement of the insertion can favorably thereby be limited that the middle part of the clip strikes the holding surface.
- the middle part a support lying approximately in the middle between the two legs with which the middle part first strikes the holding surface.
- the bracket and opening can be dimensioned so that the inserted one Bracket in the mentioned section under tension at the opening edges is applied. The further spreading of the clip when inserting of a luminous element increases the tension and thus the contact force at the opening edge and prevents the clip when inserting the filament evades towards the back of the holding surface.
- the opening in the holding surface is so large is designed so that the middle part of the bracket from the reflector side through the opening to the back and on the back of the holding surface a support plate can be inserted between the clamp legs can, which bridges the opening and on which the middle part against Pulling out the bracket supports towards the reflector side.
- the clamp legs again advantageously show the section with the diverging course, so that to pass the middle part through the opening from the reflector side forth the clamp by elastically reversible compression of the Brace legs must be deformed to fit through the slightly larger size Opening to fit. After inserting the support plate and dropping out of the deforming force on the clamp legs, these lie back in the described way preferably with a residual bias the opening edges and prevent the clamp from moving in the direction the back when inserting the lamp.
- brackets with over the entire is particularly advantageous Course of constant width, the preferably rounded ends of the Bracket legs are exempt, so that the brackets are inexpensive can be produced as a semi-finished product from strip-shaped winding material.
- Fig. 1 shows an oblique view from below of a section of a holding surface HF for a clamp KL, which with clamp legs KS from the back the holding surface through two spaced partial openings T01, T02 is stuck.
- the holding surface is part of an elongated reflector surface RF, which has a plurality of identical pairs of openings spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, as outlined in Fig. 11 in plan view of the reflector surface.
- the reflector surface is preferably about the longitudinal axis parallel to the longitudinal direction LR LA of an inserted tubular lamp LK in cross section, which is sketched in FIG.
- the holding surface HF is in the advantageous example outlined by an im Cross-section formed middle part of the reflector surface. That of the reflector side opposite side of the holding surface is referred to below as the rear side BS.
- Fig. 2 shows a view of the rear side BS of the holding surface HF with a 1 used clip
- the KS connecting the two clip legs connecting Middle part MK is on the between the two partial openings T01, T02 lying area HM of the holding surface HF supports, which is shown in the sectional view Fig. 3 along A - A of Fig. 2 and of Fig. 4 along B - B of Fig. 3 still is clearly expressed.
- the sketches are particularly regarding For the sake of clarity, the material thicknesses of brackets are shown enlarged and reflector surface or holding surface, but also with regard to other dimensions not to scale.
- the bracket advantageously has, as can be seen clearly from FIGS. 2 and 3 one between the free ends KE of the clamp legs KS and the constant cross section connecting this central part MK on.
- the ends KE of the clamp legs KS are rounded as can be seen in FIG. 3 and, as shown in FIG. 4, can be easily bent outwards.
- the clamp legs enclose an open receiving space pointing away from the holding surface AU for a tubular filament.
- the clamp legs KS run in a section SA close to the middle part MK, in which the Guide the clamp leg through the holding surface, divergent to the end of the leg KE out.
- the angle SW which is the leg of the clip used without illuminant in this section with the reflector side RS of the holding surface form, is preferably less than 80 °.
- the bracket can also advantageously under slight prestress remaining after the onset with the outer surfaces of the sections SA on the outer edges of the Apply partial openings T01, T02 with the reflector side and the clamp against a shift in the direction of the back when attaching a filament provide reliable support on the clamp ends. Unless the clamp leg without used illuminant not under tension at the opening edges can be present when attaching a filament to the KE ends Bracket leg a slight displacement of the bracket towards the back in Appear until the divergent clamp legs meet on both sides support the opening edges.
- Fig. 7 is a deformation of the clip by pressing (lateral Arrows) of the staple leg when inserting it.
- the squeeze the thigh can be pressed by finger pressure on both sides or under and Slide the clamp legs along the edges of the openings below Action of an indenting force.
- FIG. 5 shows a view corresponding to FIG. 4 with one in the receptacle LK body used.
- the clamp legs are opposite the position of FIG. 4 spread under elastic deformation.
- interrupted Line is the further spreading when inserting the Luminous body indicated.
- This further spreading also has an advantageous effect a tendency of the bracket when the lamp is pressed into the receptacle yielding to the backward yielding force.
- the sketched and described form of the bracket and its arrangement in the holding surface is therefore particularly advantageous for the inclusion of such tubular filament.
- the support MA which in the example outlined by the apex a bulge of the central part MK is formed, in particular without inserted lamp with pre-tension on the outer edges of the openings adjacent sections SA of the clamp legs is an advantage.
- FIG. 8 An arrangement is sketched in FIG. 8 in which the opening T0 in the holding surface is continuous and essentially rectangular.
- the clip has on its central part MK lateral extensions MS, which the displacement limit the clip when inserting and the clip reliably Support against pulling out towards the reflector side.
- FIG. 9 An embodiment is sketched in FIG. 9, in which the opening TV in the Holding area is slightly larger than the middle part of the bracket, so that the Clamp when the KS limbs are pressed together through the opening can be pushed, as in FIG. 9 and in the sectional view of FIG. 10 along C - C of Fig. 9 can be seen.
- the clamp After inserting a support plate PL, which the Opening TV bridges, between the middle part MK of the bracket and the back BS the holding surface HF, the clamp is again in the direction of the reflector side RS pulled up to the stop of the middle part MK on the bridge plate PL and after releasing the clamp, it is against as described a shift towards the back when attaching a filament secured.
